"Partyalarm,Spitzen Pool!"
Eigentlich ansprechendes Hotel, tolles Nachtleben. Preis-Leistung annehmbar, […]

Stayed in the Palms tower for two nights. Upgraded to 31st floor suite. Room was dated. Furniture was shabby with dated, barely functional televisions. Poor reception. Bed was uncomfortable. Music blared from the Fantasy tower nightclub until at least 2:00am. It was so loud that the windows vibrated. Not at all the experience I expected. Had dinner […] at the buffet; very poor. Food was dried out as though it had sat for a long time. Diner next to us complained to waiter that his entree was "spoiled." He abandoned dinner and left. Better experiences can be had at other hotels for less. Mehr
"Palms Las Vegas"
Initially, i was excited to be staying at the Palms. However, when checking in, the attitude of the receptionist was rather disappointing. Barely a smile was evident from their emotionless faces. Upon entering my room i immediately noticed sloppy housekeeping. As a matter of fact, there was hairs and a shaver still on the edge of the tub. I had then […] called downstairs to get my room changed and they complied. I was moved to a room similar to the one i had reserved. The second room was somewhat cleaner. Overall, i was disappointed by the service. Would not stay here again. Mehr

"One thing after another"
Checked in around 9:45PM on a Monday night for a business trip for the week. Got to my room and tried to turn on the TV to watch sports highlights while I unpacked before bed. The TV would not work. Called the front desk and was told they would send someone right up. Some showed, over an hour later. The next night I had a hard time sleeping due to the […] bowling alley in the suite directly above me. The evening after I was startled out of my sleep at 2AM when it literally sounded like people came into my room and started partying. It was next door, I waited for about 15 minutes hoping they had just come up for a night cap, but had to call the front desk to have them quiet down. After 30 minutes nothing had happened. I called again and was asked if I wanted to move rooms because if they send someone up again (no one came the first time) it would be more serious. I informed them I was not interested in packing my stuff and moving rooms at 2:30AM due to someone else breaking noise ordinances. Someone did show about 10 minutes later and asked them to turn it down so it was not audible in the hallway. The security took 10 steps down the hall and it was on again. He returned and told them if they didn't tone it down they would be kicked out. They did turn it down a bit from there. I could still hear them in my room but it was tolerable. In short, I was unimpressed with the response time of the staff. It was apparent that this hotel caters to those in town to party rather than business professionals. I would not recommnend this hotel for those in town for business. Mehr

they added 15$/day mandatory resort fee which was not disclose only after checked in. the room is big but no cover bed sheets. look more like hospital rooms.
"The Palms - Las Vegas"
A fun stay.....we won a bit... Our 21 year old son especially loved the Playmate Blackjack dealers.
The beds were ok. The. Room was nice but don't let them put you on the 53rd floor if your looking to relax, ghost bar is right upstairs and you share the express elevator with everyone up which is both good and bad. I might stay here again, I ended up having a good time.
"Palms Casino Resort"
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which was our first. We were a little nervous being off the strip, but that posed no problem with the 2-a-day shuttle, and the shuttle across the street at the Gold Coast. The hotel is hip, chic. Loved the vibe in the casino. Great food at 24/7 and also the Mexican place. The rooms were comfortable and well […] decorated. The only complaint we have was about hotel security, who seemed to be missing when at 3:00am on Sunday the next door neighbors were bowling plates from their room service cart down the hall, the would take shots and bowl again. This culminated in a loud crash when one of the bowlers apparently backed into the room service cart and all remaining plates/dishes went crashing to the floor. Made a call to the front desk and they finally sent security to investigate. By the time they got there, the 20 somethings had finally passed out. We're not party poopers by any stretch, but at 3:00am you have to draw the line. Mehr
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
"Best Hotel in Vegas"
I go to Las Vegas a couple time per year. I have stayed in quite hotels and The Palms was definitely the best. I would recommend it to anyone and I will stay there again.
"Great Value & Great Room"
We really enjoyed the very spacious room and especially the bathroom. The cleanliness was first rate and the view from the 27th floor was incredible. The staff is very professional and pleasant. I stayed at the Luxor before and the Palms clearly beats them hands down on every facet.
"Palms is fun"
Had a great time at this facility. $8 cab ride to the strip. OUTSTANDING clubs on site. Great food and comfy rooms. The 2 bad things is that they charge a $15 resort fee yet they still charged me $15 per day, per device to use the wireless Internet. Also, it seems that those that stay at the facility and pay the resort fee should not have to pay the […] same cover to enter a club as someone walking in off the strip. Would stay again though. Mehr

