Wir waren sehr überrascht, sogar eine Kinderbett für unser 10 Monatige Kind war aufgestellt.

Alles einwandfrei in diesem offenbar sehr neuem Hotel. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Die Zimmer sind klein aber für einen Kurztripp völlig ausreichend. Die Einrichtung ist sehr elegant. Dafür kommt die Nachtruhe etwas zu kurz. Die fehlenden schalldichten Fenster vermissten bei der Lage (direkt neben der Autobahn) sehr. Dass die Shampootübchen bereits angebrochen waren war uns relativ egal - wir haben immer unser eigenes dabei. Viel mehr geärgert haben wir uns über die Unverschämtheiten des Frühstückspersonals. Nicht nur der Umgangston zu den Gästen war unter dem Akkzeptablen, auch der Service ging gegen null. So wurden z. B. der Obstsalat und das Schwarzbrot nicht aufgefüllt - mit der Begründung es gäbe auch noch andere Dinge die man essen kann. Dass die Saftgläser allesamt noch Lippenstift-/Fingerabdrücke hatten traute sich da keiner mehr zu reklamieren.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für eine Stadt wie Lucca einwandfrei. Spaziergang in die Stadt ca. 10 Minuten.

Rooms were small and modern, while nothing fancy, they were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, my husband enjoyed 2 dinners in the restaurant and felt they were good value (he tried the set menu special- I was sleeping jet lag girl). So conveniently located 5 minutes to the Autostrade entrance/exit, yet suprisingly not too much traffic noise. The walled town of Lucca was a 15 minute walk away which we also highly recommend.

We only had a quick stay here during our Italian vacation. It was a clean, convenient hotel close to the city of Lucca. It wasn't a fancy hotel by any means, but it was quiet and close to the city. The staff was helpful and friendly as well.

They state this hotel is convenient...only for those driving, as it sits on the exit of the highway, adjacent to the McDonald's parking lot! Not convenient to town at all! The staff is not overly friendly, infact downright bothered by your presence. Air conditioning is NON-EXISTANT! You must keep your key in the slot for power to your room, so when your not in your room, it converts to a covection oven! The decor is Scandanavian Holiday Inn....or maybe even the "W" of the Red Roof Inn catagory! It was not what I was expecting at all for the price, if half of what I paid, then maybe closer to reasonable.

The hotel is just off the motorway but the signs for the hotel are a little confusing so it took us a while to find it. I would definately stay here again. It's about 15 minutes walk into the lovely walled city. Reception staff very helpfull, our air conditioning unit started to leak water over the floor so straight away they gave us another room and said we could use both rooms so no need to move our clothes. Bedroom was clean comfortable and very quiet considering the location. A good value for money hotel.

My wife and I decided to stay at this hotel after reading all the reviews. Parking is available on site and the city centre is within walking distance. The hotel was clean and comfortable with helpful staff and the inclusive breakfast was very acceptable. The building immediately adjacent to the hotel is visually unattractive, whilst there is a Macdonalds restaurant on the other boundary. None of these detracted from our stay!

This hotel is perfect for those driving to Lucca because you can see if from the autostrada as soon as you enter. The hotel is a nice 10 minute walk from the historical center. There is an excellent and inexpensive espresso bar on the way right across the esselunga supermarket. Lucca is the perfect place to see and feel how locals live. The hotel has many positive points including the great breakfast. I would only choose Eurostars when I return to Lucca...hope it will be soon.

Very good value goood quality hotel. Easy to find at autostrada exit but thats the problem - noisy on 1 side of hotel at night so try for room on other side. Is is exactly easy 15 min walk to city walls but they hire bikes. All in all a good spot and great prices.

Very comfortable, smart hotel and we are very fussy!! Not in the best location but safe at night and found a fabulous restaurant just a few minutes walk away. Everything you could want for breakfast but we didn't try evening meal as we went out. Very helpful, friendly staff. We will definatly return to this hotel.

There's no denying that this hotel is not in Lucca itself. In fact, it's in a slightly shabby part of town, but it's just an 11 minute walk (and that's not at a particularly quick pace) to the walls of Lucca itself. Despite it's location, the hotel is very nice inside; clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is average - not bad but not great. Only complaint is that you can't get a drink at the 'bar' during the afternoon - I guess you're supposed to be exploring Lucca, and there is always the mini bar in your room...

Easy to find, just off the A11 and near a MacDonalds (which isnt as bad as it sounds). It made it very easy to locate. Very helpful staff. A 20 minute walk into Lucca. Cant fault the service and friendliness. We stayed for 1 night before we flew back to England from Pisa. We would stay there again.

The hotel was clean, modern and the staff were gracious. Everything about the hotel was great and we would reccomend it whole heartedly.

We landed at Pisa and after quick look at the Tower, drove to the hotel in Lucca. Not a pretty position, but it doesn't mattter a bit; it's quiet, very comfortable and with very friendly staff. It's about a mile or slightly under to the city, so if you want to walk in to town, allow around twenty minutes. But the town is so stunning, that does't matter. We drove in to town at the very end of July and found plenty of parking spaces. Hotel has free internet access in upper foyer -via their own desktop - and a very comfortable restaurant. Breakfast is fine; not luxo, but functional. Plenty of hotel parking thirty yds from hotel door and a MacDonald's twenty yards away too, so if you fancy cheap, convenient food, it's ideal. Nice little gym in the hotel too. All in all, we'd recommend this hotel as a great place to stop if you want to "do Lucca" or surrounding area.

