Management was nice, courtesy and friendly. Housekeeping was good. I would recommend.

Property was hard to locate and not clearly marked. Staff was polite but not very helpful. I felt the floor of the hallway in front of our room give a little when I walked on it and wondered how loud it was downstairs. The room was clean, the tv and a/c worked. I kept the a/c on so it would cover the sound from the next room. The bed was the hardest […] I've ever slept on and was very low to the ground. A coat would have made for a better pillow. When I requested additional from the front desk I was given one and told to come back in a half hour and she might have another. But, hey, It was cheap. Knew going in that this was a minimum frills Hotel, but ended up being a no frills Hotel. I never got any room services at all during the whole 9 days I was there. Internet access never worked (for the whole 9 days). Rooms were not well maintained (carpet was stained and dressers / desk was dinged up). They used some kind of cleaning solution in the […] room's AC... had to open windows and air room out 3 to 4 times per day. Laundry facilities worked, but were also not very well maintained. Staff was generally either rude or indifferent. Wasn't expecting much, but I had stayed there before (several years earlier) and it wasn't anywhere near this bad. If you're single and just need a cheap room for a couple of nights, this place may work. I would NOT reccommend this hotel for families, or, for anyone expecting "normal" hotel ammentities.. Mehr

for the price, it is EXCELLENT! if you are staying/working/need to be in north austin, this is perfect. access was a little difficult, but not impossible. attempting to get back onto the frontage road seemed to be difficult, due to the curve in the road not permitting you to see oncoming traffic; and austin traffic is horrible! the drivers all think […] they are NASCAR drivers and are not friendly. but, the hotel was good. they do not clean your room, unless you ask them to clean it. they will not provide you with clean linens unless you go to the front desk, where they are willing to share. STAY HERE! remember...it is only a place to sleep and change clothes, not entertain. Mehr

I was in Austin for the Texas Relays and booked this hotel via hotel.com. This hotel was so filthy I stayed one night and slept in a chair fully clothed. The cigarette odor is so strong I was instantly congested upon entry in the hallways. There was blood on the counter, carpet not cleaned in months, cigarette burns on the bed covers and some suspicious […] stains on the bed linen. This is an extended stay hotel with some unsavory looking characters hanging around. This place does not seem safe at all . Pets are welcome at this hotel and there were dogs running around in the corridors and barking all night long I could not fall asleep. According to the front desk the rooms are only serviced once per week and towels are provided if you brought the soiled ones to the front desk. After contacting hotel.com I was able to find a Holiday Inn in Round Rock , however I had to forfeit one nights rate as a penalty. I strongly urge Hotel.com to remove this hotel from their offering as it is really aweful and unsanitary. After reading other customers reviews it is clear this hotel should be rated negatively. I travel on business within and outside the USA quite frequently and I am honest that this is the most disgusting hotel I have ever set foot in. Mehr

the Suite was very big and clean, and we liked that a lot. The suites lists small dogs ok but it seemed like a lot of people there had dogs, who barked frequently and made it difficult to have a quiet evening. The dogs were not "small" and one of the people had a big German Shepherd. all the animals made the building have a smell. We took a shower and […] the shower head fell off, we were able to screw it back on to finish our showers but it did not allow the water to flow properly and we had to keep adjusting it or trying to hold it into place while we showered. Should not have paid that much for such a small room. Smoking rooms should come equipped with ashtrays. More pillows would be nice? The employees are very nice though. THe location is HORRIBLE! far from everything! Last resort hotel. No bugs though! thank goodness! Paper thin walls....hehe

Considering the overall condition of the premise, the barking of dogs during the evening and early morning and general impression of the hotel, I would not recommend your hotel to others. I consider your hotel over priced given the other hotels in the area. I am a frequent visitor to the ExtendedStay hotels but your hotel does not measure up to this […] standard. This hotel is not serviced daily.. carpets were filthy., no daily towels, elevator didn't work properly so we had to take the stairwell. Extremely filthy. Probably never even seen a vacuum In it's life. It was an extremely long commute to downtown which was disappointing. We certainly will never recommend it to anyone.

The lock on my door did not work correctly. A small push on the door opened it, no key required. It took the hotel 2 days to fix this. Hotel front desk is not open overnight, yet the front door is unlocked at all times. Anyone can walk in overnight. Room was mostly clean but 2 of the 3 chairs had mysterious stains on them. Other hotel customers were […] very noisy around 3 AM. Too bad the front desk is not open to deal with this. Hallway and lobby floors were always dirty and in need of vacuuming. Stairwell looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks/months. Mehr

Don't stay here unless it's a last resort. The hotel was not clean and the room was pretty gross. The staff was nice, but the owner needs to put a little money back into the hotel and clean it up a bit. It's not good.

