Für ein paar Tage zur side seeing Tour ist es ganz oK Ganz hervorragend war das Frühstück.

Near University. We had a view of the stadium and there was a game that night, so it was very noisy. There was absolutely nowhere to eat near the hotel, so we walked and walked and walked until we found a small Doner stand. Very inconvenient.

The helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. They attended to our every need, gave wonderful advice (such as buy your wine at a grocery store rather than a bodega-- same stuff much cheaper!) and gave us terrific instructions. Great water pressure in the shower! Beautiful lobby, many restaurants on the premises (lovely food!), gorgeous pool. I do have to say though that it is a bit out from the city center, however, it is an easy bus ride and the bus stop is within very close proximity and is very inexpensive.

While this hotel's decor is a 1980's extravenganza crossed with a leisure centre, it's a decent hotel. Very clean, well-maintained and the staff spoke enough English to answer all our queries. Not exactly close to the centre (and probably a little to far to walk) however buses leave from around the corner Euro 1.20 for a ticket and taxi's to/from the centre cost about Euro 7.00. Overall I was very happy with this hotel.

This hotel is a good buy for the money. The staff were friendly, particulary the concierges who were quite helpful and responsive. The front desk staff were professional and busy but not overly friendly or engaging. The main downside is its distance from the center of town, approximately 4 km and 7 Euro by taxicab.

We wanted a relaxing weekend in the sun, and that is exactly what we got! This hotel has all the facilities you need and in good working order. It is slightly out of town, and benefits in this way from a nice pool area to lounge in, but you can catch a bus from the end of the road into the centre every 10 minutes - so you really do get the best of both worlds. Seville itself is a lovely city, with a nice vibe and feels very safe to walk round, no matter what time of day or night. It is quite expensive for Spain though so do take enough euro's!

Loved the balcony, pool great and it had a bar and restaurant poolside which was the only one in our travels around Andalusia inland. The room was very comfortable. we really enjoyed our stay there except for the reception which was slow but found out that is everywhere in Spain.

i didn't have huge expectations given the price of the room, but they far exceeded them from the minute we walked in. 6 euro taxi ride from the train station, they showed us a few different rooms so we could choose...they were clean, free internet (which i've found to be rare in europe), the pool was amazing, and the folks at the pool bar/restaurant were great. i highly recommend it!

We found this hotel very convenient for the city as it was only 10 minutes on the bus. The pool was fantastic, although not enough beds at times. Our room was small but very comfortable and the hotel itself was very pleasing to look at. Breakfst was too expensive so we found a bar locally. I think the hotel could add 10 euros to the price of the room and include breakfast.

Although I only stayed at this hotel for one night - I was very impressed. It's a large, spacious and typically modern Spanish hotel, but still with a personal atmosphere. Plenty of areas to relax and have something to eat or drink. Rooms and facilities were great. I eat in the Italico restaurant & they were very accomodating for vegetarians, food was hot & good! I will definately again when I retrun on business to Sevilla.

As a regular visitor since the Al-Andalus Palace since its opening nothing in my latest visit will deter me from going again. Comfort, a great pool and peace perfect peace a short bus/cab ride from the City Centre.

Overall, the hotel was nice, however, for those who intend to spend most of their time near the heart of the city near the Cathedral, the location is very inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel of most tourists who are interested in sight seeing.

I ended up getting sick just as I arrived to Seville. The hotel concierge was extremely helpful and knew where the closest 24-hour pharmacy was. The staff could not have been better.

very nice hotel in Seville, the family room is great if you can book it. large and has two extra beds.(good for family with kids) the hotel is 20 min away of the airport and from the center of the city it is only 10 min .Very quite area

The hotel is some distance from the centre of seville but I caught the number 1 bus from just opposite the Prado tram bus station and went to the end of the line. The hotel was a short walk from the bus stop. It is large and impersonal - it seemed geared to conferences rather than holidaymakers, but it was an excellent base. I felt really safe travelling to and from the hotel and spent most of my time in the city centre anyway. The room was quite small but adequate and very clean, with everything I needed including safe, minibar, TV and lots of free goodies in the bathroom. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a cheap base in Seville and doesn't mind using public transport. I bought a bonobus con transbordo 10 journey bus ticket including transfers from a tobacconist. The enabled me to get the bus and then then the tram to Plaza Nueva for a total of 60 c. Buses are about every 5 minutes, trams every 2-3 minutes.

