I think they should have a arcade room. Because when I was there a kid pucked in the pool and the kids didn't have anything to do. So I think they should get a arcade room
"Booking of the room on hotels .com"
My only concern was that I booked a suite with hotels.com and when I checked in they stated it was 2 queen beds but not a suite. This was disappointing. The staff stated that when you book a room through hotels .com they cannot book a suite, maybe they need to know this then.

"Nice"
Pretty normal stay. It's connected to the casino, so that is nice. Went to the resturaunt on site, food was good, staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel was nice and convenient to the Casino, location was good and easy to find. The breakfast was excellent, service great and the options were reasonable.

Hotel in general was good, clean rooms, polite staff and the attached casino was fun. Only 5 minutes from downtown. We thought the continental breakfast was included in the stay. Not only was it not included they wanted over EIGHTEEN dollars for it! Get real, we could have stayed at the Holiday inn at a cheaper rate and got the continental breakfast […] included. Mehr

Went for one night. Had a great time. Will come back at least 2 times a year. Had a great time at the dogtrack.

This hotel location is wonderful if you want to go to the casino. It is also right next to the River with a nice walking trail. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had terrible service at the bar/grill next door for supper. This continued with a terribel, over priced breakfast in the morning. "Last Minute Stay Worked Great"
Hotel was located right off US61 in Dubuque. There is the Mystique Casino on the one side and a Houlihan's Bar & Grill connected to the hotel. I have never been to a Hilton Garden Inn before.Was very impressed with the hotel looking pretty new. The girl at the front desk said the hotel was only about 5 years old. Went up to the room and was more impressed […] King bed with adjustable mattress,mini-fridge,coffee maker,and wi-fi internet. Nice indoor pool and room service from Houlihan's. Slept great. Would stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again. Mehr
"Breakfast buffet should be free"
We were most irritated when we were charged close to $10 for a bowl of cereal and a cup of orange juice. Other Hilton Garden Inns did not charge. All should be the same - free.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Dubuque was very clean, but quite noisy, wasn't sound proofed much, otherwise a nice hotel.

"Comfortable and close enough"
Our family of four stayed here for a short trip to Galena. The location to Galena was great but the actual location of the hotel was a bit odd and hard to find. To get to it, you have to drive through an industrial area. Once there, however, it is quite pleasant. We loved the attached walkways to the restaraunt and casion. This hotel was very nice to stay at. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was clean. The pool was also nice. It's a little ways from downtown but not a big deal. The only problem was the heating unit would sometimes kick on and make an incredibly loud noise.
We probably will not stay in a Hilton Garden Inn again.

Perfect stay. Hotel, Restaurant and Casino were all connect which was great because it was freezing out side. Excellent service in all three as well. i'd highly recommend.
