Das Hotel war sauber und, da es direkt an der Interstate 95 zwischen Washington, DC und Baltimore liegt, auch von der Lage her sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige, was nicht gut war, war die Lage unseres Zimmers. Das Fenster zeigte nach innen direkt zum Pool- und Frühstücksbereich und dementsprechend war es relativ laut. Abends bis kurz nach 10 konnte der Pool benutzt werden und Morgens ab 6 Uhr hörte man das Geschirrgeklapper der frühen Frühstücker. Alles in allem aber sehr gut!

Das Sleep Inn liegt relativ zentral, so dass der Hafen gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist, hat einen sehr guten Service und ist dabei sehr günstig, d.h. das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist klasse. Nur zu empfehlen.

Der Service und die Bedienung waren super, sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und nette Menschen. Auch der Shuttleservice ist freundlich und gut organisiert.

Sehr sauber und ruhig, trotzdem gute Verkehrsanbindung, gutes Hotel in der Nähe des Inner Harbour.
Lage
Mt Washington Conference Center liegt in Baltimore in der Nähe von Cylburn Arboretum, Rennbahn Pimlico Race Course und Cathedral of Mary Our Queen. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Senator Theater und Loyola College in Maryland.

"Nice Location"
A conference center, so more for the attendees, but only 15 min for the Harbor & downtown, on the campus in a residential area. Will go back again. Clean, comfortable room with balcony. Did not stay in room much, but area is nice

"Mt. Washington Conference Center"
I was very pleased with the beautiful surrounding of the JHU campus. The room was very clean and the continental breakfast was what my grandson and I needed to start our Sunday morning. I would recommend Mt. Washington Conference center to friends and family.

"Mount Washington Conference Center"
My room was on the third floor and the elevator was broken. Had to take service elevator to second floor and walk stairs. Front desk personnel was not very friendly or helpful.
1. The passenger elevator was not working. My room was on the 3rd floor (which I did not mind walking up to the first time. . . .). 2. Door to room did not lock automatically when I left. Called front desk to send up engineer. Waited. Called front desk again to explain I need to leave for an appointment I had in 30 mins. After 10 mins. no engineer, […] so had front desk arrange for another room. Had to walk back down (with all belongings) to front desk to get key. Walked back up 3 flights (with belongings) to new room. New room did not lock automatically upon leaving. Called front desk for engineer. After 5 mins no engineer. On second try leaving room, door FINALLY locked. 3. Was late for my appointment due to above (note - I had arrived in plenty of time to drop off my stuff and relax a bit before needing to leave). I left the hotel angry about the lack of prompt service and attitude of front desk person who didn't seem to want to be bothered with my dilemma. 4. Was unable (and unwilling) to use free wifi connection since the security certificate was flagged unreliable and was HIGHLY recommended by my computer not to proceed with the connection. 5. Found someone's else long hairs in my bed when I pulled back the sheets. 6. Mattress incredibly uncomfortable. 7. Hotel hasn't been renovated in the past 20+ years. I don't mind a dated look, but not inviting to see stacks of lounge chairs and sofas shoved into a large niche directly off the main corridor. Lots of stains in carpets throughout. Mehr

The Hotel is part of John Hopkins University and is of very good quality. We stayed there because it was close to some frineds we were visiting. We were just passing through so I can't comment on teh location but the hotel and staff were great. Thoroughly recommended.

It was a perfect location for a wedding held at the Baltimore Country Club, Roland Park. Staff very friendly. The hotel surrounded by woods beautiful fall foliage. Would stay again!

Stayed because of proximity to the college. Very clean and fairly modern rooms. Had one situation where a piece of the coffee maker was missing and it took 3 requests to have it fixed. No food at hotel, except a modest breakfast, but that worked fine for us.
"part of JHU"
continental breakfast included. nice neighborhood. kind of close to JHU. They did not clean room and that was a problem after a 10 hour day. The staff leaves early so they could not. That was a problem

This hotel is in an excellent location but don't expect it to be like your regular 4 or 5 star hotels. Cleanliness was an issue but the rooms are really quiet. The self serve breakfast was good because they didn't skimp on the coffee! (Starbucks!)
"Quiet, comfortable in peaceful community"
In a beautiful setting on the Mt. Washington campus of Johns Hopkins University. The rooms, though not luxurious, are clean, comfortable, spacious and very quiet. Rooms have private balconies overlooking the woods of the campus. Continental breakfast was adequate. Ample free parking and free internet. It is a great value.

