Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Gegend gelegen und absolut ruhig. Als kleineres Hotel war es sehr persönlich. Es hat einen sehr schönen Innenhof mit Pool, wo am Abend auch gegessen werden kann. Das kleinere Restaurant im Hotel ist gut und praktisch. Die Zimmer sind einwandfrei.

Mosaic is well located and we were given a lovely suite. The small restaurant was also excellent. We will definitely return. Thank you.

Was in Beverly Hills for business, but made a mini vacation of it. Small boutique hotel with a Southwest look and feel. We had a room facing the open courtyard. Very quiet, except in the afternoon when we were trying to nap and the voices of kids splashing in the pool reverberated rather loudly. Otherwise, beautifully appointed rooms, huge bathroom, […] location and cost, cannot be beat. My husband who's an extremely choosy eater, had breakfast at the restaurant and said it was fantastic. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mehr

Very good experience over-all. Nice, clean and beautiful facility. Air conditioning a bit noisy but working well. Breakfast service a bit slow.

I had surgery and came straight to hotel. The staff was very gracious and helpful. They were very attentive and fast with my requests with items needed. The bed was really comfortable and it had lots of pillows. This hotel is very quaint and peaceful. I would choose this hotel again. Perfect!

Pro: Nice location. Great parking. Con: Thin walls. Sometimes hear creaking in the floors.

Lovely hotel, very quaint. Room was small but clean and very comfortable. Great location for our needs. Staff and complimentary shuttle was wonderful! Would definitely staff again.

Hotel is cosy n clean with attentive staff. But one of the bellboy/driver gave us the wrong info when we said we wanted to buy souvenirs like those along Hollywood Boulevard. He told us to walk along Melrose Ave n we spent hours walking yet to find no souvenir store. In the end we still ve to walk all the way to Hollywood Boulevard but wasted our time […] going to Melrose. At the end of our 2 nites stay, we were charged car park charges (when we didnt even rent a car) and dining bills (when we didnt even dine at the rest). So pls ask for ur htl bill upon checkout as they might charge unnecessary bills.I would rather choose a htl near 3rd street, walking distance to shopping centres like Centre Mall (Macys n major branded stores) n Farmers Mkt.Good side abt The Mosaic is that it provides free wifi n u can use the pc at the lobby. We really enjoyed the stay. The front desk was very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and location is great. The room is standard size but perfectly fine.

For business travel I have not found a better place to stay. When I come to Los Angeles, my business takes me to places from Hollywood to Santa Monica and Bev Hills is right in the middle. I've been staying at the Mosaic for several years and the excellent quality of service and convenience has never slipped. As I'm not looking to hang around the property, […] the Mosaic is simply a great place to "come home to". I always feel welcome and safe and I know the staff could help me with anything I may need during my visit. Mehr

I loved staying in this small boutique hotel. It was walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The staff was super friendly! I would stay there again.

I stayed here for a night. Eveything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms were excellent, the staff (all of them) were very nice, everyting was great. This is a great place. As a frequent traveler these are the types of places you are on the constant lookout. I wish I found a place like this in every town and city I visited, it's a rare gem.

Great hotel. Great eye for detail. Great facilities. Great service. Great location. Really great find in LA Beverly Hills. 5 star performance. Close to rodeo dr, great restaurants.

Smaller room than I expected. Parking is very tight as it was hard to park my Truck in the space plus they charged a lot just to park there. No whirpool but a heated pool.

Our stay at the Mosaic was very nice. It is a small family owned hotel in Beverly Hills. It is only about 4 blocks from Rodeo Drive and the staff are very helpful. It has a cozy although upscale feel about it. The rooms are not large, with double beds instead of Queens, but that is likely because it is an older building that was remodeled into a hotel. […] The beds were very soft and comfortable. Free wifi and the bathroom was beautiful. Bulgari shampoo and conditioner as well as other extras in the bathroom. For the price we paid, it was well worth it. Everything about our stay was wonderful - from the greeting we got at the front desk, the escort up to our room, the cocktails from the bar and the driver to our event. The rooms are tasteful and so comfortable we hated to get up in time to check out. Just blocks from Rodeo Drive it is the perfect place to stay if you are going to Beverly Hills.

My husband and I had a recent stay in the Mosaic Hotel and found it to be a delightful escape from the usual upscale large hotel experience. The service and amentities showed great attention to detail and made us look forward to returning to our room for relaxation after spending busy days in L.A. It's a great alternative to the costly big name hotels.Just off Wilshire in quiet nieghborhood with less than 10 minute walk to Rodeo Dr..The room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. A quaint bar and restaraunt with pleasant staf. They are understaffed as I couldn't use hotel shuttle until bartender returned. I travel to LA and have stayed in about 10 other hotels. But, I now always choose the Mosaic. It has everything I need in a proportion that I prefer. That is, small enough to be a home. The staff invariably is personal in greeting me by name, even before I check in. They recognize me. They are polite and genuine. Some of the staff at other quality hotels […] are friendly, but they often seem like Miss America contestants with smiles because that is their job. Not so at the Mosaic. The staff does not seem to be "working." Rather, they seem to be enjoying being there and want to be useful. The rooms always seem like I am the first guest ever to use them. The Mosaic is tops. This hotel was superb. Staff were geniune, friendly and professional. The rooms were small but stunning. Very Beverley Hills..Would deffinately return to this Hotel.

