Holiday Inn Colorado Springs - Colorado Springs

The room was very well decorated, spacious and high tech. Getting to the pool was awkward, you have to pass a hallway of meeting rooms to get to it. The breakfast was not included, as booked... they gave us a breakfast coupon for $20 off at the restaurant; but it wasn't enough to fully cover our breakfast.

Andrew perons working the front desk was awsome, he was a great help and a great person !!

The pool was artic cold and then the kicker was the neighbors that were loud until way after midnight and they seemed to be smoking in the hallway. When I complained it did quite down for a second but started up again, I complained again but it seemed to have no effect.

Hotel looked clean, but showers still had used soap and shampoo bottles, We had children that wanted to swim but couldn't the pool was cold, it was an indoor heated pool I dont think so, Beds were nice pillow were not for the price I would not stay again.

My family and I stayed here for 4nights while visiting CS, CO. The room was very nice and most of the staff was very helpful. My suggestion would be to try and stay next door at the Holiday Inn Express, if you would like breakfast in the morning. The hotel has a restaurant connected by they charge 10-15 dollars per person for breakfast. You could just […] stay next door at the HI Express and still get quality and a free breakfast for basically the same cost per night. I have a problem staying at a hotel that charges towards the upper end for a basic room and does not offer a free breakfast. If you do not care about morning breakfast or care about paying extra for it then this is a great and clean place to stay. Mehr

Room was nice. My husband said that the shower smelled a bit and the base of the toliet wasn't very clean. We reserved a room with a full breakfest and we had our kids (8 and 15) with us. So there was a total of 4. Well, we weren't given our breakfest voucher so I had to get it in the morning. It was only $20.00 for 4 people. That's not a full free […] breakfast! I questioned it at the desk and he also forgot to give me the kids eat free ticket. Anyways, for the 4 of us with tip it was still $20.00. That was VERY misleading. The food was good. Mehr

The room and staff were very clean and friendly. Not many restaurants close by for dining. The restaurant in hotel was good. The air conditioner continued to cycle off and on all night which we disturbing.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and we loved the newly decorated rooms, Check in was quick and customer service was outstanding, Thanks for a great stay!

I was very pleased with this hotel stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The decor was nice and the room layout was wonderful. We stayed in one room with our 4 small children and had plenty of room. I especially appreciated that there was a big closet to keep our bags in. That kept the room tidy during our stay. The restaurant […] was being remodeled while we were there, but they had set up a temporary restaurant in one of the conference rooms and gave us vouchers for free breakfasts for our whole family every day of our stay, which I thought was very considerate. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, not just danishes and cereal, like some, but a full, hot breakfast. We really enjoyed it. I'm grateful we were able to get breakfast at the hotel, because the one negative to its location is that there aren't many restaurants very close. I was a little surprised by this since there are quite a few hotels nearby, but you definitely will have to drive a little ways to find a restaurant and even fast food. The pool is a bit small, but the kids still enjoyed it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would return there again. Mehr

Hotel was clean, room was comfortable, staff was exceptionally courteous--would stay here again, even at a higher price, but at Hotels.com price, truly a great value.

Full breakfast was very good, free beer/wine/full bar at the manager's reception each evening was a nice plus. Our room had several minor things broken - the hook to hang things on the back of the bathroom door was broken off, the security latch on the entry door was broken and would not latch. But otherwise a very positive experience.

Our two-night stay was very good. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a complimentary breakfast -- or at least coffee in the lobby area.
