Stilgemäßes Art-Deco-Hotel für einen Aufenthalt mitten drin in Miami Beach. Sehr schönes Ambiente in der Lobby. Zwar ist das Personal viel Kommen und Gehen von Gästen gewöhnt, trotzdem noch positive, freundliche Routine.

In dieser Preiskategorie sicher eines der besten Hotels. Saubere und moderne Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Einzig negativ ist die Poolanlage. Mobiliar verbraucht und lädt nicht zum planschen ein. Pool ist auch sehr klein. Habe keine Gäste gesehen die sich dort aufgehalten haben. Aber ansonst sehr zu empfehlen da in kurzer entfernung(3min. Fußweg) Supermärkte, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte vorhanden. Von 6 Hotels in dieser Preisklasse die wir in Florida besuchtt haben, eindeutig das beste Hotel.

Hervorragende Lage ein Block vom Ocean Drive und dem wunderbaren Strand entfernt. Äußerst freundlicher Service. Die Standardzimmer sind klein aber sehr zweckmäßig und nett im Art Deco Stil eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Es werden kostenlos Liegen und Handtücher am Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen für Gäste die direkt in der Nähe des Art Deco Viertels übernachten möchten.

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Allerdings war die Klimaanlage sehr kalt eingestellt.Man hat sofort gefroren wenn man das Zimmer verlassen hat. Ansonsten schöne grosse Zimmer mit Wohn - und Schlafbereich. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand und auch der Oceandrive ist nur 3 Automin. entfernt. In der direkten Umgebung wird gerade ein Hotel komplett saniert. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I booked a room in this hotel because I had a conference in Coconut Grove and didn't want to spend the high prices. Room was very clean and quiet. This is a residence type hotel so they will not come in and make beds, etc., every night. (Actually I prefer that.) Did NOT like this hotel at all...from towels to smell was awful. Will NEVER stay there or any extended stay hotels again.
This hotel is centrally located and reasonably priced. The rooms are functional and clean though a little dated and in need of a facelift.
Hotel was very nice / employees excellent and very helpful / beds great / the floor could have been alittle cleaner then it would have been a 4!!! Nice place to stay !!!

"Don't walk, RUN away from this hotel"
The hotel was dirty and rooms smelled, the bed was uncomfortable, and the linens had holes (really need replacing) This place is dismal, for what they charge. The people that work there are hit and miss though. The guy who checked me in was friendly. I cant say the same for the woman who checked me out, we didn't get into it or anything but she really […] could use some training on smiling when dealing with customers as opposed to acting like its the end of the world. The hotel was in a great spot for shopping and restaurants but nothing else. The desk closes at 11 so I found that strange. We had to leave at 4 am to catch a flight so we never officially checked out. They told us to just slide the keys under the gate of the desk. This hotel is more like rent by the week hotel room. Strange people same to be hanging around inside and out all night long. I never felt safe and neither did anyone in my group of 5. This Extended Stay America is exceptionally well located, a block away from Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, FL, and its dozens of excellent restaurants. For us who have daughters in Miami, the location is also a good one. The hotel itself is adequate, as the studio/room was large enough and the bed clean and comfortable enough. There was evidence around, […] however, that the room was only superficially cleaned between the time the previous guest had departed and our arrival. this hotel was comfortable and in the best location for the places we wanted to go.

This hotel was recommended to us because of its location and was all that we expected. Ordinarily I prefer a hotel that includes breakfast, but with the full kitchen, this was fine. I dislike the online photo, bcs the bedspread clashes terribly with the carpet, but this was not at all noticeable in person. Beds, linens, etc. were decent. My ONLY complaint […] was that the halls (not the rooms) smelled smokey. Not suffocating, but obvious. Everything was quite fine. Very acceptable, not five star, but pleasant and a good value. "Quick Trip"
Had to go to Miami for a quick business trip, and we were only staying one night and not familiar with the area but picked this hotel. It was a great price and lots to walk around and do near the hotel very close to down town Coral Gables and shopping nearby. The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. "Extended Stay Hotel, SW 22nd St., Miami"
I especially liked the kitchenette features, and did not have to go out for breakfast each day. Also liked the complimentary coffee served on the cart, and appreciated the extra coffee bag that the attendant provided. It was convenient to most major thoroughfares in Miami. Coral Gables is an excellent location.

