The stay was good, the only thing I did not like was when I booked my stay I put a commet to have a top floor room. When I arrived she told me where my room was which was on the 2nd floor. I asked about the top floor and she said it may not be till the next day. I told her I booked for a top flor room. She looked and said yep you sure did and gave me […] a card to talk to the manager the next morning. I had my 6 year old grandson with me and by the next morning didn't feel like moving rooms so I just didn't worry about it. I did not like the fact that you can hear the person in the room over. It was like having them right in our room. We could hear everything they were saying. The pics of our room online did not look like our room. It was much smaller and didnt have the entire kitchen. It was a sink next to the bed with a couch on the other side. No living room. It said […] we would have a kitchen, dinning area and living room. We had a couch on one side and a little sink on the other. With a small table at the foot of the bed. Not very happy. "For the price...I would stay here again"
We had a pleasant stay. Overall the hotel was great. The grounds were well kept there was a lot of fun things to do. They have multiple pools and hot tubs that are open until around midnight. Everyone is friendly and nice. We had an issue figuring out the shower but they sent someone right up to show us how it worked. The walls are paper thin. You really […] can hear everything if u have neighbors. That would probably be the only downfall of the whole stay, which wasn't that big of an issue since we were gone doing things most of the day. The private screened in patio/porch was awesome! We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which had a full kitchen. It included a dish washer, electric stove and oven, full size microwave and fridge with an ice maker in the freezer! They have kitchen utensils including the normal plates bowls cups etc...but they also had a full size cusinart coffee maker, blender, can opener, and toaster. There is also a nice smaller sized washer and dryer in a closet in the kitchen that came in handy. Some people have mentioned that the lights were an issue outside since they only have blinds and no curtains in the bedroom but we had no problem sleeping. The brightness wasn't bad at all in our unit. So I would definitely recommend this place if you get a good price. We only paid around $70 per night and would definitely go back to stay there again! Let's start with the good, the hotel (suites) is in a nice quiet area, and not far from the action. Has beautiful landscaping. Clean rooms that are up to date. The bad! Well when you check in, they give a "gift" a chance to win free tickets for shows. That's when they try to sell you into a timeshare thing for the company, they want to take you on a […] 90 min showing of the hotel. They will not take NO for an answer! If you don't plan on staying more than 9 days you will have to pay to have your room cleaned! Don't plan on taking long HOT shower, then hot water will not last. Save your money and go to where they leave the lights on for you. It is a better value for your money. The jet tub leaked water, the dryer door handle came off in my hand, when the sun come up so will you, the blinds are so cheep they do not block any outside light. The big screen TV was blurry because it only received an analog 480dpi. Plus we received […] four phone calls trying to get us to attend a presentation for there time shares. Everything was excellent concerning our stay except for one item. At night the amount of light that was able to come in the room through the windows past the blinds was a bit excessive. overall very nice. We stayed 5 nights and had to ask for maid service. Not sure if it wasn't part of service etc. No literature said there was no room service unless requested. "Quiet, Cozy, Clean"
Went to Branson to go shopping, originally booked 1 night stay at Suites at Fall Creek but we liked it so much we re-booked for a 2nd night. The hotel is not right on the strip but it is close enough that it is within a few minutes of the outlet mall and a lot of the attractions, so we thought the location was good. We rented the studio room which was […] small but very clean and modern, had a nice tv and tiny kitchenette area. It was very quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Hotel did not have any dining or consession type food on premises for purchase. Rooms were comfortable but there were a lot of outside lights and no black out shades, had to hang blankets over the window to help darken the room. "i LIKE THE FALL CREEK RESORT."
everything was very satisfactory. My only complaint is the maintanence. The cleaning was very good. I mean they fixed the tub with a new water spout that did not even come out over the tub & rigged a bar of plastic to keep the water from running all over the floor. Doing this, this room had no working shower. The onky way you could wash your hair was […] to use a pan under the sink to rinse with over the sink, or fill the 2 person tub up each time & waste a lot of water. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at The Suites at Fall Creek. This is our 2nd time staying and would not hesitate to stay again. The staff is very nice and friendly and the hotel is really clean. It is not over priced for the nice rooms that you get.
