Hotel was average for an econo-stay. Room was generally clean, bathroom was well. Found it weird that the toilet paper was NO folded into a point and instead left just torn from the previous stay. Only shampoo given, no conditioner. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a joke. Toast, two kinda of cereal, 'cinnamon rolls' from who knows when. The location of the hotel is perfect, right off of the freeway and surrounded by many great restaurants/bars. We had two rooms, one room the TV didn't work, and the other one the refrigerator made a loud buzzing noise so we just unplugged it. I would expect some of these things if we were paying $20-30 less per night, but the price just doesn't justify […] the below average quality of the hotel. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. Our rate for 6 nights was decent but when we had to stay an additional night ( a week night no less) the rate of $70 was absurd for what is provided. We didn't get our room cleaned as requested the second to last night, and the manager was at our door 10 minutes to 11 to ensure we were checking out. which seemed […] a little odd since literally all we used the hotel for was to sleep from 12:30-8 am so it's not like we were causing anyone problems. My lasting impression will be the moldy sock we found laying on the floor in the corner of the room...who knows how long that had been there? Mehr

This hotel was horrible! I was charged extra for EVERYTHING I needed! The staff was rude. The hotel smelled dusty and old like it hadn't been touched in months. My room key was sticky which was disgusting the provided us with one towel although my reservation was for 4.and when I turned on the water it came out yellow. It is a great place if you are looking for a nice room and amenities for a cheap price. Bed was comfy, room was clean, tv and wifi worked fine. It's located right next to pretty much everything you could want in the area.

I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. As we were checking in we were told there would be a "house fee" of $5, but were unable to receive an explanation of why. This was low enough to be not worth arguing about, particularly at 22:00 when we were already tired from the trip, but it would certainly set the tone for the duration of the stay. The curtains […] and a wall in the room had what we really hoped to be tomato sauce stains, there was no elevator available to guests, and the handrails in the stairwell were loose. This motel is badly in need of being updated. More importantly is needs to be maintained better. in a 4 day stay we never saw a maid. Only one day did our room get serviced and we had to ask, the other days when we asked there was no one available. The breakfast is a joke. We will never use that motel or a Super 8 again.

Lost power and had to search to get staff to address. Run down. Fridge was nice, price great. Tried to charge addtl for safe and in room phone but I told them I had no plans to use either.

not happy with the television that the closed caption is not clear right since we are deaf. and the remote is not match with the television. they forgot to clean the coffee. the blankets was ripe. not enough big towels. if there is four family need to have four big towels not two towels. thank you.

Walked into the registration area and it was very hot in the room. This is also were they have breakfast every morning and we checked in around noon and there was food still left on the counter. All and all would not stay here again..

I rented the room as my friend and I were in town for the Phantom Regiment home show and we wanted a cheaper option. The room was great, ice-cold AC (with a heat index of 100+ it was quite a necessity), clean bathroom, beds were comfortable, and everything was tidy and in order. First impressions were not good. Lobby very small and 1 table taken up by older family members, I assume of the owners, neither in good health, using a hospital spit-up container for clearing throat in. Very uncomfortable for my family. Didn't partake of free continental breakfast offered in lobby. Room comfort was not much better, NO top sheets on […] beds, very dry/scratchy blanket, could not sleep under. Towels were scratchy and thin, free wi-fi was hit and miss. We were told to use the back door as it was closer to our room, but didn't mention the door was next to the dumper. Not pleasant in 90+ temperatures. Over all it was a place to sleep. Haad to have key updated daily and maid never brought clean towels had to go to front desk to get them. The bedding was clean as was the room.

This hotel is ran down and very trashy in appearance. The stairway is trashy and smelly and the continental breakfast, well, forget it. I find it very hard to believe Super 8 would have their name on this place. The best thing about this hotel is location and the sign on a pole at the entrance. Will never stay here again.

The room that we got was supposed to be for handicapped persons. In addition to that, the front door was coming off of its hinges, which made it hard to open and close it. The sink drained really slowly and the microwave did not work well, at all. I mentioned all of this to the owner and they said that they would get someone on this. (When?) The motel […] was nice enough, but our particular room was not maintained well. In fact, the owner said that the clerk should not have rented it to us. I stayed here for the price. You get what you pay for, but we were only here to sleep and have breakfast. I was told the breakfast was "hot." This means toast and instant oatmeal and waffle machine. Our bed was hard, while others in our party had a soft comfortable one. You can tell it is an old hotel. Staff was very friendly.

Upon arriving, we noticed that the hotel didn't appear(from the parking lot) to be as well maintained as the surrounding hotels. As we entered the lobby, there was a very odd odor. The room was big enough and the bed was ok. The bathroom in the room didn't seem to have been cleaned very well. The handles around the toilet were very dirty, as was the […] bathtub. NOT HAPPY THAT THE CLEANING LADY CAME TO OUR DOOR AT 9:30 AM TO CLEAN AND I ASK IF SHE COULD GIVE US UNTIL 10:00 OR SHORTLY AFTER.. WE GOT BACK TO HOTEL AROUND 8:30 PM AND NOTHING WAS DONE TO OUR ROOM.. NO CLEAN TOWELS//NO BED MADE..

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It should be bulldozed. Saw one person at check in and never another soul including the next day. Room was beyond dirty. Would let a dog stay there.

A desprate update of the front lobby is needed!! That is the first the customer steps into. Knock out office walls, redesign the food counter, remove the 2 windows that look down from the second floor to the lobby and open that area up with railing. Do not fold linen in the front lobby. Staff was very friendly and rooms appeared to be clean although it was non-smoking, but you could smell smoke in the hallway. You could tell the hotel was older because some things needed to be repaired or replaced. There was no elevator. Breakfast was average. Bed was firm but I prefer softer mattress.

Well the hotel is definitely showing its age. The hallways are kind of dingy, but the room was clean and so were the linens and such. The bed was very uncomfortable though.

Good enough for me for this price to stay for one night with continental breakfast. Hotel room is comfortable with free internet and free parking. Reception lady was very nice. My husband arrived late in midnight and the staff told me it was ok and no problem. She would wait for him. She is very nice.
