Schönes Hotel, mit vielen Extras, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstücksbuffet zu kleine für die Grösse des Hotels, aber sie geben sich sehr Mühe, Ideal um die Disney Parks zu erkunden, alles sehr zentral gelegen. Zimmer gross und gut isoliert. Jederzeit wieder.

This hotel was excellent for myself and kids. The breakfast on Saturday morning was chaotic but I think that has to do with everyone sleeping in until 9AM and then heading down to breakfast. I would stay here again. Very clean room and staff was very friendly.

After reading many reviews we decided to give Residence Inn a try. We were extremely pleased. We booked our hotel on our way to Orlando literally arriving an hour after booking. We checked in with no problem and went to our room. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the cleanliness. No bad or musty smells! I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. First, I am very picky about things. I see all bad before good. Couch was dirty with stains. The surface of everything in theto room was dirty. We cleaned before hand. The cleaning wipe was dirty and went thru alot. Most people Wouldn't do that. It looked clean. The staff there are awesome and very helpful. The […] pool and hot tub were cleaned everyday. The breakfast in the morning was good enough. I love to see omelet and bacon. But other wise it was good. Again i am picky and had a great week there. We were there 6 days and were very satisfied with the service and hotel except for our mattress. It was way too soft for us in which my wife & I didn't sleep well.. Otherwise, our vacation was a good one.

Had a very nice stay at this Hotel. Staff was very helpful. Room was very clean. Hot Breakfast saved the day.

We had a 2 bedroom unit. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again

We went over Thanksgiving, so apart from the crowded madness, which was expected, the hotel was great. They ad a full buffet breakfast included, close to International Drive and parks, and we could bring and make our own food. Will probably stay there again in the future.

We liked the place and will be coming back. The room was nice and spacy. I was easy to get to everything with just a fiew minutes drive. The kids realy loved the pool after a day out.

I was staying at this hotel as a less expensive alternative to the Renaissance Sea World. The other alternative was the Hilton Garden Inn. Both are walking distance to the Renaissance or Sea World. I stayed in a 2 Queen Suite which would have easily slept 5 people on the two queen beds and the pull out couch. The room was huge. The sink was located […] outside of the toilet and shower room so facilitate lots of people getting ready. The breakfast was good and hot. Nothing special, but they did have eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, biscuits, juice, coffee, and pastries. Mehr

Within one mile of Sea World and short drive to Disney. My family of four stayed in a one bedroom suite and were very happy with the extra space between the sofa and the beds, the large closet and seperate kitchenette and bathroom areas. For the price it was a great deal. There were some minor cleanliness items and the shuttle serice to Sea World is […] almost non existent but other then that no complaints. Mehr

Nice and clean hotel. The walk from the lobby to the elevators is a bit much. Nice pool and breakfast buffet. If the price is right, its not a bad hotel at all.

the hotel is great. the only thing that had a negative impact was the slow internet connection.the room was spacious, kitchen comes with dishwasher, and the driving distance between the hotel and theme parks wasn't too long.

The reception staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly as were the breakfast staff. The only annoyance was the lady at the ticket desk working for Marriot trying to get people to on a two hour talk. The lady selling the actual park tickets was also very helpful. The bar and snack area were a little disappointing but were satisfactory if you […] were starving which we were. The staff were very helpful and friendly there too. For Universal we booked a park a day and this turned out to be the right decision. The boys (aged 10 and 13) had seen enough by 4pm and had done all the rides in one park. Would encourage anyone else to do the same. We did the Pirate Golf and the Congo mini golf every night and these were fun though rather expensive. We found a great restaurant on iNTERNATIONAL Drive called Houlihans which was a littled different from the normal chicken, ribs and burgers menu and would recommend it as a change in style. Would stay here again as the rooms were very spacious and the location nice and quiet which, after three days of parks, was very much appreciated. Mehr

It was a beautiful place. We went up on the weekend where it rained all weekend and it was so nice to come to it after being at SeaWorld all day and getting soaked. The only problem was that the spa was closed when we went down at about 8:00pm. We wanted to go in and really warm up but they had a closed sign on it.

