Das Hotel lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Tolle große Zimmer mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. Im Badezimmer sogar ein Whirlpool! Toll wäre, wenn bei der Größe des Zimmers im Wohnbereich das Sofa eine Schlafcouch mit Aufbettung für die 3. und 4. Person eingerichtet wäre. Aber, das ist nur eine Anregung, keinerlei Kritik.Die Lage ist auch klasse, nur ein etwa 150 langer Spaziergang und man ist mitten auf dem Strip. Wenn wir mal wieder kommen, würden wir sehr gern wieder hier wohnen!!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Las Vegas im Trump. Das Hotel hat die 5 Sterne absolut verdient. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Strip, ist sehr ruhig und hat kein Casino, was uns besonders gefallen hat. Daher auch eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Shuttel zum Caesars Pallace alle 15min, ansonsten ist man aber auch zu Fuss gleich am Strip und kann bequem durch die Fashion Show mall flanieren. Uns hat es super gefallen. Das Hotel erhebt allerdings eine Ressort-Gebühr von 25$ pro Tag. Damit ist aber Internet etc. inklusive.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, leider wurde bei unseren 2 Übernachtungen nach der ersten Nacht wohl vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen, ok gibt schlimmeres, man kann ja die Handtücher auch 2x benutzen und da man in Vegas eh erst spät zurück ins Zimmer kommt, gehts halt mal in ein ungemachtes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wird zur Zeit umgebaut, wir haben davon aber nichts mitbekommen, das Zimmer war schön ruhig. Da man direkt in der Freemont Street wohnt, kann man, sofern man nicht auf den Vegas Strip möchte, sein Auto stehen lassen und auch mal ein paar Drinks mehr zu sich nehmen. Die Freemont Street hat sich noch ein wenig den ursprünglichen Charme und Charakter von Vegas erhalten, es gibt hier sogar noch einige Casinos, wo man noch mit Münzen in den Slotmachines spielen kann. Wer mehr als nur 1-2 Nächte in Vegas verbringt, sollte sich diesen Teil der Stadt unbedingt auch mal anschauen, es lohnt sich. Wir würden beim nächsten Vegas Aufenthalt in diesem Hote auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten

"Outdated, not like the photos you see online!"
Not the luxurious suite we booked online at all. The photos on hotels.com were of a beautiful room, but the room we were assigned was boring and outdated. No personality whatsoever. The Palms was away from everything, and the bars and restaurants in the hotel itself were boring. I have been to Vegas appx 10 times and this was my least favorite of all […] the hotels I have visited. Spend your money on a better hotel on the strip! Mehr

"Palms Hotel in Vegas- a let down"
casino is very small, rooms are average at best. no free coffee in the room, they charge a resort fee and the playboy casino is a big let down.
"Great environment, restaurants and clubs"
We went for a couple of days and had a blast! The room was very clean, great service at the front counter, they were able to accommodate my second stay in the same room with no problem. Also, the restaurants were good, the Moon night club was a lot of fun as well.. would definitely stay here again..

I had a bad experience here, for the first part the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to wait for room service to bring some up! Then the shower head sprayed everything else but you! the sink took 20 mins to drain we ran out of toilet paper and to top it off they still have tube style tvs in the rooms with crappy cable reception! for as […] much money they have the sure put it back into the hotel! very dissatisfied! "Didn't get the room we reserved"
When reserving our room we made sure it was in the Palms Casino - not Palms Place. When we arrived we were told that they didn't have the room we reserved available and we were given an "upgrade" to Palms Place. It was a good 10 minute walk and 2 elevator rides from the main casino/hotel just to get to our tower. And the room was no nicer than the one […] we had reserved. Our stay at the Palms was awesome. We have to get the room at the last minute and it worked out perfect because the party we went to was at Club rain just don't stairs. We loved it

"Great property"
They put us up in the Palms Place...gorgeous property. If you can get a room there, it's a bit of a walk from the casino, but it is a FAR better property - even better than the Vdara, but similar.

Recently stayed here and was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the hotel. The hotel staff and servers were accommodating. When I arrived I got a free upgrade, which was nice. My room was spacious with a nice view of the Vegas skyline. The hotel is not on the strip, which has it's advantages and disadvantages. "Great Place!"
Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the Palms. I was only there for 1 night but it was a great 1 night! My only issue was I can't believe my room still had an old fashioned tube TV! EVERY other hotel in Vegas has since switched to flat screen TVs so I was kinda surprised to see one again LOL! But other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

"The Palms - Palms Place - Las Vegas, NV"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palms Place. This was the third building, which is located behind the two buildings that face the freeway. The whole building was non-smoking and without a casino, which was so nice! And if we wanted to go to the casino, we could easily take a short walk to the building in the front. The check in took over 10 minutes just to get waited on. The ladies ignored me and after 10 minutes told me to go to another person. By the time I checked in I was with 3 different people. The room I got was next to a room full of partiers. The party started at 10 and ended at 5 am with people screaming. I will never stay at this place again!!!!

