I think the hotel needs renovation. The whole time the water in the shower is dripping and it's annoying. The room is just not very clean. I don't think I will stay there again. I was disappointed.

Hotel lobby is being refurbished but not a problem. 3 pools from which to choose and very fu for families - one even has a Tiki Bar. Felt like we were at a resort. Our room was very clean and our son enjoyed the kids room in our room with his own TV. Hotel is a bit out of the way from attractions and restruants. We left a bag behind and it took 3 calls […] to get the issue resolved. Mehr

I have stayed at several Country Inn but this one did not live up to the others. It is in need of a major upgrade, holes in wall near air unit. No towels in room when we checked it. Breakfast was included but out of 4 waffle makers only one was working properly. Breakfast staf was plesant. My CC was charged twice, eventhough I paid through hotels.com. […] Still waiting on my refund. Mehr

Pools were great but wished there was someone to supervise the slide as some young boys were monopolizing it and making it dangerous for others. Breakfast was good with an area to sit outside. Rooms are average with dirty carpets and windows; king bed was nice but the kids suite beds in the themed room area were cheap, narrow and thin. Fitness/exercise […] room was a joke. The only treadmill was so dirty and narrow and made a HUGE noise. No free weights and only a few weight machines. No towels either so bring your own. Very, very small room that was also hot. My biggest complaint was the DJ playing music poolside until 9:30pm. It was SOOOOO LOUD!!!! They should try turning it down by 8pm so that young ones can go to sleep. It was very annoying. Staff was okay but not overly friendly. Okay place for the pool and breakfast, but nothing else other than location to the attractions. Mehr

Overall the hotel and room were fine but nothing special. Located on a side street with little food choices within walking distance. No internet in the room. Breakfast was average and I didn't find the service too special. First coffee cup I picked up was dirty. Turned out to just be a place to sleep.

After reading some of the review from other guests i was terrified we selected a bad hotel. But, the experience in booking thru hotels.com was great from the beggining and the experience at the hotel was also good. The hotel does not have an excellent great looking interior. The ride to disney was less than 5 minutes, the breakfast was ok, not as bad as I heard some guest that the breakfast was horrible. It did not have a great breakfast menu , and the taste was just fine. The pool my daughter loved and she had a great time, the cafe breakfast area had nice seating area (spacious, fit a lot of people). the hotel was better than what i expected. The staff members at the hotel we encountered was not necessarily extra polite, but not rude either. We had just a pleasant experience when we needed something like asking for extra towels, asking directiions, check out was fast and without delay. Overall, i normally don't stay outside of disney hotels, but being the 31st and booking so late for last minute new year getaway, my experience was overal comfortable, clean , economical,and in good location to disney. If i dont get a room at disney on busy days, i will stay in this hotel again. Mehr

Watch out! The hotel charges an additional $8 plus tax per day at checkout in addition to the regular fare! Hotel was just mediocre - a bit outdated and small. Pools and grounds were nice, but I was here on business, so that was not important to me. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Nice property and I would stay again especially if on vacation as the facilities looked very nice. Breakfast was adequate but the fruit salad was poor.

Room was a little outdated but very clean. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold choices. No complaints.

The pictures of the pool area are accurate and it's very nice outside and pleasant. Inside, it is regular hotel rooms with some more in need of maintenance than others. First one we had was a room with a ceiling that looked really bad (stained, cracked, in need of painting and plastering). We were permitted to change our room and the second one was […] much better. Even on the sixth floor, we could hear everything down at the pool and out in the hallways. Room has faint smell of smoke and bathroom has a major smoke smell. Breakfast was poor and will never stay here again.

This was ok if you own pets. Could definitely use alot of upgrading and work. Also they do not have a specific pet walking area and doggie bags to clean up after your dog. That would be great if they upgraded that. Also the ant piles were everywhere me & my whole family including my pets were bitten several times. Otherwise the resort staff is very […] friendly. Horrible hotel...the room had mold in it, the carpet was soaked from the mini refrigerator leaking, the A/C didn't work, and the pillows were too thin!! This place is definitely off my list of future places to stay.

We had a great time during our Stay. Checkin was little slow. The accomadations were great. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in our party. They had 3 pools for the kids to swim in and a outdoor movie at one of the pools. They also had minture golf coursce for the kids play on. The breakfast offered work to our needs and the staff was excellant. The rooms […] where great with a sofa bed in one room and a king bed in the other room. This Hotel was like a small resort destination. I would recomend this hotel to any one traveling with little ones Mehr

Two thumbs up!!! It was great for the price. After the entire day at the parks, it was so amazing to come to a nice bed with clean sheets.

