My wife and I made a trip to Indy to visit some college friends who happen to be in town. We chose the Hilton Garden Inn because of its location and reputation and it did not disappoint. It is right on the circle. It is close to shopping. It had great food options literally right across the street. We parked the car and did not have to get it until […] we left. That is just the location! Inside the hotel it wad very nice, well maintained and the staff was very helpful. The restaurant located downstairs is very convenient. The room was nice and comfortable. I chose the Hilton Garden Inn because I have had incredible luck at previous stays in other cities. (They have the most comfortable pillows of any hotel I have stayed at). This hotel is in a great part of town. Within walking distance to everything you would want to do. I would reccomend the art district. Macgivens was a pleasent surprise. As an avid beer lover their selection of locally brewed beer was superb. The fish and chips was also very good and all at a reasonable price. The staff at the hotel was very friendly […] and helpfull on reccomendations of where to eat and things to do. Would stay there again on any future visits to Indy! We do not have the modern look as other Hilton Garden Inns, but we do have the updated technical aspects for this digital world we are living in. "Lots of pluses with very few minuses"
Everything was good at the Hilton Garden Inn. The only complaints I have are parking was expensive and a half a block away and the bed was harder than I would have liked. You really can't complain about parking in any downtown hotel as they are all the same in that regard. The bed seemed to have a firmness control, but I couldn't get mine to soften […] up. The staff were fantastic. Check-in was fast and smooth and they accomodated my need for extra pillows promptly. The complimentary cookies were amazing and the Hilton Garden Inn has the fastest elevator I've ever used. The room was big and clean and the internet was free, a plus over many of their competitors. I was 3 blocks away from my dinner reservations, across the street from a bagel shop and a block from a donut shop. I really would have been hard pressed to do better. "amazing stay"
My wife and 2 friends decided to stay here for a large event. Our stay was 5 start from the time we walked up to the door untill the time we left the door to go home! Rooms were super comfortable, beds were amazing. We also picked the location so my wife would have something to do while we attended our function. In walking distance she found a spa that […] she still is raving about. We also enjoyed the shopps and places to eat in walking distance of the hotel. Staff was more than friendly and did whatever it took to make the guests comfortable. Also used the swimming pool and hot tub located in the bottom of the hotel. It was clean and very well taken care of. I will be returning to this hotel NO DOUBT in the next year as a get away or if i need to stay anywhere downtown. MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"great place for a weekend getaway"
staff, starting with the parking attendant/doorman, were excellent--v. friendly & helpful. directed me to a parking lot across the street where it 's $10 for overnite parking, much less than valet or other parking. room was a corner room, very spacious & clean, as well as the bathroom. "Nice Christmas overnight stay"

"Location, clean rooms & great staff trumps price"
I'm a repeat guest of the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Indianapolis. I cannot say enough about the employees and location of the hotel. Housekeeping left a bag of clean towels without being asked, as I'd left the "do not disturb" sign hanging on my door for the two nights I stayed. The staff at the front desk & the bartender were very pleasant & helpful […] when asked for dining recommendations/directions. Check-in was fast, with a welcoming group behind the desk to greet us each time we entered the lobby. Would have been nice to have a bellman to assist with doors, as the front doors were not automatic & hard to get in/out of- especially with luggage/bags/small children. "Wonderful time for our family!"
From the valet we met at arrival to the desk clerk who helped us check out, the staff was exceptionally helpful. Everyone was more than pleasant and always available to assist.