I chose the Crestwood Suites under the impression that, as an extended stay location, it would be very comfortable. I was SOOOOO wrong. The bed gave me a back ache, the room looked like a cheap motel, the toilet clogged up on me, and the only redeeming quality was the personnel at the front desk. They were polite and somewhat helpful.

No maid service, had to beg for amenities (if you can call clean towels an amenity), and strange smells and stains in room and throughout the hotel. We stayed here for SXSW because it was cheap and there were no more rooms, but I wouldn't stay here on a bet again and wouldn't let my family anywhere near it.

too many live-ins for me. people running down halls. someone slamming stuff in next room at 4am. signs on doors say "do not disturb" during day. then all kinds of noise at night. huge dogs staying in rooms.

A little too much noise noted through the walls between rooms. Earplugs saved my night.

Ok for the price. Cleanliness needs improvement. You get what you pay for.

Good value for your money. Desk clerk very courteous & helpful.

The night shift lady was very rude. Called down for extra pillows and she was less than courteous. Went down to office to get pillows and she proceeded to drop them on the floor and picked them up and handed them to me not once speaking a word...not sure was ever taught an ounce of customer service. Day crew was very nice. Hotel is old and you can tell. […] carpet is worn in main areas. If you don't like old and musty, you may want to move on from this one. If you like cheap, this is your place...kitchenettes are a nice touch. Security doors don't work and are open 24 hours...hummm. Mehr

staff very nice, room okay, definitely good value. bed kind of old and linens/pillows old. kitchenette was nicest thing about the room. I would stay there again for sure.

This hotel is set up for Extended Stay, so there was a small kitchen in our room, and there were dishes and cookware provided, which although we didn't use it, it was nice that they provide that stuff! The mattress was pretty hard, and there was a lot fewer pillows than in any other hotel I've ever been in, but it was confortable and clean. The driveway […] was a little hard to see, because it was nestled between a Boat dealership and a fancy foreign car dealership, with the hotel behind them. Mehr

Stayed there for 2 nights. Killed about 3 roaches each time I went into restroom. Needs sanitation revamp!

The room had roaches and the shower had no pressure. The security door didn't lock.

I would highly recommend this hotel! The decor was nice, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very courteous. A very reasonable price for a great stay! The only negative was getting to it from the freeway. My GPS had me exiting the road after Research Blvd., so I had to do a U-turn and go back.

Booked this hotel as my friends recommended me who stayed here before. I like the hotel premises, Not in the downtown but you can reach downtown soon as it not that far. Nice eating joints nearby is less than a mile distance. The staff is really nice, they are very helping and guide you properly, whether its the nice eating joints you are looking for […] or for nice clubbing place. Overall i like the stay over here and i will prefer to stay here in any of my trip to Austin as they offer you the best value for your stay. Mehr

I was looking for a different type of hotel for this trip and found it at the Crestwood Suites Extended Stay Hotel in North Austin. This hotel was near both sites that I needed to find and worked very well for this trip. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dinnerware to use, and I liked that there was a full size fridge in the room along […] with a stove and microwave. I will look for this hotel again wherever I need to travel, especially if I need to stay for more than 1-2 nights. Mehr

This was a pleasent surprise. For the price I didn't expect much. The room and building were very clean and the people friendly. Plus it's only 15 min. form downtown Austin and even closer to a lot of shopping. We will stay here every time we visit Austin.

Rooms are clean and the motel is set back from the service road and is quiet. This is my second time to stay here and will use this hotel as my standard place to stay while diving at Lake Travis.

It was a very good deal for the price. Nice, clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. :D If they had a pool or breakfast, it would be perfect!

Good value for your money

Everything about this hotel was great. It was nice that all of the room entrances were from the inside the hotel. It made me feel safe. The staff was helpful & the rooms clean,

We have stayed here several times and will definitely come back when we have business in Austin.

The hotel staff was very friendly. However, the first room we were given smelled strongly of urine. We asked to be moved and were given a different room. It didn't smell and we were going out for the evening so we left. When we got back we noticed that the sofa had stains all over it and the room was infested with cockroaches. We could also clearly […] hear conversations from other rooms through the walls. We would never stay there again and would definitely not recommend it. Mehr

The room was good after a mix up. They don't have a pool and the receptionest was rude as well as the maintenance man. Didn't talk or treat my wife well at all
