Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei sich bietender Gelegenheit gerne wiederkommen.In der einen Woche konnten wir leider nur einen kleinen Teil der Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen.

Die Lage ist zentral aber ruhig. Sehr angenehmer Service. Ausgesprochen hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, mit dem Auto ist es allerdings etwas schwierig zu erreichen - ein Navi ist zweckmäßig. Parken kann man in einer nahe gelegenen Parkgarage. Uns hat das Hotel sehr gefallen, da das Personal freundlich, das Frühstück gut und die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral ist. Alle Ziele sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Gute Lokale und Gelaterien sind in der Nähe. Wir waren dort auf Familien - Städtereise mit vier Personen und empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt.
Lage
Hotel Golf liegt in Florenz (Santa Maria Novella). In der Nähe befinden sich: Palazzo dei Congressi, Basilika Santa Maria Novella und Kathedrale Santa Maria del Fiore. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Davidsstatue und Palazzo degli Uffizi.
Ausstattung
Dieses Hotel verfügt über Folgendes: Bar/Lounge. Jeden Morgen wird Ihnen ein kostenloses Frühstück serviert. "Relativ zentral"
Das Hotel Golf liegt nahe dem Bahnhof, aber nicht in Richtung Altstadt. Leider liegt das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptverkehrstraße, d. h. bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen geht nicht. Es gibt aber eine ruhige Klimaanlage und bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man die Straße nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Den Kaffee beim Frühstück umgeht man am besten […] und trinkt Tee, ansonsten ist das Frühstück okay: Schinken, Käse, Marmelade, Croissants, Brötchen, Müsli, Saft. Mehr
"Gutes Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt"
Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis finde ich super. Hotel ist zentral gelegen, insofern man an Bewegung gewöhnt ist. In das Zentrum sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuss, was ich nicht schlimm finde. Zimmer war schön, vorallem sehr sauber, auch das Bad. Einziger Nachteil, direkt an der Hauptstrasse und wir hatten das Zimmer in diese Richtung, war zum Teil etwas laut […] aber es hat uns nicht gross gestört. "Not even 2 stars ... stay away"
This hotel was poorly maintained and managed. The room we stayed in does not have functional adjustable heater/AC. The bathroom have no window or active vent (smell bad too.) We had to leave the windows open; but suffer from crazy mosquitos bites all night long. The hotel is situated in a busy, fast street. The noise was so loud that I wash awaken a […] few times since we had to leave the window open. The manager (maybe owner too) was not friendly and not helpful in any request or question. I advise anyone that is considering this place to look else where. Its cheap but for sure not worth the 3 stars ratings it claimed to be. Mehr

"Hotel Golf"
We got a great deal on this hotel, and it had free secure parking on the premises! The decor is a bit old and dreary, but the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Marco on the desk was especially good! The area is safe and quiet, and not too far walking from the main attractions. Breakfast was lovely.

"Rude and useless staff"
The hotel itself was substandard, the bed in particular was two single beds barely pushed together. The internet didn't work at all and the staff were worse than useless in addressing these problems. Not only were they not helpful, they were overtly rude to us. The breakfast was also substandard without anything being replenished once it had run out. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It was located quite close to center(but city is small, so you can walk to anywhere). Room was clean and breakfast was ok.

"Excellent hotel!"
I stayed here with my parents and absolutely loved it! The A/C was superb, the breakfast was excellent, but didn't have eggs if that's what you're looking for, and the staff was uber helpful. Florence doesn't have a lot of options for parking, so having the secure free parking was a lifesaver. They even let me keep my car there the entire next day after […] I had already checked out. It is conveniently located a couple blocks from the train station and on the edge of downtown, so we were able to walk to everything. Highly recommended! Mehr

"Golf Hotel - They could have careds less!"
We visit Italy once or twice each year, so I believe my wife and I are accustomed to the various levels of service/accommodations. I had two rooms for my family.The Hotal Golf's people at the desk, housekeeping and food service were not in ANY WAY accommodating - they did anything they could to dodge being minutely helpful ... the breakfast was a JOKE! […] The WiFi did not work. The rooms - substandard. Just awful - don't stay here. Mehr

"Hotel Golf - Within walking distance of main sight"
This hotel was well worth the money and convenient to many of the main sights. The only thing that bothered us was that at times we could hear small kids talking in the next room.

"Buena calidad vs precio"
Queda bien ubicado, cerca a la estación de trenes y cerca al centro. La calidad del hotel es de un 3 estrellas, limpio y bien por el precio. Lo único malo es que aunque teníamos reservas hace 3 meses, el hotel estaba lleno y una de las habitaciones nos la dieron en otro hotel a 3 cuadras de distancia. Eso no es serio....