We stayed a total of 6 nights. The staff was fantastic and always eager to help. We would book this hotel again if we ever go back to Orland and visit the Disney Parks!

We arrived after 8 pm in aThunder storm !!The front desk was very quick and courteous in getting us checked in ! We requested and received a rollaway bed for our family of 5 . The front desk was helpful in reccommending a Pizza delivery company ! The next morning we went down for the free breakfast which was vey good . eggs sausage and lots of breads, […] muffins (mini) bagels to choose from along with cereal and fruit. The choices of juices was great , we all loved the OJ/ guya (I believe ,it was delicious .The pools were open and the kids enjoyed swimming in 3 of them !Time didn;t permit a round of mini golf . I felt the $8 resort fee to be very fair and the $10 for the rollaway an excellent deal. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and should the need arise again will not hestitate to use again. The negative comments I had read from afew people , before staying there were unjustified I feel . The hotel was clean and the carpets were not stained and thread bare . Bathroom was clean, no mold etc . Great hotel and a lot for a family to do with the pools and the mini golf !! Mehr

We have stayed at several hotels this summer on our vacation but this was the worst ever. The room smelled and even the air conditioner did not relieve it. There was no coffee in the room and three empty pots in the lobby and breakfast room. I had to ask for silverware at breakfast. The waffle area was a mess and no one was cleaning a thing. The lobby […] bathroom had only one working stall. Our 8 year old grandson loved the pool slide and so we suffered through 2 days . On top of everything they charged $8.00 extra per day resort fee and tried to charge us for a movie when we weren't in the room. I used one of my free nights from hotels.com so the price was less but i am sorry I wasted it on this hotel. We have stayed in may hotels in this same area and all were far better than this hotel. I like Country Inn Suites but this one definately needs to be renovated if not torn down and rebuilt. Mehr

Moldy and musky smelling room, tub dripping constantly, water pressure on sixth floor was low and fluctuated up and down while showering, not the friendlest of staff, and worst of all could not contact the front desk by the room phone so I went down to the front desk to put a wake up call in and no one called at all. POOR AT BEST!!!!!!

Would definately stay here again. Even though we had rain for the majority of our vacation, we could still be outside as they have canopies to keep you dry. Not too crowded, even though close to parks. Quieter during the day and pools had a few more people later on at night, but still not bad at all. Great hotel to sit back and relax.

As i pulled up into the parking lot of the hotel I noticed that the exterior looked very appealing however the inside looked for old and run down. In my room I found a cockroach which i had to kill and a missing remote. The tv looked like it was older than me, and the pool water was green and didnt looked maintained so I didnt go in. I asked a bartender […] next to the pool where i could find a towel and they sent me inside to the front desk and the response I got was that all the towels were in the wash, so I had to go 7 floors up to my room and grab a towel out of the bathroom for my two children who had just got out of the pool. On a plus note the complimentary breakfast was very good and i would say that was the best part of my stay in that hotel. I personally wouldn't recommend the Country Inn. Mehr

Rooms were very nice, beds comfortable but pillows were terrible. Hotel has a lot of amenities especially the multiple pools and poolside bar and grille. Hotel plans nightly activities if you want to participate. Breakfast was adequate but for free you can't really complain plus there was a rotation in hot items which kept it a bit different each day. […] We stayed 3 mornings. The only downer for me was the intereior corridors were dated, a bit smelly and dingy. Having said that you don't sleep in the hallway and it's a very safe feeling hotel and location. This is a nice hotel in a good location. The staff was friendly and the price was very reasonable, especially since it wasn't very far from the Disney area. The only thing I did not like about it is the "resort fee" one is charged. I feel like that should just be included in the nightly rate, as you are charged this whether you use the facilities or […] not. If you don't read the small print (we did), the nightly rate can be deceptive. The hotel itself, the service, the pool area, etc. were all great. Mehr

We have spent many nights in Orlando, and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in that price level.

