Herrliches Hotel mit großen Zimmern, Balkon mit Blick auf den Jachthafen oder die Bay , Kühlschrank und warmen Frühstück in fantastischer Umgebung auf Shelter Island . Waren hier bereits zum 3. Mal. Parken derzeit nur $ 5 . Sehr freundliches Personal .

Habe Hotel wg Golf gebucht. Dafür schön und toller Golfplatz. Greenfees und Golf Ausrüstung ausleihen Relativ preiswert. Service insgesamt ok aber nichts besonderes. Als Hotel zum Besuch von San Diego ungeeignet da Zu weit abgelegen. Von Dan Diego ca 1 h Fahrt mit Pkw. Allerdings lernt man das Hinterland Kennen. Liegt ca 550m hoch. Kann nachts kühl werden. Je nach Jahreszeit angenehm oder auch nicht.

"close to large industrial/commercial area"
Overall hotel condition was acceptable, but the hallways and elevator needed to be vacuumed. Not up to Marriot's normal exceptionally high standards.

If you don't need to be downtown I highly recommend. No parking fees, great pool area, food was good. Location for my trip was perfect. Staff very friendly and accomodating. We will be back on our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. We purchased the breakfast/room combo and were pleasantly surprised to have made to order omelets available along with many other choices.

We have booked at this location because a friend lives close by and we are visiting SD to visit her. The room is nice, clean and well-stocked, but you know nothing special, although the free wireless internet is very reliable and very much appreciated! The location is on quiet side of SD, you'd have to drive to experience the town, fyi.

We pride ourselves on creating a relaxing enviornment so that our guests don't feel bombarded with the rush of the city. The Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Central is a unique hotel in that we are a place of business and service for our weekday guests as well as a weekend getaway for our leisure travelers. We are more than a hotel, we are a place of rest, whether it be rest from a day at work or for a restful vacation! Thanks again,

Clean comfortable, easy place to stay for business
The room smelled of vomit making a night's rest very uncomfortable.The hotel was booked so there was no other option but to suffer the stench.

The staff was great! The hotel was nice the breakfast was fabulous! My 1 complaint... Someone needed to run a vacuum and a shampooer over the carpet in the elevator! Every single time we got into the elevator it felt like we just left a very nice place and walked into motel 3! But as soon as we got off of the elevator we were back in a nice clean hotel […] again:) Overall, despite the dirty elevator I would stay there over And over again;) Mehr

"Comfortable and Convenient"
Excellent location right off 163 Freeway. Several great restaurants within walking distance, plus good restaurant in hotel.Excellent breakfast, good service and knowlegeable and helpful staff. We like the hotel's location because it is easy to get to almost any San Diego area attraction or location.

"Would stay here again!"
I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. My room was very nice, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a view that overlooked the pool. The gym was also very nice with tv's on the machines. I did order room service and it was good. The location is very close to Mission Valley mall and Hillcrest.

Ample computers in lobby to use for Internet. Also, nice lobby area with bar and gas fireplace.....

The Courtyard Mariott is located in a business district . The surrounding is very clean and seems very safe and quiet. A few blocks down are fast food areas, gas stations and a variety of little restaurants. It is very close to freeways that will get you to downtown SanDiego in less than 15 minutes. The room is very pretty with an asian feel to it. […] It's very modern with an IPHONE docking station, flat screen TV, free WIFI and the best blow dryer I have come across in any hotels lately. There is a mini convenience store, vending machines on every floor, clean and working computers and printers for guests to use. There is room service available a lounge and a restaurant that serves a very delicious breakfast buffet which is not complimentary. I spent alot more than what I wanted to spend but I felt safe the whole time, I loved the room and all the amenities and everything was clean and new. Mehr

Everything about this hotel was great! Free parking (which is getting tough to find these days), an amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. Will for sure stay here again.

Actually staying at this hotel was a good experience. I would suggest that they should have flyers of local attraction.So you know what you can do around over there. Refrigerator was there in the room but there was no Microwave. Thats the only bad thing about this hotel.

"great hotel"
Great hotel with lots of free parking. Close to freeway and with-in 5-6 miles of most favorite attractions in San Diego and Beaches...Just like Marriott should be...