The best thing about this hotel is its surrounding - located in a nice quiet, wooded area and is very convenient to visit Johns Hopkins University. The continental breakfast is well stocked. The only weakness is that you have to drive a few miles to find a restaurant.

hotel is right on the Johns Hopkins Mt Washington campus, a beautiful setting away from the downtown but close to the light rail and some good restaurants. Odd combination of school campus (gym building, complete with neon lights, is next door) and conference center (conference rooms mixed with "hotel" rooms). "Hotel" rooms were not overly-furnished […] but had all of the basics (including lots of workspace and internet hook-ups), was just missing a refrigerator. Continental breakfast was sparse and breakfast seating almost non-existent, but the bottled water/canned soda available for all guests was a blessing in the 90 degree weather. Rooms were clean and individual balcony lovely overlooking the green campus. This is not for you if you're looking for lots of hotel amenities (bar, restaurant, pool, etc) but if you just want a clean place to stay overnight this is a great value for the money. Mehr

This place was GREAT! A complete surprise. A secluded, intimate location in a charming section of Baltimore. Excellent dining within walking distance. The room was elegant, comfortable, and simple. Would definitely stay here again.

The location and room were fine for a short weekend stay. But the inclusive continental breakfast was very poor. Awkward layout in a huge space dominated by an atrium space, with very little table space; maybe understandable for an older conference hotel design. But absolutely no on-site person to refill the coffee cream, food and other standard items. […] In the end we just gave up and went to a restaurant. One of the selling points by Hotels.com was that the price included a free breakfast, so that really wasn't the case for us. Mehr
"Very nice"
The hotel is very nice. The staff is extremely helpful. Even came outside to make sure we found the place after we called due to missing the turn!! There was a little convenience snack area open all night and the breakfast options were pretty varied for a free continental option. The room is simple, but very nice as well. "Nice stay with nice conveniences"
This is definitely a conference hotel which was ok. Had a continental breakfast that was plenty. The highlight is the variety of restaurants at the bottom of the hill that hotels offers transportation to. Definitely recommended for the business traveler but may be too far out for tourist.

Although the hotel is out in the suburbs, it is a great place to relax from the fast paced city life. The hotel grounds are beautiful and clean. The atmosphere is quiet and therapeutic. It is close enough to the lightrail for daily travel to the Inner Harbor but otherwise there is not much to do in the immediate area. This hotel is located on John Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. It is worth a drive because it is nice and quiet, clean, and has great pleasant helpful staff. I understand why someone else said that it reminded them of a dorm room because it has a long counter top on one side of the room with a flat screen TV on it. We liked it as we were able to […] put all of our things on it. Plenty of drawers, closet and counter space for all! Everything was clean and the mattresses were great to sleep on (no aches in the morning). I would definately recommend Mt. "Convenient"
Reasonable, good location if doing business with Johns Hopkins - actually attached to the university. Is actually a converted dorm or hospital - the bedding is great, flat screen - but no frills - the staff very helpful - it was clean. Breakfast was standard bagel, toast, fruit - coffee starbucks. It was OK

Outstanding rooms and service. Booked at last minute through hotels.com and rate was extremely affordable. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Only difficulty was in locating the hotel as we arrived at 10 pm and signage was dark and small to turn into correct road.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient for us. The room could have been a little cleaner. There were webs/dust bunnies in all of the corners of the ceiling and above doorways. There was something (not a stain) on the ceiling in the bathroom above the sink and shower/tub. And the shower curtain wasn't wide […] enough to completely close in the shower - there was about a one foot gap from the end of the curtain to the wall. Mehr

"Fun restaurants nearby"
This is a standard conference center hotel. The rooms are clean and made for sharing, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone that wanted to spend time relaxing in/enjoying the room. It worked great for my business trip and there's a FANTASTIC crepe place close by. There are other fun/quaint eateries nearby as well.

Mt. Washington Conference Center is a gem located on a hill, near major streets and I-83. The rooms are not fancy but are comfortable and clean. They have a balcony that provides views of the grounds. The staff are friendly. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous - trees all over, winding roads and beautiful buildings. It has the most complete fitness […] center I've ever seen in a hotel - bikes, treadmills, climbers as well as fixed equipment and weights. The breakfast offerings are complete - sweets, cereal, fruit, bagels, juice and Starbucks coffee. There are cute shops just off the grounds and a few blocks away a small shopping center with a Whole Foods and a small wine store. We've stayed there 4 times and have never been disappointed. Mehr

It was awesome! Especially for the price I got from Hotels.com. Loved the grounds and the view from my balcony. Right by the light rail, super easy access to what I needed. It is a bit of a drive to get there from BWI but worth it. Just don't follow your GPS through downtown to get there...take the loop!
