Das Hotel lag in direkter Nähe zu Walt Disneyland. Daher von der Lage ideal. Das Hotel war leider zu hellhörig und das Doppelbett für zwei Erwachsene viel zu klein.

We have stayed at other hotels around the Disneyland Park and this was a nice Hotel for the cost. The first night we were surrounded by a family that was chain smoking outside our door, so the hotel staff moved us to a better room for the rest of our stay. The pool and spa was nice and I like that it was salt water and not chlorine. We walked to the […] park every day and it wasn't too far (just go through the Grand Californian Hotel for quick access to CA Adventure or Downtown Disney) The rooms were nice with good beds, and even a microwave. We would have like to have a safe in the room but they offered a safe at the front desk so we would lock things in the trunk while we were out. The Denny's in the parking lot was handy for breakfast as well. Free parking was a bonus also - but we didn't hear about the "resort fee" until we arrived - it was only $5 a day. I would recommend this hotel as a nice option for a stay near Disneyland. Mehr

Our room was so clean and neat. Very Quiet compared to other hotels. I have stayed in several different hotels and this one is the best. I will stay in this hotel again with no hesitation. If you are looking for a nice and clean hotel this is the one to stay at. Denny's is right next door which makes Breakfast very convenient.

We stayed for 3 nights last weekend and were accused of smoking marijuana in our non-smoking room because housekeeping supposedly found "debris of the substance" in the bathroom. I was highly offended because none of us staying in the room smoked and felt like the accusations came from us being a group of young people. Regardless of this situation, […] the hotel was clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to the Disneyland parks; however, it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland. Mehr

Walls and ceiling need more sound proofing. Could hear person walking constantly above us and could hear hear others in the other room having sex.

The overall stay was great. The cleaning staff was awesome. The only thing I would I didn't care for was the mattress and the pillows. But nothing you can't handle. Just bring your own pillow. The Denny's is next door as well as a liquor store and other restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It wasn't the most glamorous but it was very clean and comfortable. We both really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely use this hotel on any future Disneyland trips.

The room was clean,it needs a to be upgraded in lots of things but if youre looking for a place just to rest and take a shower well my case worked out my wife my self and my son spent 4 days. one day in dysney theres a bus that you pay 2 dollars per adult and 1 per child so it cost me 9 they sell you the tickets in the lobby, also they have bus lines […] that can take you all over pretty much a bus line called grayline universal studios,hollywood,legoland, the aquarium in san diego as well. For a fairly good price i think transportation from your hotel to the parks and back its really great if you dont wanna drive and all you wanna do is relax and let someone else do the driving...We had a blast,we celebrated my son's bithday.. My husband and I were looking for an inexpensive place near Disneyland and this Best Western wasn't bad for the price. It's about a block from the road that The Grand Californian and Paradise Pier hotel is on so the walk wasn't far, even for a six-month prego like myself. I was, however, disappointed that we were put in a smoking room (pretty sure I […] specified to not have one) so the room smelled pretty bad. We couldn't open the windows and had to use the jet-engine-loud air conditioner to help air out the room. Overall, it wasn't horrible. As far as off-resort hotels, we have stayed before at the Anabella, the Alpine Inn and the one that looks like a Castle (name escapes me). We love the Anabella (only if we can get a deal), love the Alpine Inn for a cheapie room and hated the Castle. So, if the Anabella and Alpine are not options, we will still take this over the Castle one. Just hope we get a non-stinky non-smoking room next time. Mehr

My son and I drove from San Diego to see a show at the House of Blues. This location was a short 1/2 mile walk to HOB which is located in the Downtown Disney complex. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There are several restaurants within 50 yards of the hotel and even a Denny's next door, if you dare. Pretty standard motel room, but it was quiet and clean, which I all I really wanted. The pool was a refreshing break between theme parks. Not really practical to walk to Disney, but close to everything otherwise.

Customer service was great BUT the hotel itself was not what I expected. The restroom had mold and I didn't feel the room was clean enough. Also the beds are SO uncomfortable and small compare to other places we've stayed. The pool is on the other end of the parking lot so it's not convenient at all. Based on the price, location and the cleanliness of the room, I would recommend this to everyone. About 15 minute walk to Disneyland downtown/theme park. Denny's and a groceries store nearby. Bus stop in front for tour pick up. Overall, great value!

resonable rate, nice location and nice rooms.

If you are a lite sleeper dont stay here if a door is closed 10 rooms down the whole place vibrates air con very noisey and you can hear every body elses air con running not worth it for money

We like the the pool area very nice with 2 clean pools and jacuzzi hot tub is very enjoyable for long day walking at Disneyland. Room are not sound proof so we can hear the conversation from the next room otherwise we really like the comvenience location with nice Coco Restaurant next door.

