Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown - Indianapolis

This hotel is right smack in the middle of downtown Indianapolis, just off The Circle. Rooms come with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, mouthwash, iron/ironing board, and free wi-fi. Microwave oven and coffeepot in each room as well, with a little pantry in the lobby to purchase soup and other microwaveable ready food. Very clean as well.

The hotel and room were clean and well-kept. We had a corner room with a beautiful view of the city. I wish there had been a complimentary breakfast, as the one in the lobby was $10.00 a person. The pool and spa were nice and clean and right off the elevator, so no having to walk around the hotel in your swimsuit. Overall, nice hotel and staff, I would […] stay there again. Mehr

This hotel had very friendly & helpful people at the front desk. Very nice people at the front door. The place was VERY clean. The beds were VERY comfy (could've been a bit bigger though), had a coffee bar set up in the foyer area, staff was helpful, hotel was located in a good area. The only down side was a lot of the restaurants downtown had crazy […] hours. They didn't open until 4:00 p.m. & we wanted to eat after the game, but they were closed by 10:00 p.m. And the only one that was open ran out of food! But the hotel itself was excellent. Having never been to Indianapolis I wasnt sure what hotel would be a nice place to stay and because of the cheerleading nationals in town it was limited as far as options. The Hilton was probably the nicest Hiltion I have stayed in. The only downside is the heating constantly ran all day and night. Not sure if that meant it never got to temp on the […] thermostat or what, but the fan running was a little annoying. The staff wasnt super friendly but the accomodations, cleanliness of the entire hotel and location made up for it ten fold. Like I stated before everything was perfect except the out come of the game. It was very convienent to the stadium and easy to get to. I also understand when the expansion is completed you won't have to be outside to the stadium. The room was very nice with everthing we needed. The elevator was very quick and never conjested. The Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis was a perfect fit for us, extremely close to the stadium and other points of interest. We enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel! It was in exactly the place we needed! The only problem with the whole stay was that downtown was crazy busy, but the hotel had nothing to do with that. I will definitely stay again and recommend to others!!

The room was very spacious and clean.. the bed was extremely comfortable and even the sheets smelled clean.. the location was prime, in walking distance of Circle Centre Mall, restaurants, coffee shops and clubs as well as the War Memorial.. The staff was very friendly, professional and polite.. We were having issues with the tv and the maintence man […] showed up promptly and fixed the problem.. Mehr

Everything was as expected. Hotel staff was friendly. Experienced one train that woke a few in our party, but not all. Very interesting architecture throughout the hotel. Walking distance to downtown activities, but the shuttle bus and driver was extremely helpful.

We were about 3 blocks from the mall. There are a lot of smaller shops close to the hotel.

good location for the colts game and all the surrounding shopping and restaurants!

Fantastic location, fabulous staff. I loved this hotel except that the wireless internet connection was super slow sometimes which made working from my room difficult the last 2 days of my stay.

Extremely friendly and helpful

The hotel was clean, quiet, and close to area attractions. We stayed for the night. It was in walking distance to great restaurants as well as night life. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and roomy. Bathroom was large. Overall great stay, would stay again!!

If you are looking for an ideal location and clean hotel this is it. If you are there for the weekend take advantage of the breakfast buffet. It is well worth the money! The area is extremely safe and you can walk to all restaurants, to the mall, etc. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. We came to Indianapolis to visit the Children's Museum. The Hilton Garden Inn provided a straight shot up Meridian Avenue to the museum. The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool enjoyable for our two little girls, and we appreciated that an excellent breakfast was included in the room rate. Please check with hotel before arriving, if they have met with all your specs at time of allotment of room....or else you can be in for a rude shock! Other than that....great location!

very close to great restaurants like Mortons, Fogo de Chao, Barcelona (tapas!) and Mikado. Try Adobo for a cocktail and tequila that is top notch; excellent knowledgable bar staff. The hotel is central to most venues and walking is a breeze in the city. Security abounds. The only thing that was a thumbs down was the hotel shower, it had a skimpy spray […] and made an awful noise. Other than that, the rooms are very nicely appointed. Mehr

Check in was easy enough, we were in town for the tree lighting on the circle. The place was crowded with the event and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. They had a party for guests on the mezzanine and when the food started running low the staff got very short with the guests. I think it may be frustrating but if you can't take it don't give a party. […] The most clear indicator of attitude may be shown when we had the valet bring our car up. He handed me the keys took a tip and walked away without a word. I have never had the valet at a good hotel not offer to help with bags or open the door or say thanks for staying with us. Mehr

I enjoyed my stay. I booked my room online and it was painless! I had no problems checking in or out. The price was a little steep for the quality, but overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel was great....especially loved the duvet covers and feather pillows.

Overall the hotel was great. The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. The location was awesome. Felt like home away from home.

The Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown offered extremely comfortable rooms, outstanding service and was very conventiently located. We had a fantastic experience and will defintely stay there again. Two thumbs up!