Club rooms excellent value but the club buffet provision was poor, too many tit bits, reduce the variety and replace with Bread for totastin

Very pleasant stay. Excellent staff. Hotel is very quiet and beds are very comfortable. It does requre getting a taxi or bus to get into the centre. Bus stop is four or five minutes from the hotel and costs one euro ten cent. Taxis cost five to six euro.

Hotel was easy to find and quite near the centre of Seville. Its a typical conference hotel, weddings were held every day we were there, service is polite but not very friendly and the overall feeling is quite impersonal, food is uninspiring but overall we had no major complaints but I wouldnt go running back

What can we say, the hotel is fabulous, the staff, from the cleaning staff to the reception staff never stop smiling, there is real feeling that they enjoy working there. There are 600 rooms in the hotel but they make you feel like the only guest. The room was gorgeous, clean with a huge, comfy bed. The hotel is located just outside of town but there are taxis waiting outside for around 5 euros into town. Sevilla itself is a glorious city, friendly, clean and stunningly beautiful. We cant wait to go back and will definitely be staying at the Silken again and will recommend all our friends do the same.

The hotel was great. After a long day of touring the city it was a welcome place to call home for a few nights. We took a taxi from the train station so we don't really have a good idea of the difficulty of getting to the train station/airport. From the train station it cost about 10 Euros and took about 20 minutes. The bus stop (bus no 34) to catch the bus to the city center is fairly close to the hotel (5-7 minutes walk). Buses run fairly late as the city stays open quite late (1 AM ish, maybe later). The architecture of the hotel is very pleasing to the eye, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Just returned from a 6 day stop in Seville, hotel was overall very nice, lobby areas, pool and gardens are lovely, although pool bar/cafe was very overpriced. 8.50 Euros for a ham & cheese toastie! I would recommend finding the local supermarket 5 minute walk away for supplies. There are a lot of sunbeds available although some guests did have to just find a spot on the grass. Hotel is 5-10 min car ride out of town centre but taxis are freely available right outside hotel. I would recommend going into town to eat at night as hotel restaurants are expensive. Our standard room was quite basic but comfortable. Hotel is right next door to Real Betis football stadium so I would imagine that on match days it can get quite noisy and busy - take that into consideration if staying in football season! Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed here.Its ideal located when driving from Malaga,Marbella & Estapona easy parking, clean rooms,friendly staff, great pool and a 2 minute taxi ride to the barra cruz(where all the Tapa's bars are).A great city with loads to see and Hotel is fantastic value for money.

I wil start what I didn't like, is the swiming pool bar. Waiter dosen't speak English, meat wasn't cooked , long waiting. I did try to eat there for three times and had good service only once..I would advise to eat somewhere else. The reseption staff was friendly.

The Al Andalus was great! It was 40 degrees when we there and the air conditioning in the room was very cool.. had to turn it down. The outdoor pool with a bar next to it was great and the bars and cafe in the hotel were great. The hotel breakfast was hue for 13 euros...staff were very polite and the hotel was large and quite flash. They had internet and pc's to use as well. The bus was a 2 min walk and 1 euro into town in 15 mins. Taxi was 6 euros in the day and 8/9 at night. Would totally recommend hotel for the price. Superb.

We had read good reviews of this hotel mixed with medium ones. We were in the new extension which was very nice so make sure you ask for a room there. The pool and gardens looked lovely if you want to mix sun-bathing with city exploring (but are closed in winter - Nov to March I think?). The staff were superbly helpful even helping us get a refund from a bad flamenco show in the city! The hotel's Italian restaurant is a must too! The hotel is 5 mins by taxi from city centre so may not suit some people-but I think probably nice to escape from the city heat. We went in Jan and it was still warm with clear blue skies! Seville is superb -in my top ten cities....and great for shoe shopping ladies. Go there!

