The hotel is great, service and room were fantastic. The airport bus departs just outside the front entrance and costs $5 one-way and the subway station is a block up the street. The restaurant is more then adequate and there is free high speed internet access throughout the hotel. I'll definitely go back.

I've been visiting Taipei for 18 years and usually stay in 3 star hotels. For a little more money the Evergreen Laurel was well worth it, best nights' sleep I've had in Taiwan, and superb breakfast buffet. Nice lobby with areas for discreet meetings. Will llikely be my new favorite if room deals are to be found.

Nice hotel with service from the heart. Staff are willing to help. Convenience location with 3-5 mins walk to subway. Wi-fi connection not much stable.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous - the staff, the room, the cleanliness, the gym facilities, the buffet breakfast, etc. etc.. I have absolutely no complaints!! I would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was wonderful - helpful, friendly, courteous. Room was comfortable and immaculate. An overall great experience! Would highly recommend!

Very good hotel location beside MTR station so easily accessible to all that is to be seen. Hotel located in a good, clean & safe area of the city. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. I would definently recommend this hotel to others.

with its location and the price to pay, good value if you want to visit Taipei

They have exceptional service, great breakfast, very clean and very close to an MRT station. An excellent value if you're headed to Taipei. Won't hesitate to stay there again and recommend to our friends.

Arrived late at night into the hotel, after a 28 hour journey, which concluded with the airline loosing my luggage. Nevertheless, the staff was very kind and helpful in making sure I could find a convenience store to buy overnight clothes and a laundry service that could clean those I was wearing in time for an early business meeting in Taipei the next […] day. An added plus was the Evergreen Bus you can take from the International airport, it takes 50 minutes or so, makes several stops, but leaves you in front of the hotel. Affordable and convenient. Mehr

Evergreen Hotel had exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional. We felt that they really want to serve us and not just because it's their job but because we were guests and they want to please their guests. They picked us up from the airport, even though the airplane was late for more than an hour, they waited for us and were courteous and […] informative. This is an excellent hotel, with beautiful rooms, a very nice lobby, and good service. The TV options were also nice, as was the business center in the lobby.

I travel to Taipei frequently for business and have stayed in about a dozen hotels there. The Evergreen Laurel is a good hotel and is a good value when you include the cost of breakfast and internet in the total comparison with other hotels. The rooms are large and extremely quiet, and the staff service is great. There is a new MRT station 5 minutes […] away, and the airport bus stops 2 doors away and is only xxx (price not allowed to be posted, but it's really cheap and convenient). The bathrooms are large; the jet tubs are fun and the Japanese jet-stream toilets (you know what I mean) are a real bonus. The gold-plated sinks are funky but tolerable. Just put on some KC and the Sunshine Band and you'll be in the groove. Downsides are: The only rooms that have windows with any view are the suites and the top 3 floors, everything else faces a wall. The suites are huge and a great price, but the design is that half the space is the living room, which I hardly ever use except for occasional room service, while the bed and desk areas where I spend all my time are cramped, so I have to choose between a big space that I don't use vs. a large all-in-one deluxe room facing a wall. The breakfast has a large selection but is quite limited compared to other business hotels. The room service menu is really poor; after 9pm all you can get is a mayonnaise-laden club sandwich. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you have to walk to the next big intersections, which is ok in good weather but impossible in the swampy summer. Overall the Evergreen Laurel is a good choice when the Westin and Sherwood are priced too high. If those are at a similar overall price I would recommend them instead. Mehr

Good business hotel. Not much in the way of local western food, but hotel is a good value and easily accessible from the subway.

I reserved 2 rooms under 2 bookings without mentioning it when I was doing the reservaton. But when I checked in hotel, they were extremely helpful and do all possible to put our groups together. We checked in on the 1st day of the Chinese New Year, I suspect they are short of staff; however, we have been taken care genuinely & sincerely. Besides, the […] housekeeping staff is doing a beautiful job everyday, I cannot find a single fault in the room nor the bathroom. It was just clean, neat and tidy. After staying in the hotel for so long, you have a feel of how the housekeeping people doing, right ? A new line of subway just opened in the last couple of months makes this hotel a perfect place to stay. It only takes about 2 minutes walk north of the hotel to get to the subway station. Right at the door is the Evergreen Bus going to the Taoyuan International Airport which ease your departure a great deal. Last but not least, there is a Miniature Museum of Taiwan 10 minutes walk from the hotel that no one should miss ! Just one thing to the management : They might need to look into their breakfast area and see how it can be improved. The service was slow when it is packed with people. But must admit that their staff are very well trained, they can work under pressure and serve with positive attitudes no matter how worse the situation is ! Really appreciate that ! Mehr