We frequent Orlando, often, as we are annual pass holders at several of the themes parks. We came to Orlando, this trip, to go to Discovery Cove,(highly recommend), which was 1 mile from hotel. We stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott for the first time and were sadly disappointed! The room was not clean and was stocked with one bar of soap. Assuming […] I would have fresh amenities the next day, I didn't raise a fuss and stopped at a CVS and bought my own. Well, you know what happens when you assume?! The next day the only thing that was done was, our beds had been made. Nothing else. It was gross. The free breakfast was o.k., but not worth the thousands of people you have to compete with in order to get your food. One-two night stay is bearable but I own't be tying there again. It was very convenient but there are other hotels in the vicinity that offer the same thing for the same price and are CLEAN!! Mehr

Had a family room (2 adults, 2 children) which was very spacious with 2 queen beds and a double sofa bed. Even with the sofa bed out, there was still plenty of walking space in the room so an unexpected bonus as usually in similar circumstances it is very tight. Great value as it included free parking and free breakfast for all 4 of us. Our fault we […] left it late to go to breakfast - at 9.30am when it closes at 10am, so certain items had run out - but no complaints given it was a FREE hot buffet breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here next time we visit Orlando. Mehr

Nice hotel for the price. The pool is great. It is heated and very large. The breakfast buffet is good, but unlike other Residence Inns there is no dinner. The maids never show up before 2pm, so this is hard with a little one napping. Also be advised lots of guests have pets that they leave for the day while they go to the parks. The hotel was nice. Was in Orlando for a business trip. Nice to be able to bring my dog, for a charge. The hotel staff were very nice. The staff at the complimentary breakfast were super nice and the breakfast was delicous.

Price was right for the room and amenities. Suite was a little small but doable for a few nights. Breakfast was good - not great. Would stay again for the price.

Very convenient location for a family stay going to Orlando Parks. Very confortable rooms.

This was a great stay! Check in was easy and quick, but was not told about a $40 hold for charges. Not a big deal and much less than some other hotels/resorts. Breakfast buffet each morning was terrific, eggs, french toast, cereals, etc, and always stocked. Had our choice of room floor, so took 1st with our 4 kids. Location was easy to find both off […] and on I4. For families, the big SeaWorld sign is on the property in the back parking lot, so our kids thought that was pretty cool. Our suite was clean, kitchen had all we need and we were able to save money by cooking a few meals in the room. Laundry is on site for $2. There is a timeshare desk up front and you'll get a message on your room phone. We had reservations set at Disney so we were unable to take any tour in, but were not hounded or pressured in any way to do so which was appreciated. The pool was great for kids with it not being very deep (3'9" and 5ft at drains) and beach style with fish fountains. We had a credit so we had lunch at the on site restaurant which was good, and there's a Pizza Hut as well. The market near the lobby was expensive, so we went to CVS (right up the street) for any grocery or other needs. It also feels very secure considering you aren't in the heart of a tourist trap location. The stay was awesome and we've decided this will be our regular place to stay when we take our mini-vacations to Orlando. We would recommend staying here to anyone! Mehr

We had five people and I informed them of that when booking. Hotel room assigned was small; we were continuously tripping over each other...same size as a Days Inn. Dining room hostess was uncooperative and downright mean. She started yelling at my mother in Spanish because she touched a chair when passing it. When I informed the front desk clerk and […] asked for management I was told they weren't available to talk to me and was giving the brush off. I am done with Residence Inn. I'm a senior citizen. This is the BEST hotel I have EVER stayed in. I'd go back and recommend it to others!

This is a great hotel. The location was so the best. So close to SeaWorld. The room was very comfy and clean.

Price was worth the stay. Would stay there again. Very roomy. Only negative was the ice bucket in the freezer needs to be changed due to the ice being old ice. Other than that, great place to stay.
