My stay was very nice oat the hotel. I will use this hotel again when I visit Salisbury. The desk people were very nice and friendly.

The only thing was the first morning . I know we were late getting coffee, we were there about 15 minutes before they were closing, but still the coffee was cold, it was not keep warm till 10am. I was disapointed, We had to go to a restaurent, for coffee, That was my only complaint because I was looking forward to a cup of coffee.

Not bad, but beware the hotel is two stories and there is no elevator. Lugging suitcases up stairs is not fun. The hotel offers wifi but the signal was extremely weak and drowned out by other access points cleverly named like "FBI Surveillance Van" and the Days Inn next door. The hotel cable TV is among the best I've ever seen at any hotel anywhere […] with a full roster of channels including rarer ones like TruTV and Speed. The TV itself was an old CRT in my room. Did not try the offered free breakfast but it appeared to have more items on offer than some Super-8 hotels. Highway noise may be an issue for some rooms/people: the hotel is literally next to an interstate. There are signs warning not to run the shower with the bathroom door open; otherwise the smoke alarm may go off. Overall, a good value as long as stairs are acceptable. Mehr

That is about all we can say for this hotel. Breakfast was not good, too many sweet buns, not enough fruit . clean enough, just very bland.

I would have to say its one of the cleanest well kept hotels I have ever stayed at. The continental breakfast is already a 6am sharp and fully stocked everyday. The staff I'd very polite and accommodating. The maid service always does an excellent job leaving the room clean and looking the same as the first day you walk in. Nice place to lay your head for a spell.

I used this hotel for a last minute Staycation type stay and I was very very happy with it. It was couple chance (and a great deal) that led me to pick that one and I'm so happy I did. This hotel is nothing special, but just your typical hotel for a night's stay. It served its purpose and was a fair price.

I was disappointed that I cannot get an option on a better room when booking through Hotels.com. I got a highway front room and had 18 wheelers flying hru my room all night. Give us an option to get a better room with your bookings.

I visit this city once a week and with my several stays I have found my room very clean, the room facilities (sink, shower, TV, etc. are all updated. The building has a little age on it - but so do I.

We had a great experience checking in that evening. The front desk lady even re-opened the pool so our children could swim. She suggested places for dinner and delivery options as well. However, the morning front desk lady was RUDE! She even went as far as asking my child why she needed an extra plate for at breakfast time. Just note that this is located […] near a highway so the noise level from the highway is kind of loud at night. Other than that it was a OK place to stay if you are passing through town. Mehr

The hotel room was very small. They did not have an elevator and my room was on the second floor. The beds were small and there wasnt a luggage rack to place your bag. I had to go to the front desk to check out an iron and ironing board. The experience was okay but I would not stay at this hotel in the future.

MUCH better than the Day's Inn down the street...and just a couple miles from both college campuses.

First time I have stayed at this hotel chain and I was pleasantly surprised.

The service was very, very good. The hotel staff was very accomodating to my needs. The shower was one of the best I've experienced for any hotel stay. It was easy to operate and refreshing. It would be helpful to not have house keeping staff stuff the bedsheets under the mattress. Why? That makes it difficult to undo the sheets when getting ready […] for bed. So please have the sheets and bedspread draped over the mattress. Being practical and functional is important. I highly recommend Super 8 in Salisbuty, NC. This was probably one of the worse experiences I have had in reference to hotel stays. The amenities were not represented as stated and only a few rooms had an ironing board and iron. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Bad experience.

Booked this hotel after attended Nascar race at Charlotte. Closer accomodations all booked out. This hotel not that far (30mins) from track and reasonable room and rate. No criticisms.

I was very satisfied with the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful. Location is great. Will probably stay here again next convention.

This hotel was great for the price. No complaints, I would suggest to try to get a room in the back of the hotel, as the property sits close to the Interstate and a room in the front is noisy from the traffic. Otherwise our stay was pleasant.

If you're in Salisbury, this hotel is a great place to stay. The amenities are average but the staff is phenomenal. I was stranded at the airport due to there being NO rental cars available despite the fact that I reserved one. I called the hotel and the staff was very helpful in making suggestions as to how to get to the hotel. When I got there, they […] set me up with the nicest cab company to take me where I needed to go during my stay. The next morning, they printed more than 20 pages of documents that I needed for free. While my trip was full of bumps, they made it all easier on me by going above and beyond to help m work things out. Mehr

The room was neat and clean although the bed was fairly hard and uncomfortable. The toilet in my room was not working and the front desk tried to put me in another room but had great difficulty because I booked through Hotels.com instead of with the hotel directly. No problems except the iron was broken, which is a very small concern. I think they could also clean the hallway carpets.

The staff was helpful and pleasant both nights when I stayed. I received my wake up call when requested and was able to meet my traveling party at the appointed time. The room was totally ready when I arrived both nights.

The motel is in need of upgrade. The carpets, hallway and room 107, were very worn and filthy. Very noisy with people upstairs. No elevator, so if you don't like stairs, try somewhere else. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

For the price, this was not bad. I needed a cheap place to stay for one night - it was as I expected. Continental breakfast was good. Close to all the restaurants. I would stay there again if needed.

Service was fine, but our bed was not just firm--it was hard! However, I did ask for extra pillows and the people in the office were very friendly and compliant. We are in Salisbury, NC once a year for a conference and will likely stay at the Super 8 next year. You can't beat the price, plus they have an indoor pool.

it was in a great location lots of stores and place to eat right around it

King size bed, needed king size pillows to match. bathroom too small.

Room was very hot with no AC when we checked in and it took a good hour or so to cool it off. No elevator but for the price our stay was ok.

I wasn't expecting this hotel to be as nice as it was. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The beds were a little hard for my taste, put comfortable, and the continential breakfast was a real plus. The hotel is close to a great shopping center and located close to I-85 with access to tons of places to eat.

stayed one night room was clean staff was helpful. Ice machine didnt work and the computer in the lobby was kinda slow and froze up a couple of times on me. would reccomend.

This hotel was way overpriced even for 2 stars and I did not feel it was truly even 2 stars. In disrepair, a/c did not work. Room reeked of smoke! Not a good experience in any of the three rooms I reserved

Soon as you opened the door--you were hit witha fowl odor.. we slept with the window wide open and the heat on as it was 33 degrees.

The room was clean. The beds were hard. There was no elevator to the second floor. The halls smelled musty.