The Evergreen is definitely a bargain. It's clean and luxurious.

this hotel is suited for business travellers as it is situated in a business district,the hotel is clean and staff couteous.They even have a fax in the room and 2 chairs placed facing an LCD TV. The toilet is fantastic.I would highly recommend for business travellers

午前のチェックインもOKでした。また設備等も良かったです。次もこのホテルにする予定です。ホテルの近くでB級グルメを堪能しました。

徒歩圏内に特別な観光地や繁華街は無いが、台北はMRT（捷運）が便利なので、どこにでも行ける。ＭＲＴ駅は徒歩5分以内。松山空港から、ＭＲＴは2回乗り換えなので不便、タクシーが便利で10分から15分、120元程度だった。建物は古いが、改装されており、清潔である。街中なので、眺望は期待できない。フロントのスタッフは親切でフレンドリー。小ぢんまりしたホテルで好感が持てた。

老實說,會不會長榮給Hotels.com的房間都不怎麼樣(我覺得這已經是我地2次有這種感覺了) 看起來非常普通,只能說乾淨與安靜吧,實在看不出長榮的優勢,感覺就像是住進一晚2000NT的品質,真的SOSO

今回比較的安価で泊まれたので、こちらのホテルに3泊しました。松山空港を利用したのですが、空港からタクシーで15分ほど、200元弱という立地で、MRTの南京松江にも近く、立地は非常に良かったと思います。 部屋は25平米程度の最も狭い部屋で、バスタブはありませんでしたが、1人で過ごすには十分な広さでした。 徒歩2分圏内にコンビニやスタバ、スーパーマーケットなどがありちょっとした買い物などにも便利でした。 フロントの対応、レストランでのサービスともに申し分なしです。ロビーで待ち合わせをしていると、いつも気を利かせて水を持ってきてくれるなど、十分な配慮がされていると感じました。 ホテルのスケールが小さいため、ロビーは小さいのですが、団体客がいない分、落ち着けました。 ネットが無料なのはとても有難かっ […] たです。 ウェルカムフルーツはいつも補充されるので、いくら食べてもなくなりません…笑 Mehr

長英バス停にすごく近く、便利(雨でもOK)。ホテルに無料の貸し傘有り、これも便利。部屋も綺麗で大きくOK。中山北路に少なかったと思われる中華/台湾料理(餃子等B級グルメを含む。しゃぶしゃぶではありません)のお店も付近で簡単に見つかりこれもOKでした。

首先，我很慶幸能夠透過HOTELS.com的網站訂到新春期間如此超值的飯店。尤其當我打電話去網站客服部門詢問時，接洽人員十分有耐心的回復以及說明訂購的情形。 此外，抵達長榮酒店十，雖然訂房客滿，業務繁忙，接待人員人細心的將飯店的事宜交代清楚。 這是我第二次入住台北長榮酒店。因為第一次未開車沒有發現。唯一不方便的是，長榮酒店的停車實在不方便，若是休旅車得停門口。一來愛車風吹日曬雨林，二來若是下雨或大太陽拿取物品，就顯得十分不便。 整體而言，仍是值得推薦的好酒店喔!

