Room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable and the staff was eager to help out of towners!

Hotel construction made for loud days in the room. I wasnt told about this prior to paying and checking in. Sheets were not sized properly and would come off as I slept. This revealed a gross stain on the mattress. I was nauseated at the sight of the condition and cleanliness of the bed. ( Not to mention the worry about bed bugs under the best of ccircumstances. […] Maybe after they finish upgrading the rooms with new furntiture etc it will get back to the value I expect in a Mariott property. hotel is located in a great location. room was really clean. but the bed was too soft giving me back pain. price was ok.

Hotel didn't exactly wow me and the rooms could use an update but I have 0 conplaints about the hotel. Staff was tops.

Better deals for local customers.i can wait to go back

The location is great and you have 2 restaurants across the street and that's a big plus. The hotel has a little mini market in the lobby that was very helpful. We were able to get some over the counter medicines we needed without leaving the hotel. The people at the front desk were really friendly.

This hotel is relatively convenient, being right on the Long Island Expressway--not really in the middle of things but not far from places to go and see. The hotel is nice, and the rooms are spacious, but the beds were horrible! Too soft, and I found myself waking up in the middle of the night and achy in the morning. Also, not much in the way of movies […] accessible in the room. Mehr

the front desk staff definitely picked certain individuals to treat differently from the other guests. I guess I qualified in the unlucky guests.

We enjoyed our stay very much and is in a convenient location. Two thumbs up.

Very nice hotel, pleasant personel, nice rooms, Red Lobster and Smokey Bones beside hotel, nice breakfast restaurant in hotel, near interstate highway, comfortable bedding, temperature control AC. Connecting room door and room door don't keep out sound from connecting room and hall.

My family stayed in four separate rooms in Ronkonkoma and they were all very satisfied. Comfort, cleanliness and proximity to restaurants.

I thought the room was very nice and clean! The bed was a little too soft for my liking but my husband liked it. I did call at night and request an additional blanket and they said they would bring it to us. However, we never got one-a little disappointed but was fine. We've stayed at Courtyards before & they are comfortable & convenient; I swam in the very nice pool; we were here for a family reunion.

Definitely a great hotel especially for the price! Comfortable and clean, the rooms ae equipped with everything you need, the starbucks and bistro downstairs isn't super pricey like other hotels...I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, excellent location. Five minutes walk to train to Manhattan. Twenty minutes drive to some of the greatest beaches of North America. Lobby is a bit more thant just a lobby. It is a great room to relax and meet people.

Convenient location if your destination is Islip/Ronkonkoma and surrounding areas. Close to highways and airport.

The desk staff for alate evening arrival of a family of four after a nine hour day of driving was extremely courteous, helpful and patient. It was greatly appreciated by this parent.

very clean and comfortable rooms..would have been nice if there was complimentary coffee and tea available at any time and perhaps a continental breakfest offered. Otherwise a nice stay..

Close to Islip airport (10 mins in cab), normal Marriott quality and good service

everything was great, except for the parking. Parking at night was non-existing. However, the front desk staff allowed me to park in the driveway behind their two pickup vans.

The hotel is centrally located in the mid LI area and has easy access to highways and LIRR station. Hotel has limited food/bar service but is close to other commercial options.

Plusses: Very comfy bed and pillows, and very clean. In room wired internet connection worked great, I didn't try the wi-fi. Fitness room had tv for weights and individual tv's on the aerobic machines, with complimentary earphones available at the desk. Minus: If you want a quick breakfast before you leave in the morning you might want to bring it with […] you. The little restaurant in the hotel is pricy ($4+ for a couple of cartons of milk, ~$10 for a burger.) Mehr

The bed was extremely cozy and the room was clean...two very big "+s." Also, I enjoyed the contemporary decor--simplistic and understated. I requested to not be near an elevator...and I was accommodated. I was disappointed that the hotel did not offer coffee and at a minimum--a piece of fruit or light fare in the morning besides the coffee pot in the […] room. On another note, I wanted to use my laptop in the room, and I realized that internet access was only available in the lobby area. That is always disturbing and disappointing because I wanted to work in my room and didn't have access. The shape/curvature of the bathtub was not conducive to soaking. Mehr

the stay was cool , service was as expected, but my credit card was charged twice by hotels.com and by the marriot too . that is the only confussion , rest every thing was excelant

Room was very clean & glasses were wrapped in plastic (important, if you've seen hidden camera investigations). My personal items were untouched by cleaning personnel. Room's windows were a bit drafty, & I could hear the water pipes of neighbors, but overall the hotel & hallways were very quiet. Bed was plush & very comfortable. Adjoined to the parking […] lot of this hotel are a Red Lobster & a Smokey Bones restaurant. Within the hotel is a bistro-type diner, where I ate only 1 breakfast, but it was fresh & offered a broad Starbucks menu. Unique to this hotel - and why I'll likely stay here again: Boarding Pass terminals. Off the main lobby are two PCs with printers and direct links to major airlines, where you can check in & print your boarding pass before leaving. Super convenient! Behind that is a living room type area with a large sectional & big screen TV where groups could congregate outside a bedroom setting. I didn't have much time to explore this hotel but was quite impressed with it and will definitely stay here again, should my travels take me northward in the future. Mehr

The hotel was great. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The food choices were fine.
