The air conditioning didn't work correctly. The one bed in our room squeeked like crazy - you couldn't move without waking up the other person in the room on the other bed. The bathroom light was broke - They didn't fix it until I called 3 times. There was cobwebs on the ceiling in 3 differant places. All the lamp shades were cracked and needed replaced. […] The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about 10 years. It was a very disgusting hotel. I thought the outside looked kind of nice. They do not keep up with maintenance and do not seem to care if they do or not. They kind of blow you off if you call to ask questions. The internet kicked you off every 5 minutes. There was hardly any signal. We stayed for 3 days and were miserable. Mehr

Great location and good price for a business trip where your expenses are capped. Breakfast was below average - cereals, toast, and a waffle machine - no eggs or breakfast meats which are nowadays expected and in most cases provided. Horrible internet connectivity. the staff was great and we liked the room very much. Nice quiet location. The only suggestion we would have would be fabric softener for the towels. They were scratchy.

no fridge. No creamer for breakfast (except powdered creamer) Ran out of some breakfast foods. Elevator filthy. Middle of night heater made noise sounded like lawn mower which caused us to get up and check out at 5AM. Extremely disappointing.

We stayed here 2 years ago and were impressed with the value and quality, which is why we went here again. The low price is what attracted us again, but the staff doesn't seem to be keeping the same attention to detail when it comes to cleaning the rooms like they used to. Next time we stay in the area we'll look into another place.

This property has been ignored as to preventive maintenance. Example, Toilet leeks at base every time it is flushed! Their is a crack in the bathroom floor that goes wall to wall. There is no power for the bathroom vent. The furniture is so old it sags in the middle. The dresser drawers won't work correctly. The a/c unit is very loud. Our stay was fine. Our room, 328 was dusty, and the bathroom fan did not work, but otherwise nice. We used the pool which was clean and fun. We lost power from around 9pm until 2:49am, that was a little scary for our daughter and us. I wish the staff had come around the hotel a few times to keep us posted. Overall good.

The room was barely serviceable, the rate was ok. It really was pretty dingy. Dirty spots on the walls, floors, bathroom. Very little staff around. In the middle of nowhere. Was there for an event so everyone staying in same place. If there were a better option I'd go elsewhere in a heartbeat.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed the spa, but should have tried pool first as it was to cold after being in the spa. The room had a very clean & spacious bathroom and the beds & pillows were quite comfortable! Only con was being in a NON-smoking room and encountering the intermittent smell of cigarette smoke. The room was okay but there were cobwebs all over the ceiling/wall joint. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the entire third floor smelled of stale smoke.

Compared to the many other choices of hotels available in the area, I will not go back to the Ramada. Carpets stained, sheets stained and a token breakfast, like they put out the bare bones minimum. Now I know why they call it the Ramada Limited!

I was upset from the gloomy look when i walked into the door. The smell was not a pleasant one. The elevator doors and floor(crome) was not clean. And the Bedding does not get changed daily if you stay 3 days or more. We made reservations with Expedia and it was very inexpensive for a Ramada or a hotel in general. My family and I were going to visit Hershey Park for a mini-vacation. The hotel was okay. I had a few complaints though. The water in the indoor pool was rather cold. It felt like it wasn't even heated. I booked a non-smoking room and received a smoking room. the hotel was booked so we had to deal with it. the pool was ice cold, breakfast was ok. the queen beds were so uncomfortable it wasnt funny.

Our room was not as clean as I expected for a suite, there was old food left rotting in the microwave. The bathroom was dirty. I went and bought air fresheners. The pool was so cold you couldn't swim and the hot tub was dirty and frothy.

fittness Room: Two out of three machine were broke. Pool area: the hot tub was not hot. Fans above pool were extremely dirty and it looked like some on the firt on fans fell into the pool.

It was what was expected. Ice machine was not working on the 3rd floor, there was one in the lobby. No problems experienced.

The room was not spotless, but I lived with it. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The Fitness 'Center' was DIRTY and the 3 machines were not in good, working condition.