1月の13日から３泊しました。団体客がいないので静かでこじんまりしています。 　エバー航空で台北へ入り、宿泊もエバーグリーン、どちらもグリーンの制服、コーポレートカラーで「台湾へきたなｱ」と感じます。 何と言ってもありがたかったのが、郊外の人気のレストランへの予約です。なかなか電話がつながらず、7.8回程、時間をおいてホテルのフロントの方にかけてもらいました。お蔭で予約もとれ、食事も堪能しました。 地下一階には、ジムとスパがありどちらも使いました。 スパは個室かペア用のどちらかで部屋にはトイレ、シャワー（スチーム付き）、バスタブが付いていてマッサージ前後もゆっくりできました。 部屋は、シャワーのみの部屋でした。バスタブ付きの部屋にこだわる方は、シャワーだけなのか予約時に要確認かと思いま […] す。 フルーツは毎日、減ると盛り合わせがまた補充されていて、食べても食べても減らない状況でした。 エレベーターは、部屋のキーを入れないと作動しませんのでセキュリティー面でも安心です。 部屋の水回りなども新しく、バスローブも寝間着代わりにできる程よい厚さでした。 部屋のカードキ―を見せると１階でコーヒー・紅茶を無料でいただけました。 しいて欲しいものをあげれば、ヘアートリートメントでしょうか？（今回は、毎回近所の美容室でシャンプーしてもらっていたので、部屋ではシャンプーしていないのですが） その他細かい備品が揃っていて感心しました。ホチキスやハサミなど。日経新聞も部屋に届けられていました。 もちろんWIFIも無料です。１階に無料で使えるパソコンもありました。 大満足のホテルです!!!! 日本語は全く通じませんが、片言の英語で十分コミュニケーションはとれました。 　 Mehr

今回3度目で、毎回、一番大きい部屋です。★部屋にプリンターとしても使えるファックス機があるのですが、USB接続ではありませんでした。USB接続のものがないか聞いてみたところ、すぐに交換してくれました。部屋で印刷できるのは便利です。★インターネットは有線・無線両方使えますが、無線はかなり遅いので、有線をお勧めします。ケーブルは部屋にありますが、長いものを持っていくと便利です。★冷蔵庫の飲み物は、洋酒のミニチュア瓶以外は無料で、缶ビールもあります（1日2本）。これで足りなければ、すぐ近くに頂好（スーパー）があるので、安く買えます。また、果物類・スナック類もあり、すべて無料です。★朝食は、好みがありますので、人それぞれでしょうが、私は満足です。★繁華街に行くには地下鉄またはタクシーを利用する必要が […] ありますが、私は全く気になりません。日本語の達者な人は以前はいましたが、今回は見当たりませんでした。英語ができればベターです。★また，利用したいです。 Mehr

長栄会長の張さんが日本の東日本大震災へ個人で１０億円という多額の寄付をされて、その日本を思って下さるお気持ちに大感激しまして、前回、台南のEver Green Hotelでコーナースーイートに宿泊、その設備の端正さと従業員の方々のお優しさに感激し、今回は台北での宿泊となりました。 こちらは今回一番安価なツインを選びました。お部屋がスイートを２つに分けるという改造をしたもので、設備はとても豪華で良いものを使って居られるのですが、クロゼットが小さく、間取りが歪で動線が悪く、滞在中は工夫が必要でした。 朝ご飯やその他のサービスは良いのですが、出発が日曜日になり、長栄の空港バスが目の前からの発着となる為、空港バスで空港に向かうつもりであったところ、日曜日はバスは１時間に一本で「何時に来るか分から […] ない」とドアマンに言われました。コンシェルジュは日曜日のバスの本数が少ない事を前日相談した時に言ってくれず、当日戸惑いました。何故なら最終日で現金の持ち合わせが少なくなっていたのでタクシー代が十分にあるのか微妙だったからです。 平日なら空港バスは２０分に一本ほど来ますので、目の前からの乗車が可能ですから、便利だと思います。 Mehr

松山空港、台北駅、忠孝東路、台北１０１．．．何処へ行くにもタクシーで１０分程度。林森北路は徒歩圏。まぁ、台北自体狭い街ですからね。 南京東路のMRTが開通すれば、立地は言う事無しです。 部屋の設備やスタッフの対応も素晴らしいです。 元々オフィスビルを改築しているので、大きくはないので最高グレードとは言えないでしょうが、かなり満足度は高いです。

台湾のホテルは何軒も宿泊したことがあります。その中でもこのエバーグリーンはとても良いホテルだと感じました。悪いところが見当たりません。また、ホテルドットコムでに価格もとても安く、感謝しています。落着いた雰囲気をお望みの方はお勧めするホテルです。

日本語に堪能なスタッフがいないため細かい要望が出来ない。 英語が堪能な人には良い。 ホテルコムズで予約をした客の問合せメールには、回答がない。 その点について、スタッフに、「なぜ回答しないのか」と聞いたところ、「ホテルコムズの予約客だからする必要ない」と主張した。 嫌な雰囲気となったのでそのまま引き下がった。
