Wir haben in der Neujahrszeit mit unserer zwei Kleinkinder das Hotel bewohnt und fanden es für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr geeignet. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, und einfach "alles in Ordnung". Da es in unmittelbare Nähe zur Wohngebiet unsere dort ansässige Familie liegt, werden wir uns in alle wahrscheinlichkeit dort wieder zurückfinden.

Es handelt sich nicht um ein Fünf Sterne Hotel und ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das Zimmer war tadellos und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insbesondere die (kostenlosen) Nachmittagsdrinks fand ich sehr gelungen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Hotel war ganz OK. Housekeeping nur einmal die Woche. Zielgruppe sind ganz klar Angehörige von Patienten im nahen Medical Center. Ich würde dort wieder zwei-drei mal übernachten. Die Umgebung war ein wenig laut (Eisenbahntrasse in der Nähe, Technikgebäude des Medical Center direkt hinterm Haus). Houston Zoo und Science Museum noch zu Fuß erreichbar, alles andere mit Auto.

Lage

Surprisingly nice hotel considering the surrounding area. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel quality at a motel price!!

Wished I would of known this hotel was being remodeled! Noise wasn't bad but, we had to walk through the mess. Hotel staff was very helpful with questions we had about the area. Would stay again. . . after the construction is completed.

I was not very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were ok and I only stayed 1 night so I didn't expect much. I was very disappointed that I had to request a microwave and refigerator. I checked in at 1pm and did not get the microwave and frig in my room until 4:45pm which was very unacceptable. Then when it was delivered my boyfriend had […] to go up to the other room put it on the dolly and place it in our room. Overall the beds were very hard, bathroom needed an upgrade, and number of channels to watch were horrible. They had an advertisement for HBO channels but only had Showtime and 1 of the channels did not work. It was not the worst place to stay but I would not recommend them or stay again. Mehr

Our room was clean and staff was friendly. Spent five days at this hotel with no issues at all. Amanda at the front desk is very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was free, my five year old daughter loved the waffles and cereal. Their is an International House of Pancakes, a super Chinese buffet, an American buffet, a Hxxters, a fancy seafood restaurant […] and a Mexican restaurant within 3-5 minutes WALKING distance from the hotel!!! It is a place to sleep. The restroom wasn't clean. There was hair all over the floor and in the bathtub. The baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. The room was real damp and smelled damp & moldy. Front Desk was great, after that it was down hill... nats in the room, the A/C was running... but no cold air...at 10pm had to take a shower too hot, the A/C didnt work ... the bathroom toilet handle broke. had to change rooms around 1130... and all I get is a sorry and a pack of chips..

This hotel is in the suburbs of Houston, so driving is essential to see any main attractions. However, the staff was extremely accommodating with allowing me to get an early check in (9:30 am) and late check out (2:00 pm). Plus they are pet friendly, so I was able to take my babies with me.

Everything was good except the room smelled moldy like the carpet had been wet, the hall ways were dingy and moldy smelling also!

I was a little worried about staying here because it got mixed reviews but it was really nice. Not up to date in furnishings but very clean and very comfortable. It was well worth the money and would definitely stay again. Love that it was in walking distance to several restaurants as well.

I regretted checking into this hotel, water wasn't running, shower head was loose enternet not working. when reported to the front desk, they said, there is nothing they can about this. With this condition, I doubt if I will recommend this hotel to any person I know. john

Recent stay at this hotel was very comfortable and just as expected. We had trouble with key to enter our room but staff quickly remedied with another room and an upgrade.

I arrived one night early, and the staff was very very kind and nice. My room was clean and smelled good. The hotel was very convenient to lots of shops and resturaunts. I stayed two night and was very satisfied with my stay. If I have to go to Sugarland again, I will stay at this hotel.

"non smoking room horrible."
non smoking room had a smoker in it. smelled horrible. not clean, found cigarette butts on the floor along with candy wrappers. toilet ran slow then plugged up leaking water on the floor. they did change us to another room which was a pain moving our stuff again. I will never stay there again

For the price, it was a great bargain. The hotel was conveniently located to all of the major roads as well as popular eateries. The room was clean, and comfortable. My only complaint was that the air conditioning unit was a little noisy...
