Das Hotel lag in direkter Nähe zu Walt Disneyland. Daher von der Lage ideal. Das Hotel war leider zu hellhörig und das Doppelbett für zwei Erwachsene viel zu klein.

The room was renovated with granite counter tops, clean bed and bath, 42" flat screen TV with MW and refrigerator. It did have a small window that opened in the bath but still not enough to vent the steam out so only wish it had better ventilation in bathroom. Other than that, it was great and only a 15 minute easy level well lit walk to Disneyland/CaliforniaLand/DisneyDownTown for under $95/night including fee but not tax. Right next door to a Denny's with COCO and others within a couple of blocks. Just a bit too far (2+ mi) for an Angle Stadium walk down Katella but take the #15 ART bus ($3 one way if you pay the driver, else $5 at hotel lobbies) from/to Disney bus stops (there are 16 of them for various ART routes) to/from Ayers Hotel on Katella & Douglas and walk 10 minutes through the stadium back parking lot. My husband and I stayed here overnight while on a trip to Disneyland. I didn't have high expectations going in, I knew it wasn't going to be a luxury hotel...but it was clean and comfortable. And surprisingly, the bed pillows were fluffy! (We brought our own pillows from home but didn't even need to use them!) More pros: friendly front desk staff; late […] check-out time; free wi-fi in room; free parking. The only con worth mentioning was the noisy air conditioner. And don't pay for the shuttle to Disney from this hotel if you don't mind a 10 to 15 minute walk....Directly across the street from the hotel is a Disney employee parking lot...you can walk thru this lot in 5-10 mins and end up in Downtown Disney, and from there it's just another 5 min walk to the park entrances. The room was the worse "Best Western" I have ever stayed in the quality of motel 6 would have been better. The walls are thin you can hear every sound right through them. The beds are uncomfortable to much bounce and to tall. The coffee maker didn't work and there was none available at the check in desk. I was not pleased with what I received for the […] money I paid. Close to Denny's and convenient store. The beds, sheet are clean. Only feel like a Motel. We spent more time in Disney than in the hotel :) The most important part is the bed.

The room was fairly clean, but teeny-tiny. Two queen beds CRAMMED into a room so small there was no table/chair, and maybe only a foot between each bed and the walls. Not enough space for a family of 4 unless you're ONLY sleeping there.

Nicely kept motel near Disneyland. Room was updated and clean. Comfortable beds. A little traffic noise, but easily drown out by room ac. Walk to Disneyland in 15-20 minutes.

Stayed here for a Disney running event and it was perfect. The hotel was in walking distance to and from the start/finish line. We were also able to walk to the packet pick up location the day before. You can tell it's an older hotel, but it was clean & the staff was friendly.

It was a really nice hotel. The walls were very thin so you can hear walking upstairs and outside your room. When a truck would roll by the wall vibrated a bit. Other than that I would definately recommend sleeping there if you are there primarily for disneyland and need a place to sleep

This hotel is very conveniently located across the street from California Adventure and you even get a good view of the Disneyland evening fireworks show. The ART shuttle bus stop is right out front runs to the main park entrances every 20 minutes with only 2-3 stops on the way. You can even buy the shuttle bus tickets at the front desk of the hotel. […] The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The only negative aspect of our room was a musty smell that is probably due to the age of the building. Very prompt customer service. Notified staff of a hot water problem, and, someone was at our room within minutes to change out the tub hot water valve! The room appeared clean and well maintained. I am very particular and I found none of the usual problems in the bathroom (the grout was clean, there was no evidence of mold, crud, etc). The towels and […] bed linens were clean and crisp. For what I paid, the room was pretty ok. The bed was comfortable, and the room was relatively clean. What I didn't like was, that the sink and the bathtub backed up with water very quickly. Also, paper thin building construction. Lets face it, you're near Disneyland, hyped up kids everywhere. At night and early morning, it sounded like someone was […] doing the "river dance" in the room above mine, so loud, I had to crank the tv volume to watch my show. Then, its screaming in the morning. I was planning a trip to Disneyland and looking for a reasonable priced hotel to stay in and found the Best Western Plus Pavilions in my price range so I wasn't expecting more than just a tidy place to sleep! How I was most pleasantly surprised! First of all the person at the front desk upon our arrival was so very friendly and helpful~ you could ask […] him anything about the area and get an enthusiastic answer. Very pleasant!We reached our room~ I was with my 22 year old and his girlfriend, we had asked for 2 double beds. The room was beautiful, clean and smelled wonderful!! It had a big screen T.V,(better than what I have at home!) a microwave, refrigerator,coffee maker,hair dryer, a pulsating shower head(wonderful!) and even had a ironing board and regular sized iron! The bed was more comfortable than mine at home and we slept very well. The hotel was within walking distance of Disneyland or if you didn't want to walk the bus picked you up right there. There was a very handy liquor store on one side of the hotel and a Denny's Restaurant on the other.There was also a pool and hot-tub, so bring your swimsuit, I had forgotten mine!!Overall I would rate this hotel with an E for excellent and would most certainly suggest it to my friends and family!! . The hotel is a second floor building, it is clean but it is also small. It was a nice clean hotel and we felt safe even on our late night walks from Disneyland with a 5-year old. We were there just for sleeping and we came home each evening to a nice clean room. There is a convenience store right next door and several nearby restaurants. I recommend for anyone who does not mind the half mile walk to Downtown Disney.