"Nice hotel seems to have taken a beating"
I was in a group and between us we had four or five rooms, including two luxury suites and a few doubles with a view. Every single room had something wrong with the TV (or TVs for the suites). It was always something: broken remote, no sound, no picture at all... Not a huge big deal because I wasn't there to watch TV, but there was other damage also: […] broken door handles, that sort of thing. Every room had some kind of (minor) damage, though the TV thing might be a real issue for some. Its like the place was raged in by 20-something year olds and never repaired. Other than that I liked the place. Nice Casino (but kind of quiet). Reasonable rates. Comfy beds, nice staff. I actually made some cash in the Casino which I did not expect. Its Vegas. Mehr

"worst treatment I have ever received"
I have never been treated so poorly. The occasion was my daughter's 21st birthday, I stayed at New York, New York, which I would recommend. She did not have a credit card for a deposit, she called me crying, the clerks at the front desk laughed at her and the assistant manager rolled her eyes at her, what kind of employees does this hotel have? My daughter […] picked me up and I brought my card to put on her room. I speak loud and when I was telling the assistant manager how my daughter was being treated, she did not listen to me, she just kept saying you are loud and do you want me to call security. This arrognant assistant manger was threatening me with security because I was loud, I wasn't swearing, I wasn't violent, my only offense was that I was loud, wow what a threat I was. Who does the hiring there, they don't make wise decisions. I am Human Resource at my company and an employee like her would be fired. No customer service whatsoever, I would never stay there again, there are many hotel choices in Vegas where you receive respect, Palms is not one of them, you are treated very poorly. Mehr
"awesome hotel just wish it was closer to the strip"
first time in Vegas and heard a lot about The Palms..the hotel was amazing but since we didn't rent a car we had to take a cab everywhere, it would have been nice to be right on the strip
Needs refurbishing compared to others Vegas Hotels

would be perfect with a breakfast
"A shining star at the end of a rough vacation"
we stayed in this hotel after experiencing a week of hotel craziness in our travels. We came to this hotel and Tom at the reception desk was so kind it was like a breath of fresh air. he was helpful and got us into a room that we were more than happy with. Although they had difficulty getting our party into two rooms near one another, they were able […] to combine us into one room which made it perfect for us to catch the plane in the morning. Mehr
"Palms in Vegas"
Hotel has everything you need if you like being away from the strip like I do. Accommodations are comfortable yet need a face lift. Pool area was not open but really looked in need of new paint and furniture. I was pleased with my stay as the rate was very reasonable and room was quiet. The breakfast buffet was good. There is a variety of places to […] eat depending on your budget. Will stay again. Mehr

"Very Classy"
Our room was great and we very much enjoyed our stay.
"scam"
This hotel is a scam... They think bcuz they b on tv they can charge ppl extra money for nothing... Be aware of the $15 plus tax resort fee (even during winter then the pool is closed) also a $100 deposited per night you stay here. I understand having a credit card on file but to actually have to pay the deposited is crazy. Over all the hotel was nice […] 24/7 cafe burgers are to die for :). Hotel not on strip n they provide a poor shuttle service to the strip. I will stay at this hotel again n I'll play crazy like I dnt kno about the deposite again to not have to pay it. Mehr
"Great Price ..But there's a catch"
I must admit, I was looking forward to our stay at the Palms. It had been quite a while since we had been to Vegas and I wanted to try something new. But oh, were we disappointed. Upon arrival, there is little direction to tell you where you are going. The check in desk seems to be mixed in with everything else. When I finally did check in, I discovered […] a new little Las Vegas secret RESORT FEES. They charge you an extra $15.00 (plus tax, maing it $16.80) for NOTHING. That made my room deal not so great. Many other hotels have banded together to avoid these fees and if nothing else, make sure you ask if they charge them. The property looks much nicer at night than during the day. But our beds were in dire need of replacement and the room and hospitality just did not have a welcoming atmosphere about it. Getting to the strip was easy but traffic and parking are brutal these days. So next time we'll stay closer to the strip. I won't stay here again. Mehr