"Needs improvement"
I was very surprised to find tiny soaps and no shampoos or lotions. Not an luxury hotel by any means. front desk was closed several times. it met our needs... but next time I'll bring more luxury with me. Furniture was pretty run down too.
"Not bad for Price"
The hotel was generally clean. Staff were very good, lots of parking on the compound. My only issue was with the smell. The carpets in the hallways in particular were very bad. I would also walk with air freshner if I were to stay again. Overall not bad. I would stay again.

La ubicacion del hotel es lo mejor y la atencion del personal del lobby, el hotel cumple con lo que promete pero quizas como la cama y algunas instalaciones del baño no estan renovadas deberian bajar algo sus tarifas por dia. por lo demas todo bien

"Duas Estrelas que valem a pena!!!!"
Hotel muito bom pra quem quer ficar hospedado com conforto no quarto (apesar de antigo) para especificamente dormir. O hotel é bem recomendado para quem quer ficar fora o dia inteiro, e descansar com certo conforto, pois apesar da mobilia ser antiga, carpete antigo, etc...., o quarto é bem grande, com boa cozinha e bom banheiro!! O custo benefício, […] é excelente. O serviço de quarto não existe, mas também não precisa, pois como disse, o Hotel é para quem gosta de ir as compras, passeios, trabalhar e não para quem quer curtir hotel, pois nesse aspecto, devem procurar Resort ou hotéis em MIAMI BEACH!! nunca limpiaron la habitacion durante nuestra estancia de 3 dias. el primer dia llegamos a las 11 de la manana y no hicieron el esfuerzo para darnos una habitacion temprano, creo que es de muy mal gusto, y no creo que el hotel estuviera lleno

Hotel simples,mas confortável. Bom atendimento. Tivemos um problema com a torradeira, mas substituíram no dia seguinte. Localização adequada, próxima a restaurantes, farmácia e supermercado. Tem um Sears em frente. Coral Gables é linda.

Já fiquei 3 vezes neste hotel. Está ao lado de uma Ross, Sears, Wallgrenns, CVS, Cold Stone etc. Ótima localização, estacionamento, quarto bem amplo, com microondas, geladeira grande com congelador separado, torradeira etc. Com certeza ficarei nele novamente em todas as minhas viagens a Miami.

"Excelente localização"
O hotel é muito bem localizado, os trabalhadores muito atenciosos e receptivos. Peca um pouco pela limpeza diária do quarto e banheiro. Vocês podem fazer melhor! As tarifas foram excelentes. O estacionamento também foi ótimo, pois alugamos um carro. Recomendo e voltarei numa próxima oportunidade.

O Hotel me supreendeu pelo estado de conservação, cochões novos, televisor de LCD, pintura nova, resumindo tudo parecia novo, não havia cheiro de cigarro e as áreas comuns também estavam bem cuidadas.O quarto era bem grande e acomodaria facilmente mais um adulto sem dificuldade.A cozinha existente com geladeira, fogão elétrico,torradeira e microondas […] foi uma mão na roda para realizarmos um bom café da manha(item este não presente somente neste hotel da rede Exteded Stay America).A limpeza do quarto foi o ponto fraco da hospedagem, chegamos o quarto estava bem lipo , más durante a hospedagem a camareira só arrumava a cama e as toalhas do banheiro(segundo a política do Hotel a faxineira limpa o quarto para o mesmo hospede a cada 7 dias, porém isto não ocorreu no meu caso que fiquei 8 dias).O estacionamento é uma vantagem por ser gratuito e a intenet apesar de ser paga(4,99 por estadia)é muito barata. A região de Hotel é boa tem na frente uma Sears, Ross, WallGreens, Waxie Dixie(supermercado),pollo tropical e bem próximo um MC Donalds.Porém achei a região de Miami Beach mais bonita e amigável.
