Friendly staff. Very accommodating. We had an early flight in and they allowed us an early check in. Nice fitness center and pool area. Would stay here again.

Very pleasant stay. Right on the golf course. Clean hotel, courteous and responsive staff, great breakfast buffet. Only down fall is that we didn't get Marriot points because we didn't book through the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. I would have liked to see the restaurant have extended hours when they knew there was a big event happening. They did offer late night meals through the bar. I have stayed at this hotel many times. This was the worst time of all. The insulation of the wall is very poor. I could hear the next door conversation clearly and they didn't stop untill 2am after we called the front desk. We could not print the boarding pass because the computer and the printer were out of order.

Only negative issue I had was a TV that went out in our room and it took them over an hour to find a replacement. The lady at the front desk didnt seem to care and didnt even offer any type of apology. The engineer was nice though and offered us a complimentary breakfast voucher.

This was one of the best experiences at a hotel we have had in a long time. Our room and the hotel was spotless. All of the employees were very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions or give us directions. Mosy of hotel staff was very friendly with the exception of the manager Rafik. He is very rude and smug. It's a shame that a manger ruined the service when the staff was great.

It was a horrible experience. I arrived a little before 5PM and my room wasn't ready. I didn't mind and waited outside in the sun. But when the sun starting going down and it was now after 6PM and my room still wasn't ready, I was getting irritated. I finally got in around 6:15 PM-just an ordinary room overlooking the parking lot. Went downstairs for […] dinner in the restaurant/bar and had a meal similar to airplane food. I had to ask wait staff to heat up my pasta dish after it came out lukewarm. Came back 1 degree warmer. I was hoping more heat would improve the taste but no luck. Things that crawl and suck blood should not be in your hotel bed-I killed it and took the evidence down to the front desk in the morning. The hotel is so remote from downtown, it was hard to find a cab to take me into Dallas the next day. The hotel was nice enough to pay for my cab ride to make amends for the bug. The hotel was completely booked the evening before my stay. With this in mind, and a check out time of 12noon, I arrived at 4pm. I waited until 7:30pm for my room to be "ready". When checking in I was informed of the possible delay and that the hotel would call me when the room was prepared. The hotel room was beautiful once we got to actually go in. I called the hotel to verify my reservation on Friday and they didn't have it so I called hotels.com and was o the phone with them for an hour before it was corrected. Once we got to the hotel Friday night the hotel didn't have out reservation even though I was assured by hotels.com that it […] was corrected. Hotel offers a great value when rates are discounted. The restaurant menu choices were very limited, quality of the salmon dinner that I had was acceptable; but left room for improvement in food services. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The location is a few miles from nearby city eateries.

On our arrival, our room door handle broke off and the staff could not open our room. Unfortunately our luggage was locked inside the room, after a while they did get the room open, and quickly assigned us to another room. This hotel is a bit out-of-the-way, which I loved personally. It is set across from the Texas Motor Speedway, but way back from the street on its own manicured grounds. We were honestly blown away by the attention, smiles, and overall welcome feeling we got from every member of the staff - from housekeeping, check-in, servers at breakfast, and just […] random staff walking by that would say hello and smile. They know how to make you feel wanted. The room was beautiful - spacious, extremely clean - I did the scrutinizing bathroom check and couldn't find a thing. The bed was soft and comfy. Breakfast in the morning was great - there's a buffet with eggs, salsa, bacon, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, pastries/breads, fruit, and then they custom make waffles and omelets. I had a walnut chocolate chip waffle and it was great. The breakfast room has a wall of windows that looks out onto the golf course and gazebo. I don't want to sound like they paid me, so l'll include the only cons I can think of - we had to drive about thirty minutes to anything we wanted to do, the highway near there is fairly congested, and the restaurants aren't super close - but if you can put up with that, it's well, well worth it. We had a change of plans that required a hotel stay. This hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed felt wonderful along with lots of fluffy pillows. We were also pleased that the room came with enough covers to keep warm. My husband and I were delighted to find plenty of water pressure and a great shower head to bathe, so often rare these […] days due to hotels going green. The only reason I down graded on the" condition and upkeep of hotel" was that there were some small black stains on the carpet and the throw on the end of the bed. It looked like it might have been some ink that had spilled, just some tiny sprinkles. This in no way effected our comfort and we didn't make an issue out of it. Mehr

My only dissatisfaction is that the road construction made it hard to see the turn off for the hotel. Otherwise everything was wonderful. The room was well maintained and spacious, the view from the room was spectacular, the lobby area was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the hotel. The lobby and pool are beautiful. We only had one problem and that was that the sheets were slightly burnt from the dryer so the hotel changed the sheets and made our breakfast complimentry. The staff was extremely friendly and printed directions for anywhere we needed to go. Even the restaurant was good.

This Hotel Was Fantastic !!!!!! If you are going to the NASCAR Races this is the place to stay !! They shuttle you to and from the track as many times as you want. No traffic, No parking, No hassle !!!! Only way to go to the races.

Upon getting to our room, first - it was extremely hot, no AC had been turned on. Second, housekeeping completely overlooked someone's blonde hair extensions! We alerted the front desk, and they said, "Oh, I am soooo sorry." At dinner, it took forever for the hotel restaurant to cook our meal, and they had to re-do my son's pasta with marinara and my […] mother's hamburger - because they didn't bother to read the specific instructions the waitress put down: NO SEASONINGS - FOOD ALLERGIES! PASTA NOODLES - PLAIN! The next day, after being out in the heat - we come back to discover the fire alarm had gone off and we couldn't get in the hotel. No explanations as to why. Fire department was there, and checked everything then left. No one said anything about it being ok to return to our room - we finally went in and went up to our room when we noticed others doing the same thing. Later, we went down to the pool - which was over-chlorinated and just nasty with bugs and leaves. There was a convention of some sort going on, biker-type people who smoked everywhere and didn't care if they blew it in the area of a toddler. Needless to say, for a hotel run by Marriott - boy what a shame. I would NOT ever recommend this place to anyone, and I would tell Marriott to sell it to someone else so their name isn't sullied anymore! Mehr

Ok this hotel is a 3 star at best. The pool sucks! Dont know where they got the picture on the web site but thats not their pool. No Restaurants or bars in the hotel. You have to take a shuttle to the golf course to even eat anything outside of room service. If you dont know fort worth this hotel is in a dead area. Nothing to do outside of the hotel […] except NASCAR. Its a 20 min drive to downtown. All in all dont stay here unless your going to a race. Mehr

Our family spent two nights at the hotel on a little DFW "staycation" getaway and thouroughly enjoyed it. The service was second to none, all the employees we came across were friendly and helpful. We […] most enjoyed the pool, it is quite large and overall very clean, there was a maintenence man out there each morning we were there. It also was not overly chlorinated, which was nice. The only drawaback for us during our stay was that the walls are not quite soundproof, as we could somewhat hear voices from the room next door late at night. Hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Road construction made coming and going a little troublesome but that won't last forever. A bit remote for everything except Texas Motor Speedway. We would stay in hotel again.

We were in town for a wedding and had a great time. The hotel was very nice and setup perfectly for what we needed. We played a round of golf on Saturday morning with the groom and the course was in decent condition but we had a great time. The only problem we had was that we had to ask for the hotel staff to clean our room and provide new towels.
