Wer den Bettenburgen in Playa del Carmen entfliehen will ist hier richtig. Hotelgröße ist genau richtig, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und die Lage wirklich unschlagbar. In einer Minute auf der Shopping- und Ausgehmeile, ein einer Mintute am Strand... Ich war mit einer Freundin da und kann es nur empfehlen!

Das Hotel ist etwas Besonderes, da es nur kleiner Bungalows sind. sehr schön in einer Gartenlandschaft. Die Zimmer sind aber etwas abgewohnt, aber voll funktionstüchtig. Manche Bereiche der Anlage werden renoviert, was aber gar nicht stört. Was mich gestört hat, ist dass das mehr nach Schwefelwasserstoff gerochen hat und das fast nur im Hotelbereich. Die Rezeption konnte da auch nichts machen. Für einen solch hohen Preis erwarte ich mehr.

sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis,sehr schöne Zimmer,ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Zum Zentrum benötigt man ein Taxi oder Mietwagen. Zum Strand kann man laufen ca.10 min.,muss man sich aber erklären lassen( über den Golfplatz).

Das Petit Lafitte ist mehr als nur zu empfehlen. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, das familiär geführt wird. Die ganze Organisation wird von zwei Familien übernommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Angelegenheiten. Wir hatten einen Bungalow gebucht, der nur ein paar Meter vom direkt am Hotel grenzenden Strand gelegen war. Zum Einschlafen kann man das Meer rauschen hören. Dank Ventilator und Klimaanlage waren die Temperaturen kein Problem. Die Küche hat einen super Job gemacht, morgens gab es frisches Obst, Säfte, Kaffee oder Tee - und man konnte sich etwas leckeres von der Karte aussuchen. Abens gab es ein vier Gänge Menü. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig von der Trubelgegend in Playa del Carmen entfernt - man kann sich also sehr gut entspannen. Eigentlich kann ich über dieses Hotel gar nichts negatives sagen. Es war für uns einfach das Paradies.
Lage
Suites Bahia liegt in Cozumel in der Nähe von Museo de la Isla de Cozumel, La Plaza Cozumel und Palacio Municipal. Dolphinaris ist eine weitere in der Nähe gelegene Sehenswürdigkeit.
Ausstattung
Jeden Morgen wird Ihnen ein kostenloses Frühstück serviert. Die Unterkunft Suites Bahia bietet Folgendes: Bibliothek, mehrsprachiges Personal und Kaffee in der Lobby. Das Hotelpersonal hilft Ihnen gerne bei allen Fragen weiter. Zum Service-Angebot gehört Folgendes: Concierge-Service, Serviceleistungen für Geschäftsleute und Unterstützung bei der Tourenplanung. "Great location - old hotel"
This hotel is very old, although it ha a great location. If you`re not gonig to stay a long time in Cozumel, I would recommend it since it is very cheap, and guests get to have the incredible breakfast of its sister hotel Casa Mexicana.

Good, clean hotel. Quiet at night so we slept well! Kitchen has a fridge and microwave. Maid washed all dishes everyday, changed towels and kept room very clean. Location at the town, close to the pier but far away from beaches.

Though it is simple, for me it has such great Mexican flavor is very roomy, cute and very clean. I highly recommend upgrading to a corner room which has 2 balconies and a view of the ocean and town. "really is a SUITE~"
2 large beds, a kitchen, a vanity & modern bathroom, a huge balcony & great service. Hotel is older but it's in a terrific location, would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again :) Is cheap & cheerful & was so good that I booked a second night!
Overall Hotel Bahia wasn't that bad, except for the part where you walk to another hotel for your breakfast buffet. See, Hotel Bahia, Hotel Casa Mexicana and Suites Colonial are all owned by the same person so he hosts his breakfast buffet in Hotel Casa Mexicana. That Hotel is much nicer than the other two. Anyhow, once you get to the breakfast site, […] upon trying to get to the eating area, you'll be harassed by many individuals trying to convince you into listening to a time share. the main leader of this group is a fellow named Victor, a Belizian now living in Cozumel. They'll make lots of promises and even give you their phone number as a guarantee but in the end its all a scam. Yes, I know this is a review for the hotel Bahia but this is a warning in case you decide to book it. You go with the expectation that the services they offer are on site, so you can limit the amount of haggling you'll get on your vacation. I understand on the street, people will try to sell you everything, but on your way to breakfast? If it was stated that breakfast buffet was not in hotel, I might have chosen a different place. The hotel is what you pay for and then some. I'll be honest my review is tainted with the bitter taste those salesmen left. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to their session and was called an idiot for not buying what they were selling. We've got a free upgrade to an ocenview suite that had a kitchenette and a fridge. The staff is super firiendly and helpful. They also offer a free breakfast at a sister hotel 2 blocks from Bahia, which was surprisingly good. We've enjoyed out stay and will definitely stay here again.

Although we had to walk to a hotel 2.5 blocks away fro our breakfast it was certainly worth the effort. We totally enjoyed these meals.

I stayed here for my second week in Cozumel and would have no problem recommending the hotel to anyone. Absolutely spotless. I had a room without a view. No big deal for me. Room was huge, King and Queen beds, full kitchen with full fridge. For the price I was extremely pleased and would definately stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel before but this was horrible. My reservation was lost on arrival. Then I was on the second floor oceanview, which is their nicest room, but all you hear from 8 am until 11 pm is taxi driver yelling "taxi" trying to attract customers. The noise was awful 24/7. Then the bathroom had a step-down onto a tile floor which cause […] a fall. The bathroom had a running water sound like the shower was draining from the entire building so loud you had to keep the door shut. The bed is like sleeping on concrete. The Suites Bahia is wonderful! Excellent location - right in shops, cafe, bar area - ocean view from both balconies -the ocean is right across the street - huge clean room - fun view of cruise ships - great a/c - plenty of hot water in shower - great staff - comfy beds! Loved this hotel!

Store rom, godt renhold og en fenomenal frokost. Den serveres riktignok på nabohotellet, men hva gjør det? LIgger midt i byen og passer for de som ikke vil bo på ressorthotell med all included.

Hotellet har ett bra läge, nära till många dykbutiker. I vårt fall var det enda anledningen till att åka till Cozumel, i övrigt är det bara turistshopping som erbjuds. Hotellet erbjuder frukost, som man får gå två kvarter till, men det är inget problem. Det hotellet har lite lyxigare standard , och Bahia är ju ett lågprisalternativ. Prisvärt!

Bahia is location is great, you have everything you need nearby. A taxi to Playa Azul cost 80 pesos, and is the nearest beach. Great hotel in city center