For the rising prices of the Euro against the dollar this hotel provided a good experience. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. It rained hard one day and we decided to stay at the hotel, enjoyed the bars and resturants. Only complaint was the Air Conditioner in the room didn't work and couldn't get anyone to come and look at it. I think due to the season they may have had them disabled, couldn't even get a good excuse why it didn't work.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Sevilla is a great city and this hotel is extremely excellent asset.

The hotel was conveniently located to my daughter's apartment in Sevilla. The staff was not helpful in taking care of the nonfunctioning lock our the door of our room. It took 2 days and a trip to the desk every time we needed to get in our room. The hotel is best for large groups, conventions, parties, etc., not smaller groups.

Superb property. Just outside of center city. 3 restaurants; garage under hotel. Excellent maintenance and very large room.

L'albergo è molto bello e il personale gentile e caloroso. E' a un paio di km dalle attrattive principali della città ma per chi ha un mezzo proprio questo non è affatto un problema perchè c'è un grandissimo parcheggio coperto con prezzi ragionevoli (12 euro al giorno). I concierge che sono all'ingresso dell'hotel fanno di tutto per venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti.

Bien que l'on soit mieux vu lorsque l'on parle la langue, l'acceuil et chaleureux dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel et spacieux, un peu déconcertant au premier abord mais on se fait trés vite à l'espace et surtout au bar de la piscine( à ne pas manquer) et c'est un régal de se tremper lorsqu'il fait 40°C, les chambres sont propres, grandes et agréables. Les prix pratiqués sont raisonnables.

L'hotel si trova a 5 km da Valencia, le camere sono grandi e pulite, il personale gentile, la colazione a buffet è inclusa ed il parcheggio sotterraneo è gratuito. Consigliato a chi ha l'automobile.

Ensemble satisfaisant. Cependant l'établissement vieilli et si le service est à la hauteur on sent bien que le mobilier et l'agencement des chambres doit être réhabilité. exemple: l'éclairage de la salle de bain nettement insuffisant - absence de séparation entre la salle de bain et l'espace toilettes pour un 4 étoiles...

bel hottel chambre spacieuse assortiment de petis présents dans la salle de bain de bonne qualité piscine très agréble hotel proche du centre mais en véhicule .toujours des taxi en attente de vous transporter et des bus très proche rien à redire sauf le prix du petit déjeuner un peu chère 14€ ...

Une fausse note!!! j'ai manger au restaurant et une attente de 20 minutes après avoir manger le plat principal!!! je pense que la personne n'était pas attentive!!Domage!!! si non je suis très satisfait...en plus je travail aussi dans l'hotelerie!!!!

El hotel impresionante, todo perfecto, el unico pero que le puedo poner es que esta un poco alejado del centro, pero tienes un autobus en la puerta que te lleva al centro de sevilla en 20 minutos. Por lo demas perfecto

Litt tricky å finne med bil da det ligger i skyggen av fotballstadion, har egen parkering i kjeller, bra. Stort, med to "tårn" et for Superior, mye spiseplasser, den intime er italiensk og OK, men byen kan nok benyttes! Rommet (Superior) var bra med stor terasse, hyggelig betjening, kan abefales. Pool var stengt (off-season)

Stort fint hotel, med en god service i reseptionen. Morgenmaden var indponerende.

L'hotel est assez excentré de la ville, et c'est une véritable usine à touristes. Il est énormes, et le hall est très bruyant, avec des centaines de gens qui s'y balladent! Pas vraiment très reposant comme endroit. Les chambres sont un peu vieillotes, d'un style début années 1990.

Til en overkommelig pris får man et ophold på et rigtigt lækkert hotel. Beliggenheden er god i gorhold til både centrum, kongrescenter og lufthavn. Det bedste der kan siges om udsigten er at hvis man kan lide fodbold, kan man se ind på Royal Betis Stadion

Hotellet ligger for langt fra byen - hotellet er grimt og uoverskueligt - hotellet er svært at finde!!!

trés bon hotel , chambre trés propre , personnel trés professionnel , juste un peu éloigné du centre ville .

Bien qu'il ne paye pas de mine il est tres bien. Belle piscine. Bon petit dejeuner. Chambres confortables. Clim centralisée et non individuelle. Centre ville rapidement atteint par un service de bus frequent.
