Alles sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Menschen, der Indoor Pool OHNE einer Sitzgelegenheiten irgendwo im Freien ist eigentlich sehr unüblich und hat uns sehr gestört. Man konnte sich nicht mal am Abend wenn es etwas abgekühlt ist auf einen Kaffe im Freien zusammen setzen. Indoorpool ist sehr dampfig und heiss - das ist kein Spass diesen tagsüber zu nutzen. […] Airportshuttle und Internetanschluss sehr gut, Lage zum Airport und zu Downtown sehr gut und einfach zu erreichen. Fast Kein störender Fluglärm. Complementary Frühstück und Platzangebot ist im vergleich zu anderen Super 8 Motels eher dürftig. Preis Leitung ist aber gesamt gesehen OK. Best Super 8 I ever had. Good location, near Airport, friendly stuff and extrem clean rooms!

Very clean & Very friendly staff. Only complaint was the parking lot..... it was packed, no place to park.

the lady at the front desk when we checked in was more concerned about watching tv then helping us. the pool was cold and the hot tub was even colder.they said it would be fixed the next day and the next day came and they said oh it would be fixed the next day. so very poor place to stay.

The price was great, front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The only negative is you hear the occasional plane flying overhead, but it's nothing major. I would definitely stay again!

I appreciate the shuttle service to the airport saved money on parking. I will probably use this Super 8 again. Thanks

Best rates of comparable motels. Convenient location, close to airport without the noise. Queen beds are a big plus. Maintenance of property is okay but could be improved. We have stayed here before and will again!

Service was really good. We went out to Downtown Nashville by cab. Hotel called us a cab and it was $25 for the two of us each way. A little steep but worth it because parking looked like a nightmare down there. Hot breakfast was a little lacking but not too bad. Overall, would definitely reccomend it.

The hotel is a good choice if you want something nice & affordable close to the airport. The staff is VERY nice and helpful. The shuttle to the airport is fast and convenient. The room was big and the bed was comfy. The Bathroom was also nice and spotless. There were only a couple of minus in our case. We like to sleep in while traveling and they gave […] us a room close to the breakfast area and the elevator. We could hear everything that was going on from 6:00 to 9:00 in the morning. The elevator made a vibration that was kind of annoying. Also, there's an indoor swimming pool, which means more noise! So if you enjoy some quiet while away, make sure you ask for a room far from the breakfast area & elevator. Anyway, we would definitely stay there again, only not on the first floor. Mehr

Room very nice, clean...Everything was great, except the pool was extremely cold, and the hot tub was not very clean, lots of visible floaties...

Very large indoor pool & hot tub. Beds are very comfortable, great TV, microwave, refrigerator but bathroom is small. Only complaint is the breakfast is CLOSED at 9 am SHARP. We were still eating at the table and felt like we were "kicked" out by the cleaning guy at 9:05......rude

We were able to get a great deal on our room. Hotel is located close to airport, but didn't hear planes in our room. Breakfast was basically a continental breakfast. Called front desk 3 times to report problems with toilet 1st call they said they would be right there... Well 3 hours later no one had showed...After 2nd call front desk explained we will send Shuttle bus driver when he gets back..what?.. We'll at 9:30pm Shuttle bus driver shows up to fix toilet...He explains I'm not a maintenance man but will look […] at it...He did get it to flush and said he would turn in a report to maintenance. Everything was good but the fact we didn't sleep due to the banging noises coming from all around our room! i have been to this hotel before and liked it but after not be able to sleep and the lady at the desk being rude to me when i asked about why they had suck crazy banging sounds everywhere, i wont go back.

This hotel was a wonderful stay and great value. We had one problem with the toilet when we returned to the hotel late one night and the maintenance man was there within 5 minutes. He fixed the problem quickly and we had no problems for the rest of our stay. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast could use a couple improvements, but it's a free meal. Nice people.

