Das Hotel entsprach vollkommen unseren Ansprüchen. Nettes Personal, das Zimmer gut eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und gut (vergriffenes wurde immerzu nachgelegt). Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vollkommen ok. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Alle Unterkünfte bieten folgende Ausstattung: Schreibtische und Telefone mit Voicemail; kostenlose Ortsgespräche sind ebenfalls inbegriffen (möglicherweise gelten Einschränkungen). "Lage des Hotels"
Liegt direkt am 10 spurigen ( + Abfahrt auf den Rio Grande Blvd. ) Coronado Freeway. Tag und Nacht ein Höllenlärm auf der Nordseite des Hotels. Der Süd-Ost Bereich ist schon merklich ruhiger, aber hier ist der Swimmingpool vor den Fenstern. Zimmer sauber . Service gut. Im Restaurant könnte die Bedienung etwas freundlicher sein. Wer keinen Wert auf Nachtruhe […] legt ist hier gut aufgehoben. Entfernung zur Old Town akzeptabel, aber in der Regel fährt man doch mit dem Auto. Umfeld des Hotels eher befriedigend bis ausreichend. Very clean room, great location. No microwave, except in restaurant; otherwise, perfect.
"hotel location nice, right by old town"
Hotel was in nice location. Hotel condition okay, the bathrooms were an older style. The pool was a big disappointment. It had a plastic cover over it and fans blowing straight onto the water. So much for a heated pool. The hot tub was turned up so high that the bubbles would shoot up real high.

Staff were most pleasant and very helpful. Great on off of the interstate and only blocks to Old Town and the museums and aquarium.

"Great Beds"
Very clean hotel. Staff was great. Got to hotel late in the evening and staff was very helpfull. Has 2 dogs and was given treats for the dogs. Been to many, many hotels all aound the US and this one stands out. Should have 5 stars.

I was driving from California to Texas and had trouble booking a hotel through my normally used site. I used hotel.com easily and got a better rate. The hotel was perfect, right off the exit, great room, comfortable bed, fridge and free wi-fi. I actually had an ankle injury and had the well placed bars in shower to assist for that. 5 stars+++++

We arrived at this Best Western in early DEC. It is right off the highway, and this is a nice feature. The room is very clean, but when we entered our room it was freezing cold. That was the toughest part of staying here it took a while to warm up and settle in. Also it took me by surprise this particular Best Western does not have a continental breakfast. "Super friendly, professional staff, excellent room"
This hotel is over and beyond the usual. The artwork and the furniture artwork was amazingly beautiful. The room was excellent. The attached restaurant was so very delish! My nephew said he had the BEST tortilla soup he ever ate ~ he lives in AZ, so has tasted a lot of tortilla soups!

This hotel is right off the highway, so it is very convenient, but you do not hear any highway noise. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but he rooms are very clean. The beds are very soft....for those of you who may have a bad back. For our one night stay, it was just fine.

Very nice hotel BUT the walls in the bathrooms are not soundproof and you can hear the toilet and showers in the adjoining rooms so if your neighbor wakes up early, so will you. "Very convenient"
this hotel served my needs just fine. Clean, quiet, accomodating and affordable. My room was exactly what I expected which was satisfactory. I travel for business quite a bit and stay in hotels all over the world. I dont expect my hotel room to be the Taj Majal like some reviewers seem to expect. This place was great.

The Rio Grande Inn was right off the freeway and close to Old Town Albuquerque. Very convenient. Our room was clean with very comfortable beds. Would stay there again.

"excellent service"
Helpful staff, hotel shuttle is great. Food has greatly improved. Excellent location one block from Old Town. I have stayed here on several locations and plan to use this hotel as my home base for several more trips. It is convenient and friendly.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy but Starbucks is right across the street. Got approached by someone soliciting money as we arrived at the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel before in Albuquerque and it serves my needs. The hotel staff were great and very accomodating. Used the shuttle from the airport and ate at the restaurant twice and the location near Old Town is also fantastic. Will stay there again.

We only needed an overnight stay but we had the airport shuttle, dinner in Old Town and dancing at a bar down the street with a live band. Great night!