Greeted graciously upon very late arrival, wonderful salad and cocktail provided in cozy, contemporary bar, and lovely room with a balcony containing a comfortable sofa. Couldn't ask for more. The rate was more than reasonable for the neighborhood.

I travel all over the world for work and once in a while I find a gem. The Mosaic Hotel - Beverly Hills is one of them. The staff will bend over backwards to make your stay unforgettable. Nothing is too much to ask for. Another detail: they don't try to nickle and dime you to death. They have lightning fast wifi, printed our boarding passes, printed […] a contract, faxed the contract long distance and all of that was included in our hotel stay. No doubt about it: we'll be back. Nice boutique hotel. We stayed as a family of 5 with 2 adult children. Rooms were not large and they had double rather than queen beds. I would think it would be best for a couple rather than a family.

I was introduced to this lovely boutique hotel approximately 3 years ago and decided to take my chances. I was very impressed. I travel quite a bit for business and personally as well and have stayed in a lot of different hotel chains. I must say, The Mosaic is always consistant with their service. great small hotel, helpful staff,very clean, easy in and out, great location

A charming, clean, convenient hotel. Most everything you need EXCEPT fair parking fees, local restaurant menu book (yes they will print off THEIR recommendations, but I would rather look on my own) and a small free breakfast would be appreciated. Staff was nice, rooms very clean, over furnished, their restaurant rates a c+/B- at best and is a bit slow […] though not busy. My only complaint was why they felt the need to hose down the terracotta tile at 7:30 am on a Saturday? A romantic hideaway in a busy city. Mehr

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. We went to Spago for dinner and were glad to use the shuttle service the hotel provides.

Whether you self park or valet park, the cost is the same = $30. Didn't understand that reasoning. The staff was helpful, but not on-their- toes helpful like I would expect a Beverly Hills location to be. The airconditioner was loud everytime (all night) it went on. The room is not sound proofed, and we were right next to the street. The bed was alright […] in comfort, but they only give you 3 pillows (2 regular size and 1 long = my husband and I shared this one). 3 pillows on a Cal King bed?! If you are looking for a hotel that you can stay awake all night and toss and turn in your bed, this is your place! Mehr

From the minute we arrived the service was fantastic, the only thing was the shower was leaking and we had to be moved into another room, but it was done with assistance & we got a bigger room, that helped having a small child. Everytime we left the hotel, the staff greeted us each time, they were friendly & very helpful. The location was very convenient […] very close to Rodeo Drive & pretty much right on Santa Monica Blvd. Found a great cafe, Panini on Santa Monica Blvd, great food, excellent service, overall we loved it. We discovered the Mosaic last year. This was our 2nd stay (with a toddler). The staff is friendly and helpful. I would also stay here when I come into the area with girlfriends shopping or with my husband for a get away! It has a feel of a European Boutique Hotel with American amenities.

Beyond the price expectation from this cozy and comfortable hotel. The room is comfortable and the window can be opened so the fresh air. Simple and comfy place overall. Staff is friendly and the car park is next to the hotel. Will stay again place

A surprising find in an otherwise very expensive neighborhood, this hotel was the perfect spot for us to spend a night in Beverly Hills, even though we live only an hour away. The hotel seems to be very up to date with its furnishings; the rooms were well appointed and the bathrooms were marble and well designed. We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very well situated, the rooms are attractive and well maintained, and the staff superb. The concierges directed us to excellent restaurants for dinner and brunch. They helped make it a wonderful weekend.

So I've never felt the need to post two wildly divergent reviews of the same hotel...but this was an "interesting" experience. So, first, the good: The location is fantastic. Half a block off Wilshire and Santa Monica. Easy walking distance to Rodeo and everything around it. Starbucks across the street and a FANTASTIC Italian homestyle restaurant one […] block away (Da Pasquale). Small but fun pool area with cabanas. European vibe - at times it felt like we were the only native English speakers there. Really great staff. The poolside food was fantastic! Free coffee in the morning - they use a proprietary blend from a local roaster. Of course, the coffee was free because of the broken elevator - but that's the next review lol. Mehr

This is a very small hotel that no cab driver ever heard of and on a small side street. The lobby consisted of the bar and restaurant in an open space and there was not one person in it aside from the attendant at the desk and this was a Friday night. The desk was right in front of the door, an awkward spot that I was sure was temporary. I ordered a […] salad that was delivered to my room promptly and was very good, however, I asked the delivery person what I should do with it when done, and he responded that I should just put outside my door. The salad was still in the hallway when I checked out in the morning. It took 5 minutes for a cab to arrive so you should leave your self some time. The good news is that a Starbucks was located within walking distance. Mehr
