Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 10. Nov. 2012Wir haben das Hotel und Zimmer wie erwartet und beschrieben vorgefunden. Essen und trinken in der Naehe und einen lohnenden Spaziergang durch den Ort. Uns hat die Straße nicht gestoert. Hat uns gut gefallen, koennen wir empfehlen.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Okt. 2012Das Personal war freundlich und sehr professionell organisiert (typisch für eine Kette). Das Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung. Das kostenlose Frühstück war besser als erwartet (mit u.a. Toast, Joghurt, Waffeln, Rührei, frischem Obst und nicht nur Kaffee und Muffin). Kostenlose Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist ok (bzw egal) wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, aber zu Fuß in die Innenstadt wäre es doch etwas zu weit. Für unseren 2-tägigen Aufenthalt in Victoria vollkommen in Ordnung und würden das Ramada auch wieder buchen - daher: Empfehlung.

Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 28. Sep. 2012Ein ausgesprochen gutes Hotel, besonders geeignet zum Besuch des Olympic Natoinal Parks. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Die Zimmer zur Bergseite sind ruhiger, da auf der Strassenseite der Verkehrslärm zu hören ist. Ein kleiner beheizter Aussenpool ist vorhanden. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die grosse gemütliche Lobby mit schönen Sitzmöbeln und einem offenen Kaminfeuer. Gratis Parkplatz vorhanden. Lage am Ortseingang von Port Angeles. Frühstück gibt es gegen Bezahlung. Es gibt ein gutes Restaurant direkt nebenan: Joshua's.

"Gutes Hotel zum Übernachten in Victoria, aber ..."
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 15. Sep. 2012Das Hotel hat hat insgesamt einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und WLAN verfügbar. Victoria kann gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. In der Nähe ist auch Fishermans Warf mit Hausbooten und gutem Fischimbiss. Allerdings reichte der Balkon des Nachbarzimmers vor eines unserer Zimmerfenster und zu allem Überfluss fand am ersten Abend noch eine Hochzeit mit Aussenbewirtung unter diesem Fenster statt, die allerdings ab23:00 Uhr nicht mehr zu hören war. Auf Anfrage, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnten wurde mit einem Schulterzucken mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Nicht zufriedenstellend, aber abgesehen von diesen beiden Punkten durchaus ein gutes Hotel zum Übernachten in Victoria.

"Schlichtes Motel mit guter Lage"
Die Zimmerausstattung im Motel war veraltet. Wir kamen eine Stunde früher und da am Tag davor alles ausgebucht war, war unser Zimme noch nicht fertig zum Einschecken. Wir wurden gebeten, zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wiederzukommen. Da das Hotel sehr zentral lag, hat es sich angeboten, gleich zu Fuss zum Stadtzentrum zu laufen. It worked well for me. My room was very basic, oldish, but it was clean, the desk staff were helpful and friendly, the restaurant breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. This hotel is very old-fashioned and although the rooms were comfortable and clean the room smelled a bit like the building used to be a home for old people (I don't know if it did or not). "affordable, comfy and pleasant!"
loved this little place! it was perfect for what i needed. i took a west coast trip from the middle of california all the way up to Victoria by myself and this place took good care of my weary traveling bones. my room was in the back courtyard which was nice and private and quiet! my room was clean and comfy. the staff was very nice. the front desk […] lady had some issues while checking me out that were quite irritating, but nevertheless, she got me out of there and all was well. the location is great, everything is in walking distance. didn't care too much for the food in the diner, so i only ate there twice out of convenience. but all in all, i would stay here again! Older motel with great staff, clean rooms and very accomodating to your needs. Excellent location. Service in restaurant (breakfast) is slow but food is good and always hot. We were allowed to keep our car in the parking lot longer than our actual stay at the hotel and that was appreciated. We loved that the walk to our place of business was close and interesting. The reservations were easy and the front desk very helpful and friendly. We did, however, find the room most stuffy, even with the air on. The bed was hard. My hustband had his in the morning and it went from hot to cold to hot to cold, cold cold - asume it kept changing as adjoining rooms turned on their showers. The key card to the Courtyard doesn't work, despite trying 5 different cards. Someone found the answer - a brick holding the door open. The door key cards were often a miss, despite different cards. The locks don't respond to the key cards. Tried 4 different cards, friends tried three before finding one that worked. Even then, it was hit & miss on the room door. we booked the room online and reached the hotel on August 11, 2012 at 4:00 PM but check in was not smmoth. There were problem with their system, so they ask us to come after 40 min for check in. The room was clean and beds were comfortable but microwave not available in the room. Otherwise rest of amenties like safety box, Iron, Coffee maker and a mini […] referigerator were available in the room. Location was in downtown and all the attractions were at a walking distance. "Great place on a budget!"
Hotel was nothing fancy, but it was clean, safe, and comfortable, with mini fridge, but no microwave. Location is about a 10 min walk to the touristy stuff instead of in the middle of it for twice the cost. Hotel also has an attached "drive in" restaurant which was great food, great price. Hostess was very friendly and helpfull with getting us a roll […] out bed for the daughter. Stayed with my wife and 2 yr old daughter for the weekend while we toured the city on foot. "Excellent Stay"
We stayed twice in Paul's Motor Inn and the rooms were always very clean. The hotel is located very close to Victoria's center (~10-15min walk) and is easily accessible with a car. My courtyard room was perfectly secluded. The bed & pillows were comfortable and the street noise level minimum. The staff was more than willing to help in anyway needed.
