The whole time that we stayed at this hotel the internet did NOT work! We would have never stayed there if we had known that the internet didnt work. The front desk people were not proactive about fixing the problem, or very nice about it.

Can't beat it for the price. Clean rooms. Staff was pleasent.

The hotel was under par with other Super 8 hotels I have stayed at within that price range. You can tell the hotel is old, but has been reasonably maintained. The only real issue was internet access was really spotty. Because of the location of my room, it would connect then loose connection to The Internet. I asked at the front desk if they would check […] into it, was told they were not having any problems but would call the tech. Was told they did and left a message. The connection did work at times. I would say it did about 35% of the time I wsa in the room over the 4 day stay. Not real impressed. Might stay again, might not. Mehr

Overall a very nice place to stay with very few worries. Staff very willing to please. Hotel reasonably close to grocery or eating establishments.

WARNINING... DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE STAFF, SMOKE EVERYWHERE> DO NOT STAY THERE IS YOU ARE HUMAN

clean, ok to get a night's sleep, but the bathroom was so tiny, toilet and bathtub, you almost had to step into the bathtub to open the door.

Got what we paid for!!! Plus pool and jacuzzi!!!! Didn't really spend too much time in room but to sleep...very comfortable nice rooms.....

We had a late flight into Phoenix and just needed a nice, clean place to stay that wasn't too far away. This was only 3-4 miles away from the Mesa airport and we checked right in. The room was clean, the bed was great and the area was quiet. It was great for an overnight stay.

1st) I am a handicapped guest I use a cane due to bad knees. I was told that since I did not ask in advance for a handicapped room there was not one available. Even though there was only six cars in the parking lot of a place that has 60+ rooms. 2) when I was able to make it up the ricked old wood stairs in the back of building the STRONG SMELL of cigarettes […] in the hall way smelled of a Las Vegas casino. 3) the pool was so dirty you could not even see the bottom. 4) The bed was VERY uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a box springs not a mattress. I did not even stay in the room over night. I did not feel safe, the smoke smell was affecting my asthma. NOT HAPPY WITH VISIT !!!!!!!! Mehr

Okay except for the hardest bed I have ever slept on.

I normally dont take time to fill these out but I honestly can say this was the cleanest hotel Ive ever stayed at and I do travel often . Ive already had a friend heading out that way and he plans to stay there with his wife. Keep up the great work as it makes being away from home alot more pleasant. Thank you all. Dan

My stay would of been better if the room had a draing sink better airconditioning a bigger tv. front desk lady / owner was very unprofessional and rude will not refer my friends there ever ......Very old and trashed out rooms needs a makover

This motel was very old and not in the best of neighborhoods. The room smelled stail even though it was non smoking. I didn't stay...went elswhere. Would never go back.

Room was stuffy, tried to keep the window open as much as possible. Room was clean and had good service. Continental breakfast area only had two small tables and four chairs so had to take the donut or cereal to the room to eat. Did not try the pool as it had a key lock and did not appear to be open for use. Vending machine was only half stocked but […] there were eateries within a few blocks. Not bad distance to the 202 freeway and to 60, for access to the 101. I liked the friendly cat that hung around the hotel and patrolled the parking lot. For the price not bad. Mehr

the woman that checked me in got very rude when I didn't understand what she said . I asked her a question and she turned away and walked to a desk or something across the little room she was in . She answered me as her back was turned and I didn't understand what she said .I asked her what she said and she wondered if I had a hearing problem ,I said […] no I didn't understand what you said . she got right in my face and speaking VERY slowly she said "maybe I need to speak slowly when I talk to you " I didn't know how to respond , she did speak with an accent but spoke good english . At any rate her attitude made for an uncomfortable stay for me . Mehr

The front office female that checked us in was very helpful. The room was dirty with hair left in the shower. Cable TV was limited. Hotel smelt of mold.

As the title says, if all you want is a bed, then this is OK. The bed was a comfortable one and this is why I wont say much about the place. Afterall, I wasn't moving in, I was just spending the night. The only real complaint about my stay was the Night Clerk. She was condecending and not at all friendly. When asked about her accent and what part of […] Europe she was from she said, "What you know ALL countries in Europe. I said, "Yes, we are from there". With that she sneered and without saying a word she just pointed to the signature line and handed me the key and pointed out the room. Very cold woman. Anyhow, employees change, but the Hotel remains. It's not the worst place, but the location is a minus. Mehr
