We were super delighted with our room and the staff. Room was big, nicely decorated, very clean, quiet and fully equipped. It was a very pleasant suprise to find such a wonderful place to stay at such a great price.

Very Friendly employees

Let me begin by saying no member of my family will ever stay at this motel again and probably not at any Super 8 Motel. We had a confirmed reservation for a Queen non-smoking room for two days. We arrived before 4PM on the appointed day to find that our room was not available and there were no other non-smoking rooms available. My wife has asthma and […] needed a non -smoking room. The hotel staff was totally unsympathic and rude. When we asked what happened to our room we were tod that it was our fault because we made the reservation through central booking rather than calling the motel directly. My wife spent a miserable two days coughing and sneezing. Staff is incompetent and rude. In the future, I will not stay at this motel under any circumstaances and at any Super 8 only as a last resort Mehr

I only needed a one night stay and this hotel had everything we needed! The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check out an hour late at no charge. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The towels might need a little upgrade but it was fine for one night. There was a small refrigerator and microwave in our room. They also had a complimentary […] breakfast which was a nice bonus. It consisted of hot coffee or tea, bagels/cream cheese, doghnuts, toast, juices, and cereal. I didn't need a big breakfast so this was perfect. I would recommend this hotel especially since there are not a lot of options in Mayfield. Mehr

For the money I thought the room was great. breakfast was good. I would like some plain oatmeal- not sugared. My mattress could have been updated - but I understand this probably is a once in a while expenditure. These are improvements that would be good. Mostly, I thought my stay was excellent.

Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Condition of hotel was what one would expect for a hotel in this price range. The free breakfast was nice - fruit, cereals, bagels, donuts, coffee and juices.

The Motel 8 in Mayfield was close to restaurants, provided a very good breakfast, and Jerry Seinfeld stayed there one time.

Disappointed that this two story hotel had no elevator.

For the rate, this hotel well-suited our needs. It was clean, quiet and convenient. There is only on other hotel to choose from and it's not offered on Hotels.com. It had a very low rating on another site so I recommend going with this one. There really is nothing to complain about with this hotel because it served its purpose at a great rate: a place […] to sleep and shower. The room did have a refrigerator and microwave so we were able to pack snacks which really helped since we had to small kids with us. I recommend this hotel. Mehr
