Hi It was very nice and convenient to stay. Only one thing I want to say is not to allow my friend visit my room when I came back very late. Your bellboy stopped my friend to get in the elevator with me. It is very rude and not understable. I told him not to stay but just show something inside my room. We have stayed here for 5 days it was a real bad experience , I regret that I have stayed in this hotel. The service is very bad . And the duty manger on 19 of February was rude and not helpfully at all.

I stay at this hotel frequently. The larger and more expensive Garden Hotel is directly across the street, and has always been a tempting option, but I've always found the Baiyun hotel to be ore than adequate for the price. Located near Starbucks, and within walking distance of several international restaurants and bars, the location is excellent for […] business travelers and tourists alike. I regularly get massages on the second floor and the service has always been excellent and professional. Massages of the family-friendly variety are available. Breakfast buffet on the 33rd floor was VERY good. We got free meal tickets, but noticed that some other people seemed not to have these. Anyhow, regardless of the cost, you are unlikely to find a higher quality breakfast option; and the view from the restaurant out over the city skyline was quite nice. Rooms were being renovated when we stayed this time, but to be fair, we were warned about the by the front desk staff, who apologized for it and gave us free meal tickets. Construction only took place during the day time. We picked the cheapest room, but it was spotless as usual. Bathtub was nice and large and water was nice and hot. Flat screen TVs were a nice touch, and a recent addition is free WIFI inside the rooms, which I didn't notice during my previous stay. This means that people with smartphones, iPads etc can now work more easily and business travelers such as myself may be able to travel more lightly without lugging around a notebook PC just to use the LAN cable. Lots of impressive restaurants within 5 minutes walk of this hotel. Lots of high end bars, clubs and massage parlours available for single travelers. Expensive shopping available directly next door to the hotel, with most famous name brands represented. It was a good comfort in staying .

Very well situated and comfortable. Have stayed at others costing far more and this was actually better! Rooms are fine and very typical. Amenities are good. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

well, where do i begin. first off the hotel needs to have someone who speaks english. that would help alot. so i checked in and the heater was broken and my room had no wi-fi in my room which were all included in my stay or i should say thats what i payed for but was not working for whatever reason. so the hotel staff could not understand a word i was […] saying and i finally found someone who could speak chinese to communicate for me. was not pleasant for me sofitel from now on they rock and always has someone who can speak fluent english and any other language you speak. this was a wast of money for me . and the business breakfast was god awful. never again Mehr

En realidad, lo recomiendo, esta super bien ubicado, la atencion es inmejorable, la gente super amable, tiene una Consergerie que son super atentos, y se desviven por atenderte, y te ayudan mucho para ubicarte y darte los nombres en chino para que puedas tomar un taxi, el desayuno es muy bueno sobretodo si tomamos en cuenta que a los latinos no se nos […] hace facil la comida en china. Y la cena en el buffet es variada y sabrosa. Justo detras del hotel hay un restaurant que salva mucho porque la comida es muy buena al igual que la atencion, se llama El Sultan y en el otro lado del Shanghai Friendly Commerce Center esta otro que se llama El Espanol. es caro pero se come bien. 79歳になる母を広州観光に連れて行くため予約。 決め手はチェックイン時刻１時。 母を休ませるべくホテルに向かうと・・、 “予約の部屋は三人宿泊は無理”と言われた。 それはないだろうとくいつくと受けるが追加料金がいると言われた。 ようやくもらった部屋に入ると使用済みのままの部屋だった・・・・。 これ、あり？ １時チェックイン予定が３時前？ ホテルに詳細を確認しなかった私達が悪い？ このﾎｰﾑﾍﾟｰｼﾞの記載の仕方に問題？ ハードはそれなりだがソフトの質は？？？？

No recomiendo a nadie quedarse en este hotel ya que estan realizando remodelaciones en varios de los pisos y los trabajos comienzan desde las 830am hasta las 10pm lo cual es un abuso, se escuchan taladros a un volumen dificil de imaginar, ademas de que la comida del hotel es malisima, no hay donde sentarse en el Lobby, pedi habitacion no fumador y me […] dieron una de fumadores la cual olia muy desagradable. en definitiva si usted es una persona como yo que le gusta leer los comentarios de las personas no les recomiendo para nada quedarse aca, existen otras opciones muchisimo mejores. Zatrzymałam się w tym hotelu po raz kolejny i z przykrością stwierdzam, że każdy kolejny w nim pobyt dostarcza gorszych doświadczeń. Pokoje są duszne, wentylacja niesprawna, klimatyzacja mimo regulacji wciąż pracuje na jednym poziomie. Hotel jest stary i to niestety widać, renowacja holu to niewystarczający manewr dla zmiany wizerunku hotelu. Łazienki […] zakwaszone z powodu nieodpowiedniej wentylacji, wszystko łacznie z ręcznikami wydaje się być wilgotne i nieświeże. Mimo, iz byłam zakwaterowana na piętrze dla niepalących nie mogłam pozbyć się wrażenia, ze wszędzie czuć dym papierosowy. Świetna lokalizacja to jedyny atut tego hotelu, ale w jego poblizu jest wiele innych hoteli. Nastepnym razem przy okazji mojego pobytu w Kantonie zapewne sprawdzę inny hotel. Mehr

Fantastica situacion, justo enfrente del hotel mas conocido de la ciudad, con todo tipo de comercios y restaurantes en los alrededores. El hotel es genial, pero siempre hay algo que falla.
