Travelodge Derry - Londonderry

Die Travellodge Derry liegt wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Ideal geeignet für Nachtschwärmer und einen Bummel über die alte Stadtmauer. Die Ausstattung ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte bald erneuert werden. So fehlte z. B. ein blickdichter Vorhang im Bad (Duschen war folglich nur bei Tageslicht möglich). Die Parkplatzsituation […] ist sehr schwierig, allerdings gibt die Rezeption wertvolle Tips, wo zumindest in der Nacht wenige Meter vom Hotel kostenlos geparkt werden kann. Fragen lohnt sich! Sheets not clean in room. Cooked breakfast not served until 8am therefore had to go on an all day shoot on cereal and toast. Expensive continental breakfast.

room was clean, lots of hot water,comfortable beds,very nice staff.and entral to all amenities.Would recommend it to others and will stay there again .

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at either in Europe or the US. The room was filled with broken and stained furniture and the bathroom was dirty. Don't stay here, even if the price is cheap!

Very very basic hotel, great for stag and hen parties, not so good for a couple. Very central location but then you get lots of noise from street. I would not stay here again. Parking surcharge expensive.

The Travellodge hotel in Derry was very central to all amenities.Room was very clean and spacious.The staff were very helpful and friendly.I only used the room only facility ,but breakfast was available in hotel or restaurant on the ground floor.

Reception let us check into our room an hour early with no charge. Everything fine with this hotel - comfy bed and large room. Would stay again cos the location is excellent for all of Derry's attractions.

The hotel is not very clean, a bit smelly. Location however is great. Suitable for people who are looking to party only.

The Derry Travelodge is well sited for foot explorations of the city, and the carpark arrangements with the facility opposite the hotel were useful in saving on parking hassles. The rooms were all clean and pleasant. The nearby restaurants and bars provided more than adequate refreshment for my group of hungry and thirsty men.

Unclean, poorly maintained, overstared hotel, was moved rooms to an equally bad room, was offered breakfast as compensation which had to be declined due to further experiences of uncleanleness! will never stay in a Travel Lodge again!!

Not the most prestigous of hotels but location is great, value great and the staff could not have been better If you want cheap and cheerful this is both.

Next to cinema and close to heart ,10 min walk. Good location. Free overnight parking in car park across the road.

The hotel is hard to find-let people know it is hidden behind the City Hotel across from The Strand (bar). It reception is up the staircase and the hotel smells of decades of smoking and the bathroom of urine soaked tiles. Sleep was impossible with people coming and going at the club across the street until 4:30 am-yelling and fighting.
