Nice place to stay. Beds could use an upgrade. Nice pool area. Indoor pool is actually big enough that you can swim in it. In order to use wifi had to go close to the front desk.

Staff was very friendly and entertainment and eating was very close by. Our stay was just great and I would return and also recommend to others.

The staff was very friendly yet unobtrusive, there when you needed them and happy to help. The room was very clean and exactly as advertised. We will happily stay there again.

It took 30 minutes to get checked in, there was only 1 other person checking in and 3 people behind the desk. 2 of them were trying to figure out where to put guests that they had overbooked. and ignored us. The hot tub was scalding hot. could not even put your foot in it. Pool was to have opened at 8:00 am, at 8:20 we were told the maintenance man […] was swamped - after someone else complained, it was opened and she told us that the maintenance man had not arrived. Ice machine was broken, had to go to another floor to get ice. All in all, not a very good experience. Other family members arrived after we did, - took them an hour to check in. Mehr

I booked my family of 6 into The Cascades Inn at the last minute, we arrived late, and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is wonderfully smoke free and has a great pool area. My teens complained that the game room was "lame" but they complain about everything.

I could give it a 5's all the way, but the beds need an upgrade and the curtains need to be changed so the light does not come in above the a/c unit. overall a good place to stay in Branson.

My family and I chose to stay at the Cascades Inn in Branson due to the numerous guest reviews that rated it over 4 stars total. Check in was a breeze and the girl at the counter was friendly. We found a pair of pants behind our dresser in our room that were definitely not ours, nor were they really hidden, as I don't make it a practice to search […] my hotel rooms from top to bottom. The rest of the stay the staff, other than the polite cleaning crew didn't say a word to us. Beds were fairly comfortable. Pool is only indoors, great for the winter, not when it's 95 degrees outside. The location of the Cascades isn't out of the way in Branson by any means, but for my family, I found that we spent an awful lot of time driving far away from it to find what we were looking for. For the mostpart we enjoyed our stay but I don't think we'll be staying there again. Mehr

We had never been to Branson before so we booked this hotel sight unseen through hotels. com. This hotel is located in a very good area. The rooms are clean. They are your standard hotel rooms, but they were very clean. The staff is extremely helpful with letting you know all the going ons in the area. Will be bringing the whole family back.

Carpet dirty, no cover on toilet seat, to much light comes through the window. Hotel staff not friendly, also not helpful to guests in finding locations. We had to help a guest, as the staff looked stupid!

Hotel staff friendly, helpful suggestions, beds good. Breakfast VERY minimal. Didn't ever eat there. Room walls thin, but since was on top floor and few guests, loud sounds not a problem. We like staying off the "strip" , so is perfect location; however won't work for those that like to walk to all the attractions/shows.

Just your average motel. Nothing special. Needs television upgraded!

Very excellent stay. The people were friendly, trustworthy (as we had left money with them for tickets and no receipt and everything was taken care of) they were very knowledgeable and very helpful. The room was great! The jacuzzi could have been bigger but other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

the only thing was that our first room the jacuizzi did not operate correctly so they gave us a new room it was my honeymoon and they made the trip worth it

This hotel is fairly clean, but needs some serious remodeling and redecorating. The toliet kept hanging up and it would run constantly unless you fixed it every time it was used. The beds are not comfortable at all. The breakfast was horrible. The staff was really nice though.
