The hotel itself was nice. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. There is an outlet mall right next door but if you are wanting to go to the Opry Mills prepare for a long trip. When I booked the hotel it said it was 18 miles from the Opry Mills but it was actually 25. There are very few choices for eating out in the are. Basically you have […] Applebees, Cracker Barrel or O'Charlie's so if you want something extra nice you can forget it uness you want a 30 min+ drive. Mehr

First stay at the CI&S was great - I now search for a hotel by name - and Country Inn is at the top of my list. The establishments are clean, "homey", and comfortable. Staff has been great - this is the 5th time I have stayed with this chain - I love it.

My family and I stay a couple of nights over the kids spring break and it was a very nice stay. The hotel staff was very friendly, always fresh coffee, and the breakfast was great. We looked all over and this was the best price for a clean hotel with breakfast and a indoor pool. You will be about 30 minutes from all the things to do around town. It's […] right next to the outlets, if that's your thing. Plus there was a great antique shop down the road. The places to eat near the hotel are not fancy but they are the regulars. Hotel did not provide room type we were confirmed in and did notthing to remedy the situation. Hotel clerk was very unhelpful. Would not provide a pillow for pull out couch we got stuck with when they did not provide two beds in the room that we reserved and were confirmed in.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY ABOUT 30 MINUTES FROM NASHVILLE...VERY CLEAN...GREAT STAFF...GREAT PRICE...

GREAT VALUE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. WE RECENTLY STAYED AT A DOWNTOWN HOTEL IN A MAJOR CITY AND PAID A FORTUNE. THIS ROOM WAS NICER AND THE BEDS WERE MORE COMFORTABLE FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE.

My family and I stayed here over the weekend and was very pleased with it. The place was clean, staff friendly,and had good breakfasts. The only thing I could find fault with would interstate noise but even that is a minuscule thing barley noticed. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was really nice and clean, but the pool is a salt water pool and it had our eyes burning for hours after leaving the pool. I don't think they had the chemicals right.

There was so much chlorine in the pool that it stripped the dye out of my daughter's hair. It took 2 baths to get the chlorine smell off our skin. Everything else was fabulous.

The location is great...close to Interstate and outlet shopping; however, the shower current had mildew stains and the tub could have been cleaned much better than it was. The workers in the dining area were not very polite and could not speak English very well. I will not return to this hotel.

Hotel is very convenient and was clean and comfortable. Would stay again if in the area.

Very comfortable, quaint hotel. Clean, efficient. Has all the amenities for business traveler and nice hot breakfast. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Location excellent, right next to prime outlets. Extra soft bed and pillows and excellent breakfast bar. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, the room was not quite as clean as it could have been-stains on carpet and mold on bathroom celing-definitely not what expected for price of room..

There was an oder in the "non-smoking" room. Bathroom floor was dirty. Poor neghborhood.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our suite while staying here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was nice. Would stay again.

Pros: Room was clean. A/C worked very well. Staff was friendly. Convenient I-40 access. Cookies in lobby a nice touch -- and good!! Cons: Room layout seemed cramped -- no place to really sit down and relax except on the bed. Not a single piece of art in the room -- started to have my grandson draw pictures! Sink plunger was missing which wasn't very […] attractive. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, but nothing was really "good," including the coffee. 4 hotels in one parking lot seemed like overkill for the area -- no wonder availability wasn't a problem! Decent clean & quiet enough for family w kids. Just off highway. Breakfast included. Fit the bill with an easy online booking.

The hallway leading to our room had multiple spots where the floor was broken and very uncomfortable to walk down. Maid service was one room past ours when we left and took down our do not disturb sign and they were asked to clean our room since we were leaving and she wouldn't. She said if we wanted our room cleaned we would have to call the front […] desk. The front desk people were amazing and extremely polite and helpful. They were the BEST part of our trip. The pool was extremely cold and the spa felt like a luke warm(at best) pool with a little bubbles. Very dissappointed in the spa being so cold. Mehr

The location was totally different than I expected - right off the main road and highway. I pictured it being kind of "out in the country," but it wasn't. It was behind a Days Inn and Super 8 which was disappointing to me. Staff was friendly. Hotel had some "flaws" - staircase was missing some spindles in the bannister. Our room was a bit "shop worn" […] - patched ceiling - bathroom had some chips and dings. Also, our towels and the tub had long black hairs which did NOT belong to us. The room was huge and very comfortable - bed was very comfortable. The indoor pool was very HOT - like a sauna - outside temps were in the mid 90's, and the whirlpool was broken. Mehr

We were on the 1st floor. The noise was awful. Sounded like a herd of elephants stumping around. Called the front desk to no avail. Next night the same. 12.:30am sounded like they were playing basketball. We have stayed in the past and it was very nice. It has gone down hill in the past few years.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and the bed very comfy.

For the most part, the hotel was fine; however, no room key was required to enter the back door nearest my room, so that was kind of a security issue. Also, although one of the bath towels was clean, it did have several long hairs stuck to it, which pretty much grossed me out - needless to say, I did not use that towel!! I find it hard to believe that […] whoever folded the towel & then whoever placed the towel in the bathroom didn't see those hairs - it wasn't like I was looking for them. My first visit to Country Inn Suites and everything was more than expected. Clean room and facility, friendly staff. Comfortable bed......what more could a tired traveler want? Will look for a Country Inn & Suites wherever I travel.

The staff was quite friendly and the rooms clean. I thought the pool area needed some maintenance especially with the windows. The hotel is starting to have wear and tear, but overall it's good.

Check in was super smooth and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here on their way through Tennessee.

The people were amazing and the room was great. Very clean and the pool and hot tub were very nice. Breakfast was just great. The price was right and I would and will stay here again.

The hotel was even nicer than expected. They had homemade-like cookies near the front desk and the rooms were very clean and had a very comfy bed. The breakfast was a 10! Was very impressed with this country inn and suites for the price - very clean and friendly environment - the full breakfast was Awesome!!!

the only problem we had with the room is that the air vent blew directly against your face while lying in bed. there was no way to alter the vent which was high up in the wall. we actually had to turn our mattress around in the middle of the night.

Amoung the best I ever stayed @. Great breakfast, Great room, and friendly employees.

We really enjoyed the time we spent at this hotel and love the free cookies in the lobby! :)

Room was nice but a little dated and there were a few things that were not very clean. Expected a little more for the price.

close to shoping, food, and parks. clean rooms, coffee,and fresh cookies all day.