Was disappointed with the service of the hotel. Our reservation was for a fantsay 2 queen, when we arrived we were given a king bed in the palms tower(older building). When we asked the front desk for the room we booked we were told there wasn't any more rooms left. After a lot of attitude from the from the front women she gave us the room we booked. […] The hotel front desk was not friendly and very unwelcoming. Anything we asked for she made is feel like we were a bother. There are a lot of choices for hotels in Las Vegas and I am not sure we would return here. Mehr
"The Casino Hotel IS NOT 4 STAR!! Don't be fooled!!"
We went there for my birthday. Unfortunately we are not the prime demographic. I wish they would make this clear. Perhaps it's my Fault. We got a "deal" through Hotels.com and I had the choice of the Fantasy Suite for the Junior Suite in the Casino Hotel. We took the Casino Suite - BIG MISTAKE. Furnishings are dated, faucets are all loose, toilet leaked […] all night so I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Hotels.com needs to remove the 4 star rating and drop it to a 3 star!!! Mehr

"RESORT FEES!! -they try to sneak it on you"
The overall stay was very pleasant! Stood with the whole family for the Superbowl, BUT the resort fees were the pricesestaround and they DO NOT mention it til you try and get back the deposit (a.k.a Checkout). And when i asked why we weren't notified at Check-In, their exscuse was " The third party should have told you."
"Not comfortable"
The shower is just awful! The bed is not comfortable, the pillows are either way too big and hard or complete mush. There was hair in the bathroom. They brought two bath rugs the third day, strange. The towels were abrasive! We stayed to shower and sleep and both were not up to par! You could hear the road from the 31st floor! They have the minibar […] so crammed you can't put a single thing of your own. The pros would be the good, cheap buffets, selections of places to eat, and selections of games. Mehr

Stayed in the Palms tower for two nights. Upgraded to 31st floor suite. Room was dated. Furniture was shabby with dated, barely functional televisions. Poor reception. Bed was uncomfortable. Music blared from the Fantasy tower nightclub until at least 2:00am. It was so loud that the windows vibrated. Not at all the experience I expected. Had dinner […] at the buffet; very poor. Food was dried out as though it had sat for a long time. Diner next to us complained to waiter that his entree was "spoiled." He abandoned dinner and left. Initially, i was excited to be staying at the Palms. However, when checking in, the attitude of the receptionist was rather disappointing. Barely a smile was evident from their emotionless faces. "One thing after another"
Checked in around 9:45PM on a Monday night for a business trip for the week. Got to my room and tried to turn on the TV to watch sports highlights while I unpacked before bed. The TV would not work. Called the front desk and was told they would send someone right up. Some showed, over an hour later. The next night I had a hard time sleeping due to the […] bowling alley in the suite directly above me. The evening after I was startled out of my sleep at 2AM when it literally sounded like people came into my room and started partying. It was next door, I waited for about 15 minutes hoping they had just come up for a night cap, but had to call the front desk to have them quiet down. After 30 minutes nothing had happened. I called again and was asked if I wanted to move rooms because if they send someone up again (no one came the first time) it would be more serious. I informed them I was not interested in packing my stuff and moving rooms at 2:30AM due to someone else breaking noise ordinances. Someone did show about 10 minutes later and asked them to turn it down so it was not audible in the hallway. The security took 10 steps down the hall and it was on again. He returned and told them if they didn't tone it down they would be kicked out. They did turn it down a bit from there. I could still hear them in my room but it was tolerable. In short, I was unimpressed with the response time of the staff. It was apparent that this hotel caters to those in town to party rather than business professionals. they added 15$/day mandatory resort fee which was not disclose only after checked in. the room is big but no cover bed sheets. look more like hospital rooms.

A fun stay.....we won a bit... Our 21 year old son especially loved the Playmate Blackjack dealers.
The beds were ok. The. Room was nice but don't let them put you on the 53rd floor if your looking to relax, ghost bar is right upstairs and you share the express elevator with everyone up which is both good and bad. I might stay here again, I ended up having a good time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which was our first. We were a little nervous being off the strip, but that posed no problem with the 2-a-day shuttle, and the shuttle across the street at the Gold Coast. The hotel is hip, chic. Loved the vibe in the casino. Great food at 24/7 and also the Mexican place. The rooms were comfortable and well […] decorated. The only complaint we have was about hotel security, who seemed to be missing when at 3:00am on Sunday the next door neighbors were bowling plates from their room service cart down the hall, the would take shots and bowl again. This culminated in a loud crash when one of the bowlers apparently backed into the room service cart and all remaining plates/dishes went crashing to the floor. Made a call to the front desk and they finally sent security to investigate. By the time they got there, the 20 somethings had finally passed out. We're not party poopers by any stretch, but at 3:00am you have to draw the line. Mehr

I go to Las Vegas a couple time per year. I have stayed in quite hotels and The Palms was definitely the best. I would recommend it to anyone and I will stay there again.

We really enjoyed the very spacious room and especially the bathroom. The cleanliness was first rate and the view from the 27th floor was incredible. The staff is very professional and pleasant. I stayed at the Luxor before and the Palms clearly beats them hands down on every facet.

Had a great time at this facility. $8 cab ride to the strip. OUTSTANDING clubs on site. Great food and comfy rooms. The 2 bad things is that they charge a $15 resort fee yet they still charged me $15 per day, per device to use the wireless Internet. Also, it seems that those that stay at the facility and pay the resort fee should not have to pay the […] same cover to enter a club as someone walking in off the strip. Would stay again though. Mehr
