Hacienda Paradise Hotel - Playa del Carmen

Das Hacienda Paradies ist sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und schöne Zimmer. Das Hotel hat auf jeden Fall seinen eigenen Charme! Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auch in Ordnung.

Pros: Comfortable hotel to stay at on the northern side of Playa. It's within walking distance even if you pull your luggage from the bus terminal. Good breakfast. Firm but surprisingly comfortable beds. Free internet computers and WiFi. Free beach towels. Wonderful origami towel sculptures from housekeeping each morning. Air conditioning not too loud […] and works well. Cons: Fair hot water pressure and takes at least 10-15 minutes to warm up so be patient. This is pretty much the standard in Mexico I've come to believe. Fairly quiet part of town but best to have a room on the 10th Avenida side of the hotel as the red lighted hotel next door can be loud if you have a room on Calles 20 or 22. Mehr

The staff at this hotel were genuine, super friendly and very welcoming. They made our stay very comfortable and will look to stay here again in the future. This property will be a strong recommend to our friends and family.

We stayed 10 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful time. A little cozy hotel with a super location in the upper part of Playa del Carmen center, only 3 min from the beach. This part of the center is to prefer. I can't tell you enough how wonderful my stay at this hotel was.. My agent Charles Blackwell, suggested it and it turned out to be better then I imagined. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is in a great spot right down the street from 5th Ave. and walking distance to the beach. The room is clean and quiet at night. We bought the plan with breakfast and the food was good.

Air condition unit insufficiently powerful to cool room down in a reasonable amount of time. A couple more thousand BTU capability would fix problem. I prefer the one unit per room air conditioners over the big hotel chilled water units which leave a room cool but damp. Otherwise great hotel. Very reason price. This hotel is a must-stay! Charming, clean, modern and central to everything in Playa Del Carmen! The hotel's service was the best I've ever received - better than many of my stays at the Ritz Carlton! It is a boutique, cozy and beautifully decorated place. The minute we walked into the lobby, we were immediately greeted by warm staff and helped. The rooms are very well maintained and decorated. We were also looking for daily tours to nearby attractions and the staff went out of their way to help us and made very good recommendations

I had a great stay at the Hacienda Paradise Boutique Hotel! The room was small, but very comfortable with a king-sized bed. There was also a very nice large flat screen TV. The bathroom was clean and fairly large, especially the shower. I had a problem with the air conditioning unit the first night - it wasn't cooling properly. I informed the staff […] about it in the morning and they immediately assigned a person to check it and it was repaired in less than 20 minutes and performed flawlessly the remainder of my stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive to the guest's needs. The hotel is also in a good location in terms of being close (less than 5 minutes walking distance) to all the shopping and restaurants available on 5th Ave, which is the main strip for those places in Playa del Carmen. It was about a 10-minute walk to the beach and the hotel provides its guests with a beach pass and beach towels. The breakfast in the morning was adequate, although it's not free. I was in room 21 and did not have a problem with noise at night - it was very quiet. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who would rather not pay the much higher costs of many of the other hotels in the area, but still have a pleasant and clean place to stay, in close proximity to shops and restaurants. The staff at Hacienda was excellent. They were always willing to help out, provide personal suggestions and were gracious and sincere throughout our short stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and convenient. Being only one block from 5th Ave made it convenient for shopping and nightlife. Access to the Mamitas beach club (only ~ 4 blocks away) […] was excellent as well. The service there was much better than what one gets at an all inclusive and the same can be said for Hacienda. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bathroom was perfect for our needs. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and happy staff. Willing to help and professional. Cynthia greeted us by name and did a great job making us feel at home. Breakfast was good as well and right out your door. We had to crank the AC full blast to keep cool but it was hot outside. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and inviting.

This hotel has the basic services but with a Mexican touch and it is clean, with internet in the lobby and good bed.

The hotel sits almost on 5th avenue, the must-go place in Playa del Carmen. The value of the hotel was extremely good for the great staff service, free internet access and closeness to the best spots in PLaya. The guys in the lobby gave us free VIP passes to me and my partner to THE BEST bars (not easy to get!!). we stayed for two days (business-leisure) […] but I'll definitely be back, the price for the service you get is extremely good. The front desk people were great-a good way to start. I guess the only thing that was concerning was the ac. We were rather warm from traveling from Colorado to Mexico and the room didn't feel cool. After we settled down for the night, we adjusted. The ac unit is located in the wrong place. The breakfast was good.

This hotel is directly behind 5th Avenue. It's far enough from all the noise so that you can get a better night's stay than if you were staying directly on the avenue but not too far that you can't very easily join the party. The hotel itself is not at all that fancy. The bathrooms are descent, the beds are a good size (a bit hard) and the pool is a […] little small. What makes this hotel worth while is the service and continental breakfast buffet, which includes eggs, mini pancakes, fruit, sliced cheese and ham and cereal to name a few. Spa service includes a 1 hour full body massage for $30.00 compared to 50 minutes for $120.00 in Cancun. Overall, this hotel is in a great location if your vacation includes going to Playa del Carmen, Xcaret, Xplor and Cozumel. However, if you are looking for luxury versus convenience and affordability, I would suggest you keep looking. Mehr

Bien ubicado cerca de todod, habitaciones limpias y comodas, ambiente tranquilo, buen precio calidad. Muy contento con la estadia

Tutti molto gentili. L 'hotel sta proprio all'inizio della 5 avenida. nell' hotel c'è il bancomat e un ala per prenotare le escursioni. In particolare un grazie a l'aiuto che ci ha dato Jeorge che parlva un pò di italiano e alla disponibilità di Vanessa.