A 20 min stroll into the centre of Lucca, the hotel is very convenient. Comfortable and handy for an overnight stay before flying from Pisa. Lucca musical festival in July so book early for the popular artists.

The hotel was very clean and the service was great. It is a very modern looking hotel. It is right off of a major road and next door to a McDonalds. Although the review said that you could walk to Lucca it is not really that close and you would be walking along a very busy road. It is however a 4-5 minute drive to the parking lot right outside the wall of Lucca which was great.

The Eurostar Toscana is modern and clean. We knew that and we were not disappointed. If you are driving it has an excellent parking area and easy access right off the main highway into town. We had some difficulty locating it because we were looking for a hotel name not their logo. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience I would suggest another option. This is not a hotel full of ambience.

Good quality modern hotel with all the amenities, apart from a bar. A perfect base for touring northern Tuscany with a car, although only a 10 minute walk to the walls of Lucca, a lovely old Tuscan city without the coach parties. 15 minutes walk to the train station for Florence. Easy enough to find off Lucca Est junction of the autostrade, just look for the McD. Plenty of car parking. Staff were brilliant, eg. looked up train times for us, lent us brollies. Buffet breakfasts were fine, we also enjoyed our evening meal there. Our room was on the McD side, however it was only busy until 1am. Not a problem if you stay out enjoying the chianti in Lucca! 10 minutes in the sauna will ensure you sleep well.

Modern, nice and clean hotel with good breakfast within walking distance from the center

L'hotel è situato in posizione comoda per chi è in viaggio verso altri luoghi:la vicinanza al mac donald non mi faceva impazzire, ma sono stata molto contenta di aver scelto quest'hotel.La struttura è nuova, accogliente,e le persone alla reception sono state estremamente cordiali e professionali. La pulizia è indiscutibile, anch'essa curatissima:il bagno di marmo è molto bello ,e la camera era confortevole. La colazione non mi ha soddisfatto totalmente, i croissant sembravano "finti",e , sinceramente, mi aspettavo piu abbondanza nei cibi esposti nel buffet,m a forse era così perchè a colazione siamo stati tra gli ultimi a venire. Comunque, un'ottima scelta.

Hotellet håller bra standard och ligger inom gångavstånd från Luccas stadskärna - dock inte i direkt anslutning till. Vi hade barn och barnvagn och tog bilen in till staden - tar några få minuter och det finns en hel del parkeringsplatser. Med hänsyn till att det lär vara svårt att parkera inne i själva Lucca är detta ett mycket bra alternativ för dem som kommer med bil. Skyltningen till själva hotellet kunde dock vara bättre, så ta med en utskrift från webben över hur man tar sig dig. Enkelt att hitta och att ta sig dig om man har kartan. med sig - vilket inte vi hade :-)

First of all our airco did not work and it took a long time before we got another room. They did not want to admit it at first!!! The staff has no eye for its customers and it feels very unpersonal and business-like to stay here. The rooms are basic, not so special and in our first room the shower was totally hanging loose on the wall.

Fräscht hotell med mycket bra service. Ligger på ca 15 min gångavstånd till centrala Lucca. Bra restaurang.

Quelques inconvénients: il mériterait d'être situé dans un environnement plus accueillant surtout à proximité d'une aussi belle ville, réseau routier très complexe pour y accéder... Il n'est pas signalé.

Siamo stati a Lucca per 2 giorni. L'Hotel è moderno, pulito e il servizio è ottimo. E' appena fuori dalle mura di lucca ed è ottimo perchè ai margini dell'autostrada che si prende in 1 minuto. Ottima la colazione e c'è anche il servizio di biciclette per andare in giro per la splendida città!

Udmærket hotel med god morgenmad til rimelig pris.

Si tratta di un albergo situato in posizione estremamente strategica, alle porte di Lucca (in 2 minuti si arriva in centro), ma allo stesso tempo attiguo all'uscita autostradale e quindi facilmente raggiungibile, anhce se insufficentemente segnalato. Ambiente tranquillo e discreto con camere pulite e ben arredate, di buone dimensioni, purtroppo nel mio caso con vista su Mc Donald, ma senza subirne alcun disturbo. Hotel che consiglio e che sicuramente riutilizzerò nelle prossime occasioni.

Très bien même si un peu excentré. Pensez à louer des vélos pour rejoindre en 10min le centre historique.

Moderne, bra lokalisering, stor parkeringsplass, god frokost, prisgunstig - bra valuta for pengene. Kommer gjerne igjen.

L'hotel è impeccabile. L'ospitalità Toscana si sente subito all'arrivo. Le camere ed il servizio sono eccellenti .Un luogo dove incontrare relax ed energia per procedere positivamente con il proprio lavoro.

E' stato un soggiorno gradevole , tutto il personale è da premiare per la cortesia e la professionalità . Un esperienza da ripetere !!!