The hotel was clean and very convinient. I could walk to disneyland and California Adventure Parks. about one mile from I-5 Freeway, I recomend this hotel to anybody.

This Best Western PLUS room was much nicer than we expected for a Best Western. The motel looks like it recently got a face lift and the exterior was pleasant too. Very nice staff and easy walking distance to D-Land.

good location near the convention center; would have gotten a 5, but they never made the wake-up cal.

Hotel was average. The water pressure was low in the shower and we did find a weird looking spider in the restroom. But other then that, the room was just a normal average hotel room, nothing special. If you're looking for a quick, affordable place to stay close to Disneyland, this would be it. Also the hotel is near some apt complex and we noticed […] some foot traffic through the parking lot. There is a security guard wandering around the lot at night (hopefully keeping a good eye on things) Mehr

Hotel was close to Disneyland, very clean, and staff was great. Great place to stay for the price!

Close enough that you can walk to Disney's Grand Calif hotel and use the hotel entrance to the theme parks. The room was kept clean. Cons: (1) no elevator (2) places near vending machines or stairs have lots of flies (3) TV signal is poor for local channels

Everything was fine. The rooms are neatly decorated and clean. I personally liked it. Disneyland is right around the corner and Dennys is literally next door (same parking lot). The only bad thing i have to say is that the night clerk wasn't friendly or helpful. She just checked me in & didn't offer or explain much.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The exterior of the hotel is very clean and maintained nicely. Nice pool area, with lounge beds and umbrella tables and towels are provided. The beds in the rooms are very comfortable and the bedding was nice. I liked having both refrigerator and microwave for fixing snacks for the children. Also free parking […] is very nice. Denny's restaurant right next door, which was very convenient. I walked to Disneyland every day and found the walk a bit long. For me it was ok as I am physically fit and I had my children in a stroller. Mehr

We arrived in a semi tractor, the hotel assuring us they had parking. And indeed they did. The room was sparkling clean, the staff friendly and the location perfect. Very very pleased. Give this hotel a 10+. Diane and Vern from Canada THANKS

Staff was awesome, competent, thoughtful. Services were very good, room was great, even the AC unit provided perfect white noise for sleep.

The hotel itself is motel style, however, it was very well maintained. We were able to park right outside our door, making it easy to bring stuff in and out. It did kind of share the lot with Denny's though, which could be seen right out the window, so the hotel did require you place a permit in your car stating you were staying at the hotel, not a […] big deal for us. The maids did come by 9am everyday, sometimes earlier so really be sure to place your do not disturb sign out the night before if you wish to sleep in. Speaking of sleeping in, the location is somewhat loud-every night we heard sirens, kids and car alarms. I mean at all hours-10pm-6am. The location did feel safe though despite all the noise. Our only complaint is the location. Not all that close to Disneyland. The only way it is 10 minutes is into CA adventure and that is if you walk through their Californian hotel. As for disneyland the closest way to get there is to walk down Katella, up Disney and catch the monorail across the movie theater which lets you off in Tomorrowland. Not a walkable distance for older folks or kids. Yes, their is a shuttle but it is $4 each way so if you like to come back to the hotel for lunch, then go back to the parks, this could get expensive. All in all very clean, with fridge, microwave and king bed, as promised but I think we will skip this one next time due to the distance. Mehr

A "newly remodeled" hotel does not constitute new painted trash cans in the hall ways, new paint in the rooms, $12 home depot fixtures, and a shower curtain. The sink in my room had obviously not been cleaned for quite some time as evidence by the sewer previously backing up and not being cleaned out. Hotel pillows should be standard size, not a throw […] pillow with three pillow cases on it for padding. This hotel would be comparable to a motel 6 in 1985. The online ratings do not represent the hotel correctly. For the money, there are other hotels in the area that are much nicer. I found one just walking up Katela the next morning and switched hotels. Mehr

Great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere affordable and comfortable. The hotel was very well taken care of and the staff were wonderful!

We live in San Diego.1hr 15 min from Disneyland, and we make this trip every December. Always, an overnight, at a Best Western, preferable one of those on Katella Ave. in Anaheim. Everything was perfect except the desk clerk neglected to inform us that we could purchase a ticket for the tram, to Disnyland, in the hotel lobby. She told us the price and […] that we would need exact change. Not a big thing, but a little thing that would have helped, had we had the tickets before boarding the bus. For Breakfast you have Denny's and for a great Italian dinner just head to the strip mall next store to Mary's for some of the best food your find on of off the park and for a MUCH BETTER price.
