A continental breakfast was in the write-up and not offered. There was no coffee available 2 out of 4 mornings of our stay. The floor above us was occupied by 4 a.m. risers and our room below them was unbelievably noisy. Recommend you pick a top floor if you stay there.

It was a nice hotel for the price. Could have been cleaner and could have smelled better. But was good for a one night stay!

Well this room had no holes in furniture or spots on the rugs. The wall by the tub needed some fixing, but overall this was the best room we have had here. The web site says daily housekeeping, but since that is not true it needs to be changed.

the heating unit in the 1st room was extremely noisy & I did tell them about it the next morning. Nothing was done & there was no message to me when I came back to this room. I was too tired to complain , but didn't sleep well cuz of the noise. Next morning I decided to stay another nite, but not in that same room. I asked for a free upgraded room for […] the inconvenience & that was granted. The next room was quiet but the bathtub was dirty. The cleaning staff there seemed to be more concerned with getting in the room asap cuz they kept on bugging me about it. The manager came to my room a few minutes after the checkout time was up telling me I was going to be charged $20 if I did not leave in a 1/2 hour. & she knew of the problems I had the 2 previous nites. The floors have spots, the couch arm was torn. No daily cleaning even though the web site said so. Have stayed there several times because it suits our needs. It is clean, but needs some TLC.

I've stayed at this hotel for a number of years since it first opened as my wife and I visit her family. Early on it was a very nice place to stay for a decent price. Then it became that place you stay only because it was affordable. Now its that place I'll never stay at again. The bed was rock hard. I have stayed here for three trips to High Point. The price is great. The exterior of the building is as good as ever but the interior could use some updating but then of course the price would also increase. The room was clean but showed it's age.

I have stayed at this hotel several times with no complaints...this time was different. I stayed for 5 nights and the room was serviced 2 times. Well let's call it 1.5 times because the trash was only emptied once, the bed was only made once. the towels were changed twice but the floor was only cleaned once. The quality of the mattress and furnishings […] was very low and the carpet itself needed to be replaced some time ago. I could over look the room conditions if the service had been ok. I saw and heard several other guests complain to the manager about having no service, even with visits to the front desk requesting service. The outside grounds are very well kept... However, the insides are generally dirty and in dire need of updating. The A/C hardly worked and leaked. The room didn't smell very well, the linens had burn marks, and it was overall a very unkempt place!

This is not a luxury hotel. It's for longer term stays for workers and others who need an inexpensive, but comfortable, place to stay on a weekly or monthly basis. For the 1 or 2 nighters like us it is an oasis for those who smoke and/or have a pet with them. The rooms are all set-up with a full kitchen, small living area and a choice of beds. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was very clean and contained all necessities. Bed was extremely firm and not suited for my comfort. Hotel due for reno as there was a graveyard of recliners in the back near the dumpsters, but the value and location trumped that minor detail. Was a great place to stay for a long week getting my daughter […] set up at High Point University. Difficult to locate if you don't know it's behind the Hardee's and next to the Walmart.. This was one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in, especially for the high price. The AC leaked right onto a big puddle on the floor. The window was broken and leaning inward, letting hot air in constantly. There was no wake up call. There was no couch where one should obviously be. The room smelled

The staff was outstanding at the desk. However, there was mold in the toilet and throughout the bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock. The rest of the hotel was nice.

Room was very small. Requested 2 rooms. One for two adults and two teenagers. The room had one bed and they had no roll away beds. Paid more and was mooved to room with two beds. Found trash in kitchen from frevious guest. Things in room were faling apart and carpet and furniture dirty. Would not stay again.

It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but they do allow pets and have smoking rooms. These are 2 hard-to-find guest needs in today's "holier-than-thou" and "overly-sensitive" lodging industry. This Crestwood Suites Hotel serves more guests on a long-term stay because of working away from home and a comfortable, reasonably priced place is needed to call their temporary […] home. It works just well for those of us who stay 1-2 nights, but need a pet- and smoker-friendly place. This Crestwood Suites serves a select audience and deserves my "cudos". Mehr

I loved this place ... it was COMPLETELY well-priced and I wasn't expecting that there would even be dishes and silverware in there!! I was able to go to the store next door, purchase food and make myself the perfect birthday dinner. I would love to go there again ...

Our toilet literally flushed every 10 minutes. It didn't run. It just kept flushing itself over and over again. Also the remote control didn't work. Other guests in the hotel were so noisy that police were actually called. We didn't call them. But they knocked on our door to see if we were the ones causing the ruckus. This place is close to family we see frequently. This was our third visit. The place seemed cleaner this time, but the bedspread had a hole and the bathroom needed a few patches. Rooms are not made up everyday and there is no breakfast service. It fits our needs and the staff is nice.

This trip made my 4th time to stay at this hotel. It's convenient to my family's home and to all the best restaurants. It's also right next door to Walmart's. You can't get any better situated than that in High Point, NC. The staff, as always, was kind, professional, and helpful. The deskclerk even gave me a recommendation for a nail shop when I asked […] her. The shop was right in front of the hotel in the little shopping arcade. It was great too! Check out Crestwoods. There are fancier hotels in town, but why pay more? And if you don't like the restaurants nearby your room has a kitchenette, so you can always eat in. Mehr

room cleanliness was OK, but not great (bathroom floor dirty etc) The fridge in the room was very noisy, the remote control did not work, and overall the hotel was very noisy and over worked, in need of refurbishment.

This hotel is nasty, has not been kept up! For smokers! Hallways, rooms and elevators smelled like smoke. Very unfriendly staff - Called us before check out in the early am to see if we were going to stay another night since we have not checked out. I questioned her, "isnt check out at 11" and she said yes and so I asked what was the problem and why […] did you call and wake us up to ask this and she said we need to make sure so we can rent out the room?! The room was in bad shape. The couch had a tear in it and the stuffing was coming out as well as large stains and it was dirty....had to put a blanket on it to sit on it. The floor was gross. It had stains everywhere and looked like it hadn't been shampood or really replaced in years. The window was broke and if you wanted to keep it open, there was […] a piece of wood that you had to place in it to hold it up. The bathroom was dirty...definitely did a quick cleaning. The door molding had paint chipping. Floor in the walkway was peeling up....almost tripped on it twice. All in all a horrible experience and will never stay here again. I drove 10 hours and stayed at this hotel suite, I was planning on staying 5 days but because it was so comfortable, clean and affortable. I ended up staying 2 extra nights. I felt all the comforts of home. All the staff was very friendly and helpful..

It was a nice place, my only complaints were just little things like no extra pillows and no tissues in the room. Over all it was a nice hotel and we will use it again.
