Very poor quality. Cocerned for cleanliness, as bed had no top sheet of pillow cases. Never stay there again.

The hotel was musty, my room smelled like smoke, and the bed did not have pillow cases or a top sheet. I was concerned about germs and cleanliness. I will never stay there again.

I've stayed here ten times now. I've booked for romance and for family. The beds are SUPERB, they are literally the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on at a hotel (at my home too for that matter). The staff is polite, the free breakfast is good. The location is good, not great, but its only 7 miles from Bricktown and close to great places to […] eat like Irmas and The Shack (good stuff!). I highly recommend this hotel, I have never been disappointed ever, its great for any occasion and you can't beat the price for what you get! Mehr

Older hotel that made attempts to be clean.

Clean and comfortable.

The rooms were spacious and appeared to have been receltly renovated. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and had plenty of counter space. However, there was a large sticky spot on the floor between the two beds (like someone had spilled syrup), and we received a room with 2 queen beds instead of the 1 king bed that was reserved. As […] for the area around the hotel, I question its safety. I don't know Oklahoma City that well, but we were met at our car by a security guard and escorted into the hotel. It may just be a courtesy extended to guests arriving late at night, but I would suggest doing some research on the area before leaving the hotel after dark. Mehr

The room was really average, bed was too hard, not particularly comfortable overall but the restaurant/bar fixes a great steak meal which was the highlight of my stay at this place.

The hotel was not bad. The receptionist the night I stayed was very helpful. Instead of traveling to a resturant I stayed the hotel and ate at the lodge there. I was thoroughly disappointed. The had steak on the menu but no steak to serve. So I ordered the burger and did not receive a dinner salad. The waitress tended to the bar patrons and did not […] tend to the rest of us. Mehr

The bed were super comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The bathroom was really nice. Underneath the heater/ac the floor was unstable like it might fall in..

This hotel is located in a questionable neighborhood and caters to an undesirable clientele. Drunkeness, profanity and shouting outside our room awoke us at 1:30am. After four calls to the front desk, a uniformed officer was called to the scene. We felt our personal safety and property were compromised by indifference and lack of responsible management […] ... we packed up and left in the middle of the night. This was very clean and the management helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

This location is where my family and close friends stay when visiting from out of town. It is right off the highway and very easy to find. The included breakfast buffet is always a hit with everyone who comes in, and is an incredible value.

Nice Hotel for the money. The front desk 'Check-In' lacked personality. No Smiles, No Welcoming, NOTHING but work mode. The rest of my stay was good. I enjoyed having 'In House' restaurant and bar, as a rainy cold front came through that afternoon. I did NOT want to get out for dinner.

My husband had an appointment close by and this was the perfect hotel. The atmosphere was great. They also had great food as well. We came back from a NBA game and had a evening meal that was great. This will be our hotel away from home

I stayed here while looking for an apartment. It was convenient, quiet and clean.

I stayed here on New Years Eve 2011 and upon checking in, the lady working the front desk was rude and very cold. The room was clean and confortable. The bartenders were great!!! After we went to bed, we could not sleep until after 4 am because of people partying in the hallways. They were running up and down, yelling and screaming. I called the desk […] several times and they told me that security would come up immediatly. This did not solve anything. The hotel is a very nice hotel, the customer service needs improvement. Mehr

Our stay at this hotel was very good. It is located near a major highway intersection and easy to find. We could see the hotel from I235 as we approached from the south, just as we crossed I44. This hotel was amazing for the money I spent. Was a great room to have for the guys night out. Quiet, and clean, cannot go wrong choosing this place.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The only negative thing I have to say is that because I am a vegetarian, there was very little for me to choose from on the restaurant menu. However, the breakfast selection was much better. I would stay there again.

The hotel location is hard to find. Don't show up on gps. I called the hotel for direction. This Indian lady picked up the phone and I couldn't understand what she is saying and she kept screaming louder and louder. The room is very small. Nothing like the pictures on the web.

The bed was super, along with a clean room. Security on site in lobby all night with a well lit parking lot. We were a couple blocks away from some great Christmas Lights and the Mall was great. Would recommend to others.

WE were very pleased with the hotel. It was very clean and fresh. It was very nice also and the staff was pleasant. We will stay there again.

I was a little disappointed that my room was non-smoking, but the manager gave us a room close the the exit to make it more convenient for us to step outside and smoke. The beds were clean and very comfortable. I do think there was a little too much furniture in the double queen room. It made for little walk room.

While the hotel was a good deal for the rate, the check-in person was extremely rude. I think they overbooked for the night so my prepaid non-refundable reservation was conveniently lost. Had I not stood my ground and gotten Hotels.com involved, I would have probably been out the money and when I contested the bill, been told I was a no-show. The clerk […] never apologized and was angry that she had to give me a room for the night. The man in front of us said it was the second time they had lost his reservation and he would never stay there again. If you make a reservation, make sure you bring written confirmation with you. Mehr