The stay was pleasant. However, the refrigerator did not work during our entire stay and the internet for the hotel was down for roughly 3 days. I was in the hotel for a week, the beds were nice, the restroom was nice, and in a nice area. I was not a big fan of the continental breakfast, you get what you pay for when you get the free breakfast. I don't […] know what I was expecting, but maybe a little bit better food. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The place is convenient to the airport and must see places. There are a lot of places to eat around the area. The room was clean and breakfast was average. There was no spray to keep the waffles from sticking to the waffle machine. There were no eggs for breakfast that day. Hotel is close to the airport...so there is a bit of noise associated with being in such close proximity. Rooms are dated but clean. The pool was mediocre and smelled very strongly of chlorine so much so it burned your eyes and nose. Breakfast is basic but decent. The morning desk clerk was asleep at the counter when we were trying to check out. We […] were passing through Nashville on our way to D.C. so the room served its purpose for a brief overnight stay. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the waffles every morning, very quiet even though it is close to the airport, it was a perfect location my daughter lives only 2 exits away. we also enjoyed the exercise room. and was also able to use the computer there. all in all a great experience. thank you.

Room was small,breakfast area very small but good. everything else great.

My stay at the Super8 was wonderful. The people working the front desk was very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was close to many restaurants. The only thing that I could say that needed improvement was the breakfast. But I would stay there again!

All in all I was quite pleased with this hotel. I had an extended stay in the area and didn't want to spend all my money on a room, so this was a perfect choice. We were very happy with our visit to this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and easily accessable, and access to restaurants and points of interest was easy. I was concerned about one review that said the pool was too cool. We also found the pool to be cool but we had just come from the hot tub. After a few minutes […] we were quite comfortable. We did not try to complimentary breakfast but it sounded good. If I return to Nashville I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Whirl pool not working, Booked this hotel because My wife needed a whirl pool for therapy after knee surgery

For the price, the place was sort of OK. Lobby had been recently renovated and there is a decent-sized indoor pool we didn't have time to use. Slept too late so can't comment on the included breakfast. Garish 70s style color scheme in halls and carpet. The lock on an exterior door was broken, allowing free entry to nonguests. Room was rather small, […] but comfortable and reasonably clean. 42-inch satellite TV (no HD). Bedspread had a hole in it. Bathroom was small with no exhaust fan. I enjoyed my stay their. It was close to Nashville. Room was clean. Building outside could use some updating, but for the price, I would stay their again.

This hotel was not too bad, but pool very cold and there was an issue with out fridge in hotel room. I called to tell them after realizing it did not work and wasting 50 bucks on food...I figured they would do something but did not. I would not go back.

We didn't expect much out of this hotel since we didn't pay much. The breakfast was good for the price. The internet was fantastic. The rooms were clean. The staff was great. There are a lot of maintenance issues with this hotel. The worst is that the back stairway door will not shut. That means the hotel is always unsecured. there was a glass door […] off of its hinges in the pool area that was a bit unnerving. The hot and cold were swapped on the sink. The laminate floor was buckled. Like I said, we didn't pay much. We got 2 rooms for the price we normally would have spent on one. That allowed our family to spread out a bit. Everything was great. Service was friendly, breakfast was awesome, and the beds were comfy. Def would go back. Prices were great!! The only complaint I have is the pool was too cold but hot tub was amazing!

This Hotel is clean, comfortable, land the location is convenient to local attractions. Great service at a great price.

The only thing I really disliked was the fact that the free breakfast did not have eggs.

This hotel was very clean and fairly comfortable. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but ok. The staff was extremely professional, polite and helpful. The breakfast the hotel offered did have some hot items as well as some fruit, plenty of coffee and cold cereals. The breakfast was pretty good. I did like that the hotel is 100% smoke free. There were […] a few places to eat nearby and all the sites we wanted to see in Nashville were not too far - all within 15 minutes drive. Overall, the hotel stay here was good. Not a good place to stay . Would not stay there agin .

This hotel is in a convenient location. It is just off the road, so we heard no traffic noise. The staff was very nice and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We got this hotel because it was close to Ory Mills Mall. We didn't know it was close. But we had a ball at the hotel with the indoor pool and hot tub.
