Gutes Hotel mit Komfort und großen Zimmern. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel liegt am Ortsrand gut 15 Gehminuten in das Zentrum von Banff. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist kostenlos. Gerne wieder!

It was an excellent stay, it had everything we needed and had zero complaints at all. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. The hot tub was a nice relaxing place to hang out and everything worked just fine.

My fiancé and I enjoyed this hotel very much. Comfy beds and nice atmosphere

The Rundlestone is a great bang for your buck, offering quality rooms at great prices. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definetly stay here again.

Great breakfasts. I had to upgrade to get out of a room that had a steady mechanical noise.

good, affordable hotel, not much to say other than that. A bit dated, and the room was a non-smoking, but you could tell it was previously a smoking room. If you are not fussy and want a fairly good rate, you won't be disappointed.

like many of the places along the main street in to Banff, this hotel is set up and located ideally for the persons planning to explore Banff and its surreounds for several days. Room was pretty good with a simple kitchette and an excellent bed. Comfy sofa and good TV services. Clean and easy access to ski hills.Comfortable beds and lots of room.Ski and snowboard lockup which is nice and easily accesssible.Underground parking will not take vehicles over 6'4".Good parking for vehicles on street.Clean pool and hot tub area.

Smoke from cigarette smoke outside hotel leaks into bedroom. Morning coffee thermos in the main foyer would be great. Very helpful staff.

It was a great hotel to stay at with everything you need. Stayed in the room facing the pool which had been recently updated. Bed was a bit hard!! Only thing was you couldn't open the window and found it stuffy. Next time I'd ask for one with an outside window!!!!

the staff were friendly, room was cozy. our room was overlooking the pool and out curtains must have been broken because they didn't close. So we watched swimmers walk past our room until the pool closed at 10:30. I'm sure they would have fixed it if we had of call the front dest but we didnt bother. bed was not very comfortable for us, too hard

Great value, would stay again .... booking thre HOTELS.COM though.

We splurged and got the jacuzzi/fireplace room. If you can do so, I highly suggest it! The room was very clean and the real fire place made us feel very cozy and at home. The jacuzzi tub was a nice treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and all of the staff were very friendly. Our breakfast the next morning at the hotel restaurant was delicious […] :) The only down side is I would say the distance from the hotel to down town. It isn't very close to the restaurants, shopping and other amenities. It is one of the first hotels when you come in to town on Banff Ave. Mehr

The hotel was very nice. Only problem was the mattress on our bed was rock hard. We had a really rough sleep and woke up sore in the morning because the bed was so uncomfortable. Chances are I wouldn't stay at this hotel again because we had such a rough sleep.

It was nice 2 night stay. Its really like 5 minutes walk to downtown and bus stop right beside the hotel! Swimming pool and hot tube were perfect. Good stay for good money. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Stayed for a weekend away, and we stayed here for two nights. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The only ever so slight complaint, is that it's a little bit far from downtown for walking. If you call a 15 minute walk far. Other then that we had a great stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was beautiful, friendly staff and the room accomodations were a delight. You can't go wrong with a jacuzzi and a fireplace. The location is in the heart of the main street with shopping and restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

4 plus star rating from my perspective. Very clean,elegant and provides the extra amenities. Just a brisk walk from the main townsite of Banff but some excellent restaurants just a 5 minute walk from the hotel if you dont want to go downtown. This hotel is nice and situated right beside a public kids park for all those families. We rented a jucuzzi suite with a wood burning fire place. The tub was nice but the fireplace we had issues with. The fireplace has a very detailed instruction sheet when starting and even when followed accurately, there was a ton of smoke let into the room. I believe […] the drafting of the fireplace is not that great and we returned with all of our clothes smelling of smoke! The room was clean but even when entering the first day we smellled the smoke! We stayed in a standard queen bedroom suite. The experience was not as romantic I hoped it would be. I was left with the impression the hotel was understaffed. Service was not timely. There was a lineup at the lobby to check in or out. The employees seemed overworked and unappreciated. Pros: The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The location is suitable. Cons: The bedsheets felt plastic and cheap. The bathroom light flickers when turning on and it is a cold brightness, not warm. The TV does not allow the user to play videos from a USB stick. Huge oversight. The air conditioner is noisy when on. The curtains for our pool-side view are for decorations and do not close. The towels felt rough on the skin, not soft. Mehr

My wife and I travel to Banff from Edmonton every couple month to escape the city life. We decide to venture to Banff between Christmas and New Year. Apound a search of hotesl with king size bed the only place that was available was Rundle. We were secptical about going there. Because this was not our regular destination. Apound arrival we were somewhat […] greeted buy the front desk. We also ask if there were any events going on around town. Which front desk had no ideal. We ventured to our room to find it a much dated room. The only thing that was updated was the flat panel TV. For the price we payed I was not impressed . But it was just a place to sleep. It had more of a industrial atomophere not comfy home like place. All and all I would not recommend this place for a romantic get away. Mehr

Hotel was quite attentive and had a crib waiting in our room upon arrival

Overall we liked it. Super friendly front desk staff. We called to say our tv wasn't working and someone came within 5 mins. Nice cosy little place.

Room was clean, somewhat dated. Our King sized bed was pushed up against a Queen sized headboard, so the mattress stuck out an extra foot to one side. The pool and hot tub area was adequate and clean but there was a large amount of water on the floor of the change rooms, not pleasant to walk through on the way in and out of the pool area. Stayed with my boyfriend for one night over the weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was nice and clean and the front lobby was really scenic with a fire going and christmas tree set up. We were planning on having a quiet romantic night before we went snowboarding the next day. We walked from the hotel to all the shops on the main road. It […] was about 10-15 mins, not too bad but we took a cab back since it got a lot cooler after we had had dinner. The hot tub was alittle dated but really clean, perfect to warm up in after walking around banff. The front desk had dvd's you could borrow for the night at no charge which we thought was a good idea. The bed was really comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was also really clean and looked like it was a brand new tub surround. We would definitly stay here again if it was just us two going. If we were going with a group and were looking more to party we might stay somewhere right off of the main road by the bars, but for us this was perfect! Mehr

We stayed for 2 nights in the middle of the week, so it wasn't busy at all. The front desk staff was very helpful at bringing us extra items we needed (tea kettle, corkscrew etc.). The pool and hot tub were very nice. There was some maintenance in the parkade and one elevator wasn't working but we didn't hear any noise from it. All in all a very good […] stay! Mehr

The hotel itself is quite clean and modern, but the beds were not very comfortable. It usually doesn't take much for me to sleep well, however the flat, hard mattressess at the Rundlestone Lodge were very uncomfortable. Also, the bathrooms (while spotless) were very dark with only a single light over the sink.

very nice hotel! loved the jacuzzi and fireplace in the room! very cozy! but the one morning there was no hot water for our shower..... but other wise we would stay here again!