Rooms have been updated and are quite nice. The bathrooms, however, did not get updated with the rooms - ours was fine though. The walk to Disneyland is doable. I wouldn't want to go much farther than this but we did it with 4 kids with only a little complaining at the end of the day. Watch out for the extra $5 a day resort fee.

Only a few complaints: The room i stayed in had a faulty shower, which I believe was a room for those with disabilities as the shower head didn't look like any of the pictures posted, which was disappointing because I didn't request for that type of room.The drainage of the shower was faulty as well. The guests staying above us made a little too much […] noise, even after I complained to guest services. I am hoping guest services placed the call to the guests staying above us and addressed the issue. Also, the air conditioner is a tad noisy so if you are a light sleeper, that may pose a problem for you. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very, very clean overall. If needed, I will stay here again. My friend & I drove to Disneyland as we couldn't see ourselves walking back & forth to & fr. the parks to the room after doing lots of walking at the parks throughout the day. Mehr

The people working the front desk were very nice and helpful whenever we would go in to ask a question or see if they had something. The walk to Disneyland wasn't too bad until the end of the day when you had to walk back after being on your feet all day. Taking the short cut through Grand Californian is a big help. The only thing that I was just a […] little disappointed in was that when I made the reservations through Expedia I had asked for a king size bed and we ended up with two double beds. I know there are no guarantees, but the nice thing was we were asked if we wanted upstairs or downstairs. The only other complaint was that the cleaning staff turned off the air in our room when they came to clean on one day so our room was hot when we returned that evening. Having Denny's next door was a plus. The pool was very nice and refreshing. Overall, a great place to stay. Mehr

Close to Disneyland a plus, but you'll prob want to take the ART shuttle ($4/day). Bed was comfy. Bathtub was gross (very scraped up and in need of refinishing/replacement). Pool was pleasant. I had a great check in experience. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The only problem I had was that I had requested a room with a king size bed & got a room with two queen beds. They don't offer separate reservations for 1 bed or 2 bed rooms and I see that as a downside. This is obviously an old property but has been kept […] up pretty well. The bathroom still looks a little dated but everything else is pretty nice. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the large flat screen TV was also a nice touch. The A/C was kind of loud but it did cool the room & I didn't lose any sleep over it. Location is decent, probably less than 1/2 mile to Disneyland if you walk up Disneyland Dr & through the Grand Californian but I'd recommend the Anaheim Resort Transit. Mehr

The parking is limited. The lot is shared with Denny's. Wall AC unit was very loud (almost drowned out the sound of the alarm). Thin walls and very noisy neighbors.

the front desk staff was not very friendly nor very customer service oriented. they could have offered us more information about surrounding restaurants, attracfion, tours etc but did not as this was our first visit to Anaheim.

it was nice until the people next to us came in at midnight with crying kids and then let there door slam like 3 time which was no fault of the hotel. I did not call the front desk since it wasnt there problem. Other than that, I really like staying at The Best Western
