I stayed two days with my wife and little daughter the first night we could not sleep at all. They have at our room two types of pillows, hard and soft, well all pillows were the same, hard as a rock, the next day we had pain in the neck. Overall, a really good, inexpensive option to stay in Guanajuato for business or pleasure. Location: This hotel is in the outskirts of the city, and is a great option if you're willing to drive or pay a cab to the tourist attractions. If you want to stay in the picture-perfect center of Guanajuato, look for other hotels. Beware of the hotels.com/Google […] map because it's inaccurate. This is next to the Conventions Center on the Gto-Silao highway southbound. Room/Amenities: Room was clean and comfortable; showers worked fine and we didn't have any problem with hot water during "rush hour". Breakfast is typical of any Holiday Inn Express: simple and repetitive ; however for the price we paid here it was good. During our stay it the breakfast area got quite crowded, so go there early. Internet is available everywhere; we could connect up to 3 devices with a single password, and the speed was good enough to connect remotely to office (not that common in Mexico). Parking: we parked underground all the time, it's free, well-lit and feels very safe. Noise levels: External: we didn't get any sound intrusion from outside the hotel; our room was not facing the highway, but a residential street. Internal: We found a lot of the crowd to be tourist families. Therefore noise levels in hallways are worse than the average Holiday Inn Express I've been to. We had a family with 3 kids next door and they were quite loud, playing in the hallway. We didn't complain because they went quiet early and because we tolerate noise. Mehr

Location is excellent for people traveling and specially business visitors. Hotel staff is very courteous and helping. Downtown is also in 10 minute vicinity, which is must to visit, awesome town.

The Hotel was very difficult for us to find only because in Mexico many of the streets are not labeled or mal labeled. When we found the hotel it was beautiful. It was a Disney lke atmoshere of Mexico. The Pool area was beautiful especially at night with colored lights it was gorgeous. I wish it had stayed open until 11 because it closed at 9 so we […] were unable to use it. Hotel connect to an applebees and for our first night in Mexico it was a wonderful way to ease into the different culture. The breakfast is in a gorgeous restaurant and had a huge selection that we and our teenagers enjoyed very much. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Mehr

There is no customer service here no one at the front desk knows where anything is or how to get a tour of the town or tickets to a show. We arrived a little more than an hour early so we asked the receptionist what was the easiest way to get to town and she said a cab, she never told us the hotel offered a shuttle service into town every hour.

MYCKET dålig guidning hur man finner hotellet, med en karta med ett läge som inte var i närheten av det verkliga, utan till ett slumområde. Därefter inget som helst tillmötesgående från personalen

Es lo que se espera de un Holiday inn, muy positivo la limpieza de las cama, negativo es un poco old fashion. Si van con el objetivo de tomar unas copas de noche tal vez es mejor un hotel ubicado en el centro. Si van a Guanajuato no dejen de visitar el Cristo de la Montana del cerro del Cubilete fue lo mejor de mi viaje.

Muy bonito hotel y cercano a todas las atracciones turísticas

Hotel bom, limpo, bom serviço e bom conforto. A localização não é tão boa, mas dá pra pegar um taxi.

Limpio, comodo, camas confortables, buenos servicios. El desayuno un poco mal, falta atencion de meseros. En general recibes lo que pagas. Si volvere en un futuro.

Antes de registrarme en este hotel estuve comparando con otros hoteles cerca del centro, de hecho me hospede en uno cerca de la alhondiga y aunque eran hoteles con mucha tradición no cumplian mis expectativas de confort y limpieza. Realice mi reservación por internet en hoteles.com y enunas cuantas horas pude llamar al hotel y verificar que ya estaba […] registrado. si pudieran bajar un poco los costos,yo se que es un exelente servicio y calidad pero si bajaran un poco las tarifas estaria perfecto la gente ya no buscaria mas opciones,sin pensarlo dos veces se hospedaria alli.

Instalaciones nuevas y muy bien mantenidos. Cuartos amplios con TV plana. Todo muy bien disenada y funcional. Buffet de desayuno incluido.

Good price, great breakfast which is included, and very clean. The only drawback is its location from the Centro, which was not so bad. They offer free shuttle service to the centro u just have to get a taxi back or the bus to the hotel. I would deffenitely stay there again..

Me costo encontrarlo pues fui por la carretera normal .Si tomas la de Cuota llegas sin pegas. El unico problema es que no tiene ni restaurante ni cafeteria y para cenar la unica opcion es ir al Applee que esta al lado , donde se come mal y caro. El desayuno justo y en un lugar con encanto. 清潔感のあるホテルです。 グアナファト中心地へはタクシーで20分弱ですが、 長距離バスのターミナルへは車で3分程なので、 早朝や夜間に長距離バスを利用する場合にはとても便利です。 無料の朝食も料理の種類が多く、なかなかです。

Es muy accesible y con buena calidad. Si viajas en auto, tiene buen servicio de estacionamiento y el acceso al centro de Guanajuato es muy bueno.

Estuve unos días en Semana Santa en este hotel y ciertamente contribuyeron a hacer más cómoda mi estancia. Las tarifas son razonables dentro de los estándares de Semana Santa. El hotel tiene unas infraestructuras modernas que me agradaron. Posee una piscina pequeña pero ideal para refrescarse después de hacer turismo. Great value for the money paid

Excelente sin duda

Me gustaría que el menú fuera más variado. Siempre eran chilaquiles y huevo.

Como todos los Holiday Inn son buenos en su labor, sus procedimientos se respetan a carta cabal, en este no hubo ninguna objeción, la unica situacion es que esta muy retirado del Centro de la Ciudad y esta muy solitario como para salir a caminar y/o correr , o solo para lsalir a hacer una buena digestion de los alimentos, para los que les gusta un buen […] bar no lo hay, y salon de baile menos. Lo senti muy sobrio, pero para descansar es excelente, no hay ruido no bocinazos, ni sirenas que aullan toda la noche, no ruidos de música, ni de la gente. Mehr
