Sehr grosszügige saubere Zimmer, mit schöner Anlage und nahe Joshua Tree Park. Alles was man braucht ist innerhalb von 10 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sehr ruhig, man kann dort gut ausspannen. Wifi und kostenloser Parkplatz inclusive. Insgesamt im Vergleich zu anderen Motels wirklich empfehlenswert.
Lage
Marriott's Shadow Ridge liegt in Palm Desert in der Nähe von: Children's Discovery Museum of the Desert, Desert Willow Golf Resort und Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region gehört Folgendes: Living Desert Zoo & Gardens.

This hotel is a Marriott Vacation Club. Owners and "normal" resort guests live there. We had a nice - however not too luxurious room. Nicely equipped with a kitchenette with micro wave and coffee maker. Overlooking a golf course. Very quiet. It was clean. The whole resort is a typical family resort. Very beautiful. With several swimming pools and golf […] courses. You could spend a week there without leaving it. Food is available in a small shop - very expensive. You better drive to the closest mall. i had a pleasant stay - but it wasn't exactly what i was expecting . a nice family minded resort with apparent timeshares. a golfers dream.
"Great Vacation Spot"
The place was great. Immaculate landscaping, beautiful views of the golf courses and the mountains. Everything you need is in one place - there's almost no reason to leave the hotel grounds.

This hotel is beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous. The swimming pools and outdoor volleyball and basketball courts were maintained in an excellent condition and were fun to use. We had a great stay and would go back again. Thank you
"Overpriced timeshare property"
This property is essentially a timeshare hotel that had no daily room service since I booked it on Hotels.com and no where was this revealed at the time of booking. Overpriced for the room and the scenery. Our room was no the cleanest and needed a real thorough sprucing up. Will not stay there again.

Didn't realize that this was a family hotel. TONS of kids running around, having a blast. BUT that wasn't what I was looking for, so if you have a family, this would be your place. If you're looking for a quiet place, not so much. Also, my room had ants in the bathroom, stained carpet throughout the room with some hard pink stuff ground in. I had to […] buy a can of Raid. Staff is REALLY nice and polite. Wanted to float around in the "quiet pool" for a bit at about 9pm and it was filled with screaming/laughing kids. It quieted down about 9:45pm, I went down, and 10 minutes later another loud group showed up. Back to my room. There were people partying on their balcony below me and to the side until about midnight. I guess if you have a family, and want to "let loose," this is your place. It was a nice resort, clean and comfort. But the swimming pool areas are too small and the kids playground/play room needs to upgrade.

I originally requested a corner room, upper floor and early check-in I checked in at 13:30, and I was asked to wait until my room is ready. And they will call me when it is ready. It was 4:00 PM and did not hear a call back. I checked with registration and I was told that 4:00PM check-in time is not guarantied by hotel!!! After complaint, I got my room […] at 5:00 PM. "Great Place!"
We loved our stay and will go back again. The service was outstanding - from the front desk people to the bartender at the pool. It was a very relaxing and comfortable place. We can't wait to go back!

"We found our new destination!"
We had never been to the Palm Springs area before, but after this trip we will be going there a lot more! The pool at this hotel was great, all we did was lay by it. There are 3 different pools at this hotel. We also went to dinner at the Nick Fidelo's in the hotel. The food was great. I cannot wait to go back!
"Decent stay for the price"
We stayed here during the first half of Thanksgiving week. We typically look for one bedroom condo-style rooms now at a decent price when we travel and have stayed in many different ones. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of space. The pools were great and the kids had a great on the slide (so did we!). The main drawback is the late check-in […] (4pm) and early check-out (10am). It basically cuts a day off the trip while paying for a room. The TVs are also a bit outdated but the cable service has a lot of options. All in all we would likely stay again if we got a good rate. Mehr

"Le PARADIS dans le désert"
Après une journée de route, quel bonheur d'arriver à cet hotel. Le cadre est magnifique & la qualité de l'hotel est impressionnant pour le prix payé pour 5 personnes. Superbe appartement avec terrasse au pied du terrain de golf. Equipement ultra complet & en parfait état de marche permettant de profiter d'un petit déjeuner sur la terrasse après avoir […] acheté les ingrédients dans un supermarché ouvert 24/24 ds le centre de Palm Springs. 3 piscines au top fermant tard le soir & ouvrant tôt le matin. Un seul regret, n'être resté qu'une nuit. Par contre le complexe est grand & je pense qu'y séjourner le week end pourrait tempérer notre enthousiasme. Mais en semaine c'est plus que parfait... Mehr
