Direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse gelegen. Trotzdem ruhig. Im Bett Haare von ? Supermarkt genau gegenüber und Sizzlers nebenan.

freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber, für diese Preiskategorie sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren vom Super 8 Motel positiv überrascht. Freundliches Hotelpersonal, welches einem über alles wichtige beim Check in informiert. Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls positiv überrascht. Es gab Kaffee, diverse Tees, Saft, kalte […] Milch, zwei Sorten Kornflakes, zwei verschiedene süsse Gebäcke und so ein flaches Brötchen zum Aufbacken im Toster und Butter und Konfi. Typisches Motel, nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht besonders gut! In ca. 15 Minuten ist man im Nationalpark.

For the price an excellent hotel

Das Super 8 Motel liegt an der Hauptstraße von Yucca Valley, von wo es noch 6 Meilen zum Joshua Tree National Park ist. Das Motel ist einfach, aber ausreichend ausgestattet und das Personal freundlich. Wir erhielten auch, obwohl nicht angegeben, ein complementary breakfast. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants.

Einfaches aber sauberes Motel, nahe dem Joshua Tree Nationalpark. Als Durchgangsmotel empfehlenswert.

Super 8 Yucca is located 6 mile from the west entrance of joshua tree national park. the staff is very helpful and can provide you useful information about the national park. nearby the hotel are several restaurants.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal (auch deutsch sprechend). Wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen.

We stayed two nights in March, 2012 while visiting the National Park. The motel provides the basics, and the facilities met our expectations (keeping in mind the budget price). The staff is especially friendly. We would stay there again.

Very convenient to Joshua Tree National Park (our reason for staying there). Hallway rugs a bit worn but otherwise the room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast adequate. Great room for the price.

The place was clean and quiet. It was also close to restaurants. Best of all, the coffee was delicious and the employees were warm and welcoming.

good for short stay while in desert and not looking for additional frills.. Next door sizzler is avoid unless you love them like a fanatic.. nothing gr8 about the food.

Pet friendly. Nice complementary continental breakfast. Many beautiful Joshua Trees on and neighboring property. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good Mexican restaurant next door.

This motel was so dirty that, although my daughter stayed in the room, I left to stay elsewhere.

This was a great hotel for the money--friendly owners, clean room, very close (15 minute drive) to Joshua Tree National Park. There were small inconveniences--the toilet had a weak flush and the heater didn't work very well, but all in all it was comfortable and clean and a real bargain for the price. The writeup said no breakfast was included, but […] we did get a free continental breakfast, and we even had a microwave and fridge in the room. I would definitely stay here again. Mehr

We needed a hotel close to Joshua Tree National Park, and this hotel fit the bill. It's located about 20 miles from the north entrance to the park. The hotel is a decent budget motel, with two floors. Our reservation went smoothly, and the room was clean, if somewhat aged in decor. There is a Mexican restaurant and a few other choices within walking […] distance - always something to consider after a long day of driving. When we returned from the restaurant, neither of our keys worked in the back door, which was the entrance closest to our room. The desk clerk had to reactivate our keys. Breakfast was adequate - coffee, toast, rolls, yogurt, and a banana. If you need a place near Joshua Tree National Park, this is a reasonable choice. Mehr

The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The shower worked well. The breakfast was fine.

Hotel was fine, better than we expected. Manager very personable, kindly let us check in early.

For a not so fancy hotel we had a great trip, great experience and great place to sleep during our travels.

Easy hotel not to many frills but it had a charm of a non-chain hotel. Cute ivy on the ceiling in the lobby.

Our decision to stay at this hotel was based on reading other reviews about this hotel. The positive reviews we read were spot on and we were very happy with our hotel choice. The room was clean, the bedding was a little lumpy, but not uncomfortably so. The air conditioning worked well if you put it on max. My only complaint would be the position of […] the shower head. I understand about low flow (not an issue for us), but if you could at least put the shower head higher on the wall so that you can stand under it without having to bend over (boo!). There was limited cable channels on the TV, but we're not big TV watchers so not a big deal for us. We would defintely stay here again. Mehr

If you're visiting Joshua Tree, this is the place to stay. Clean room and pool, friendly staff, complimentary continental breakfast, and very close to Joshua Tree. A very pleasant surprise for the price.

THIS MOTEL 8 AT YUCCA VALLEY WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. THE PERSONAL WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I BOOKED THIS MOTEL ON LINE AND UNFORTUNALY I DID NOT CONSIDER THE DISTANCE WE HAD TO DRIVE EACH DAY TO OUR DESTINATION IN PALM SPRINGS FOR A CRAFT SHOW THAT WE WERE WORKING AT FOR A WEEK. THIS WAS MY MISTAKE. THE MOTEL WAS GREAT AND YUCCA VALLEY IS A MUCH NICER […] PLACE TO STAY THAN PALM SPRINGS. BW Mehr

The price was great and the management was very accommodating. The room, however, was dirty (carpet was stained and there was hair in the bathroom and blood stains on the sheet) and the sheet and mattress pad kept shifting around. This hotel is convenient to Joshua Tree National Park and the price was reasonable. Other than those points, I can't say much to recommend it. The place is showing its age and maintenance could be better, especially in the public areas. The hallway carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week. The appearance of our room was somewhat better, […] but our bathroom was dingy, with dirty baseboards that hadn't been wiped down in recent memory. The front desk staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful in recommending a restaurant. If I could find a better place for a little more money, though, I wouldn't stay here again. Mehr

If you are traveling with a dog, this is one of two places that allow pets in the vicinity of Joshua Tree National Monument. The place is decent and there is a popular Mexican restaurant next door.

Can't praise this little motel enough especially for the price. The manager /owner is doing a really good job. He made us feel very welcome. Very convenient for Joshu Tree NP and Palm Springs. Lots of fast food places and supermarkets and a laundry a mile away. It really met our needs.

We stayed overnight here because it is close to Pioneertown where some friends of ours were appearing at Pappy & Harriett's Saloon. There were three of us couples in separate rooms. Our hotel room and surroundings were clean and the people who work there were very accommodating. (The hair dryer was not working, but I forgot to mention it to them when […] departing.) This hotel is fairly close to Joshua Tree National Park and there were guests there that were planning to climb the huge boulders over the weekend. This hotel was, in my opinion, a great value if you want a comfortable place just to stay the night. Mehr