Over all the stay was fine. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the whole team stayed at the hotel. The amenities were excellent. The kids loved the pool, mini golf and the outdoor movies. The staff was great, friendly and quick to help. The free breakfast was O.K. Not great and not bad. The dining area could be much bigger for the weekend […] morning crowd. The hotel was and is very dated. The hotel needs a complete renovation. Low water pressure throughout. Old T.V.s no flatscreens. Old and dated furniture, beds and wall paper. Needs new bathroom fixtures. I know this sounds like it was awful but it really was not. I just wish the corporate ownership would invest in updating and modernizing the hotel. I feel it would bring big payoffs in the long run. Mehr

It was a great hotel to be able to hang out and relax after a day of activites. I enjoyed sitting in the hot tubs relaxing and listening to Kareoke while the kids swam in the pool. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful and the chairs comfortable. The breakfast was great and included eggs, waffles, sausage, etc... I will definately plan to stay here […] next time it was a great hotel. Mehr

This hotel worked out perfectly for us. The pool areas, breakfast and entertainment were exactly what we needed.

Love the area! But the rooms had cockroaches they bath tub was moldy and the saop dish was off and where it was was sharp! THe thing around the bath knob was broke and fell off and it was moldy! My kids are asthmatics and were ok until we were in the hotel!

Nice stay, very close to all attractions & restaurants. Really enjoyed the tiki hut at the pool, and everyone was very friendly :)

We had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pools. We used the grills to cook. The staff was friendly and helpful. We hope to return soon!

The breafast included with the room is really good. It is a hot braefast buffet that include many good foods.

We booked a 5 night stay at the begining of April for our trip to WDW. We enjoyed our stay, there were a few issues though. I will address those first so that I can end on a positive note. Housekeeping is less than desirable, the staff seems to want to tidy up as little as possible. My bed was made up with potato chip crumbs still in it (they were from […] my daughter not another guest). I think that they could have at least been brushed off before making the bed. One day there was a dirty cleaning rag left on the bathroom counter. Our first night there we had a damp roll of toilet paper (maybe it was dropped in the toliet at some point). There was a tour group booked there at the same time as our stay and the hotel didn't seem equip to handle a large crowd as they never seemd to have enough towels, wash cloths or pillows for all the guests. Speaking of towels, if you are planning on going to the pool, bring your own beach towel. The elevators are terribly slow and there are only 2 of them for the entire hotel. Now on to the positive.. Although the housekeeping was a bit poor, the hotel and rooms themselves were clean. Never once did I feel like I was staying in a dirty hotel or a "roach motel". The beds are super comfortable. Everyone at the front desk is very nice and helpful. This hotel is on property with I think 2 others that share 4 swimming pools. There are 2 "adult" pools and 2 "family" pools complete with water slides. The pools and surrounding areas are very clean, but were a bit cold. I was told that the heater was broken. The breakfast was actually quite good. We had the choice of cereal hot or cold. Waffles, eggs, corned beef hash, muffins, bagels etc. I was very surprised at the selections. The hotel is located within a 7 minute drive to all the Disney parks. All in all we were very happy with our stay and will make this our choice for our future trips to the WDW area. Mehr

The hotel was pretty nice. The breakfast could have been a little better, with more variety of warm food. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day while we were there. The pool area was a little messy, but it had been stroming before we were there, so most of the debris in the pools and hot tub was from that. It was ok and had I not had the deal I did, I probably wouldn't have stayed here. Room was somewhat comfortable, the shower was cramped and the towels were falling apart. The pool area was nice and probably the only highlight of the stay.

Came down for Spring Training, thought I just booked a decent cheap hotel for the guys. We were blown away that our hotel included 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tiki bars and a mini golf course. We didn't even leave the property after we came back from the game on Saturday. The service by Jaynie at the Tiki bar was fantastic. We came down just for happy hour, […] ended up staying and listening to the music, watching tv and just chatting with other guests until the bar closed. This will be our hotel of choice for future "Mancations"! Mehr

Almost everything about this hotel was great. We were close to disney, The kids loved their beds in a seperate room and thought it was painted cool. They breakfast was what we expected. The only problem with this hotel was the bathrooms. Our toliet would overflow almost everytime we flushed it. There was nothing pluging it up and even the bathroom by […] the lobby was plugged up. This hotel must have awful water pressure. It turned a great stay into a below average one. So if you plan on not using the bathrooms it is a great hotel to stay at, otherwise watch your step when you go into the bathroom. Also it took them forever to come up and take care of it after we called the front desk. I'm sorry but if I call the front desk about my toliet overflowing I want them up ASAP Mehr
