Very convenient to interstate and easy to find. Nice and quiet place to stay. Very friendly staff.

Reserved a non smoking room and they tried to put me in a smoking room first. The only non smoking room they had left was being worked on so me and my family had to wait while all the tools was taken out of room and cleaned.

I'm not normally one of those crazy picky people, but this place is BAD. The carpets were filthy, the sheets were stained (mysterious yellow splotches), we kept finding hairs (not ours) on our "clean" towels and sheets, and the air conditioner didn't work well so the room always felt muggy and uncomfortable. The surrounding area DID NOT seem safe. We […] were in town for a wedding, and stayed here because it was the only hotel in the area that was "pet friendly", plus I had seen a fair number of "glowing" reviews on TripAdvisor, which I now know are fake. After our stay, we decided next time we'll fork over the extra cash and just board the dog so we can stay in a decent hotel. NOT recommended. Mehr

Beds were as comfortable as claimed. No sore back the next morning. However, difficult to gain entrance into work out space. Didn't get room cleaned two days in a row.

Even if you have to sleep in your car, DON'T STAY HERE. This place is dirty and my room smelled.

THE MANAGEMENT WAS EXCEPTIONAL . THE YOUNG WOMAN WE REMEMBER WELL, FANTASHIA, WAS SO FRIENDLY, AND VERY HELPFUL TO US, IN GETTING OUR RESERVATION COMPLETED. BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE. THANK YOU

Great hotel for the price. Also a very good location

The showerhead was plugged up, The showerhead was replaced after 2 days. The bed was hard as a brick. Other than these problems everything was ok.

The room was nice, service good, and breakfast was nice. The noise level during the night could be attended to.

It's a new hotel but they are not doing a good job with the upkeep. When we got to our room the curtain was broken and would not close properly. The room had a really odd smell like Eucalyptus that remained our whole stay. We asked for a few extra towels on Saturday night and they never arrived so we called and picked them up at the desk on Sunday morning. […] The pool needed to be cleaned and the pool area was trashy on Sunday morning. I'm glad there was a 20% discount for this room because if we had paid full price I would have been extremely disappointed. Mehr

The attendents were great but the house keeper was very ugly to every body. she should not be thier.

L'hôtel est assez bien situé par rapport aux centres d'intérêts à LAFAYETTE, Mais il est sur une route très Passante et donc extrêmement bruyant. Ajoutons la saleté effroyable de la literie: à nos remarques , le personnel étonné et peu aimable a répondu que seul le pressing était responsable... Bref, hôtel à éviter!

Globalement très satisfait de cet hôtel. Grâce à Hotel. com j'ai eu des prix très intéressants par rapport aux standing de cet hôtel au dernier moment même si il est vrai que compte tenu de la chaleur en été la Louisiane n'est peut être pas forcement touristique(mais elle en vaut le coup). Belle façade extérieure de l hôtel dans un style proche du colonial, […] en intérieur c'est très classe et bien tenu, propreté des chambres impeccables, chambres de belle taille, petit déjeuner très bien, piscine bien tenue. L'hôtel comme la plupart des hôtels de chaine n'est pas en centre ville mais il est proche highway et tous types de commerces(restau, stations services, centre commercial). un reproche tout de même: La dernière nuit de notre séjour avons eu des voisins de palier très bruyants qui faisaient un tintamarre pas possible dans le couloir à des heures ou les gens dorment, la réception pourtant très proche de là(impossible qu'elle n'entende pas le bruit) n' a pas bougé le petit doigt jusqu'au moment ou nous les avons appelé, cela a un peu calmé nos voisins de palier mais c'était encore insuffisant. Je précise quand meme que je retournerais si l'occasion se présente dans cet hôtel pour la qualité des prestations(hôtel recommandé dans un guide tres connu pour les routards) Mehr

The hotel was close to the I10 on my way from Houston to New Orleans. The room was very nice, but as others have noted, the cleaning could have been better at inaccessible spots (like under the bed). But all in all, it didn't bother me that much. Not much to do around the hotel. but there is a pool. The only thing that bothered me was the receptionist, […] that was more interested in attending his laptop/iPhone than the guests... Mehr