Points forts : le parking privé de l'hôtel : mais attention, mieux vaut prévenir que vous avez un véhicule, les places sont limitées. La situation géographique : à 10 min à pied du centre. Malgré un environnement bruyant (l'hôtel est sur un boulevard) notre chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure, on a très bien dormi, peu de bruit. Literie très correcte. […] Salle d'eau et WC propres. Points faibles : chambre et salle d'eau petites, on ne sait pas où poser ses affaires dans la salle d'eau. Douche avec pommeau fixe au plafond, pas pratique. TV: que des chaînes italiennes. conclusion : je recommande toutefois cet hôtel pour son rapport qualité prix, bien que je m'attendais à mieux pour un 3 étoiles. Mehr
"Buen hotel para el precio"
Es un hotel comodo, cerca de la stacion central de trenes, el srvicio de internet fallaba todo el día porm la coneccion inhalambrica. Cuartos y baños limpios. La unica mala experiencia es el desodorante que le aplican a las habitaciones, si eres alérgico no te recomendaria el hotel, no dejas de estornudar y de estar congestionado todo el tiempo.

C'est un tres bon hotel qui présente l'avantage d'avoir un parking surveillé pour la voiture. On est proche de tout à pied,le quartier est correct. L'accueil est bon,un des concierges est particulièrement sympathique,ses conseils sont precieux pour le bon déroulement du séjour.

Bel hôtel avec chambres confortables et petit déjeuner très correct mais: - salle de bain minuscule (on doit slalomer entre le lavobo, le bidet et la douche pour accéder aux toilettes) - propreté du sol laissant à désirer (mon homme l'a remarqué alors c'est pour dire!) - personnel à moitié agréable (si vous avez de la chance vous tomberez sur la bonne […] personne, sinon repassez plus tard pour obtenir un sourire!) - l'hôtel, bien qu'à proximité de la gare (pratique dans notre cas car nous sommes arrivés par le train), est assez loin du centre ville. Pire il est situé sur une avenue très bruyante malgré le double vitrage (Il faut savoir que les italiens se déplacent beaucoup en 2 roues, ce qui est bien plus bruyant). Toutes les lignes de bus y passent (donc trafic incessant de 6h du matin à 0h-1h du matin). "Hotel con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo"
Consiglierei questo hotel per chi ha bisogno di una base d'appoggio per visitare la città. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di S. Maria Novella, ha posteggio interno -sia pure con posti limitati-, il personale è cortese, la colazione abbondante, le camere sono spaziose con bagno rinnovato. L'ambiente non è lussuoso, ma decoroso. L'unico difetto […] è che, trovandosi su un viale piuttosto trafficato, è abbastanza rumoroso. Adatto a chi non ha molte pretese e guarda alla comodità. Mehr

"Golf Hotel - Cheap and valuable"
The hotel is near to S.Maria Novella, is not amazing, but fair and it's very cheap compared to the average hotel in florence. The breakfast is not amazing. Room are big enough and clean. Good and free WiFi connection.

"Nøytralt personale"
Da vi ankom, og skulle parkere, fikk min samboer (kvinne) beskjed om at det var fullt, og at de ikke kunne hjelpe oss, men da jeg (mann) kom inn og spurte, fant de en plass til oss likevel. Personalet var relativt nøytrale. Vi var siden på et hotell i Lucca, hvor vi ble motatt som en del av familien. Mye mer personlig.

Hotellet var ok til prisen, men ikke et hotel jeg ville vælge igen. Det ligger ud til trafikeret vej, men dog tæt på centrum, hvilket er et plus (10 min. gang). Servicen var kun god fra den ene receptionist, de andre var ikke interesseret i at yde service overhovedet og sure tilmed. Morgenmaden var sparsommelig.

We have booked this hotel after reading reviews.It really turned out to be a good decision for us.Everything about this hotel is good and also when we compare to the price,its much better.Free internet is an added advantage along with very friendly staff,especially Mr.Marco at reception,he is very very friendly and helpful. Het hotel is dicht bij het treinstation gelegen, op loopafstand van het centrum, ca. 10 minuten lopen. Er is een afgesloten en bewaakte parkeerplaats bij waar je niet voor hoeft te betalen, erg prettig. Kamers zijn prima, met airco. Ontbijt is voor italiaanse bergippen prima.

"Aldeles glimrende til prisen"
Tæt på hovedbanegården og en trafikeret gade med deraf følgende vejstøj, når vinduerne var åbne, men ellers ingen problemer - fin service og alt virkede fint og rent, meget effektiv aircondition. Jeg vil vælge samme hotel næste gang!