"terrible AC and beds below expectations"
In comparison to the surrounding hotels and the strip, the Palms had no holiday decorations. The room rates were cheap due to being the week before holiday break, but the room temperature would not drop below 73 even with the thermostat set to 55. Maintenance attempted to fix the AC and told us that it was not possible to get the room any lower due […] to the hotel being cooled via water lines that were not cooled to their lowest temp to save the hotel money. The mattress topper was surprisingly riggid and rough even though the hotel has been known for its comfortable beds. I was also charged the resort fee of $15/day.... The pools and out door ammenities aren't even available in the winter season. I will not be returning. Mehr
"palms hotel and casino"
This was the best stay we have ever had in Vegas! The staff was so nice and helpful everybody was great!
"Outdated disaster"
TV was about 15 years old along with the slot machines, paper thin walls this happened to be the second room, the first one smelled so bad it burn your eyes from cleaning products used
"Not family friendly at all!"
I wanted to stay at the Palms because it advertised Aveda products on the hotels.com website and it seemed like a nicer hotel with a good deal. When we got there, we had to walk through the casino and restaurants to get to the sky towers. We had our kids, luggage, and a porta crib. When we finally did get to the sky tower elevators there was a bouncer […] and a huge group of people waiting. We felt very out of place. I do appreciate all the security but I didn't know it was going to be like this. Our room was nice but the trash can hadn't been emptied. The TV was a little fuzzy like it didn't get good reception. My husband said the next day the bed had a dip in the bed making it uncomfortable. We had arrived late so we didn't want to go through the hassle of complaining. I would have much rather stayed at Circus Circus and saved the money like we did on our way up to UT. By the way they DO NOT HAVE AVEDA PRODUCTS. House keeping told me they stopped using Aveda 2 months ago! :( They could also improve on their customer service. There were all these employees to welcome you into the hotel and no one said a word to me or tried to help me with my door. The least they could have done was open my door because they were standing there. It would have been nice to have received a smile and welcomed into the hotel. Instead they looked like bouncers and unfriendly. On a positive note: I would have liked to come here without the kids. They had nice looking restaurants, a movie theater, good coupons, and security riding around in the parking lot. We felt very safe here. Mehr

"Palms prices"
What's a $15 resort fee?? And room service is way expensi ve! $100 average cost for 2 people room service.
"good hotel but expensive"
the hotel was nice, rooms excellent, but there is an extra 15$ charge, called a resort fee. So any money you saved on the deal is spent through this. Also no wifi. an extra 15$ a day for wifi.
"palms hotel"
I stayed at the palms resort with my two children because we were seeing a show there. I figured it would be easier to be close...and I was right. The staff were wonderful and very accomodating. It was my first time staying there and didn't know they have a food court with very affordable food. That's a plus with children. The only problem was having […] to take cabs to see the rest of the strip....which isn't that big of a deal. Great hotel...highly recommended...hope to stay there again! Mehr
"December 11th was my Birthday we very happy"
Very Happy with the Palms Hotel & Casino will stay again.
"Fantasy Tower Room"
Our fantasy tower room with one king bed was HUGE! The bed was comfortable, even though the sheets weren't exactly the softest. One thing that I note every time I go to Vegas is the SMELL in the casino and in the rooms. The casino's ventilation was pretty decent, and the room didn't smell like Vegas or cigarette smoke at all!!!! AWESOME! The jacuzzi […] tub that fits 2 people, really did work, which was a fun little perk to the room. I actually really liked this room, and would stay here again! A couple of extra perks: Sunset Tan in another tower for a quick spray tan - AWESOME spray-guy Mikey, and a movie theater in the main tower just in case you're not a gambler or partier. :-) Mehr

"The Palms"
(12/4)We were the next in line upon check-in while 2 separate guest were being helped. There were 3 other agents (1 male, 2 females--names unknown) at the desk who made eye contact several times each, but never offered assistance. I found it to be quite rude & figured it may have been a racist gesture. Finally the agent in front of us was available […] & she immediately called us to her...very welcoming & friendly...great customer service! (She has dark hair & is originally from Modesto/Stockton, CA area). If not for her, we would've taken our business elsewhere! (12/5)The next afternoon, we decided to grab a bite to eat at the 24-7 cafe. We stood at the sign where it said 'Please wait to be seated.' A server & a busser passed by (1 of them even put menus back on the stand), & 2 ladies at the counter/register to the right stood there talking away & paid us no mind at all. Let me add that it was not even busy. After nearly 5 minutes of waiting, we walked away & decided to try Guardino's instead. I have to say that I am not pleased with the customer service I received at your establishment (with the exception of the lady at the front desk). I strongly believe that it is matters like these is what makes a customer decide whether or not to to revisit this Hotel. I hope you implement some type of service training & take action into improving certain areas of "The Palms." Mehr
