Silken Al Andalus Palace Hotel - Sevilla

Near University. We had a view of the stadium and there was a game that night, so it was very noisy. There was absolutely nowhere to eat near the hotel, so we walked and walked and walked until we found a small Doner stand. Very inconvenient.

The helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. They attended to our every need, gave wonderful advice (such as buy your wine at a grocery store rather than a bodega-- same stuff much cheaper!) and gave us terrific instructions. Great water pressure in the shower! Beautiful lobby, many restaurants on the premises (lovely food!), gorgeous pool. I do have […] to say though that it is a bit out from the city center, however, it is an easy bus ride and the bus stop is within very close proximity and is very inexpensive. Mehr

While this hotel's decor is a 1980's extravenganza crossed with a leisure centre, it's a decent hotel. Very clean, well-maintained and the staff spoke enough English to answer all our queries. Not exactly close to the centre (and probably a little to far to walk) however buses leave from around the corner Euro 1.20 for a ticket and taxi's to/from […] the centre cost about Euro 7.00. This hotel is a good buy for the money. The staff were friendly, particulary the concierges who were quite helpful and responsive. The front desk staff were professional and busy but not overly friendly or engaging. The main downside is its distance from the center of town, approximately 4 km and 7 Euro by taxicab.

We wanted a relaxing weekend in the sun, and that is exactly what we got! This hotel has all the facilities you need and in good working order. It is slightly out of town, and benefits in this way from a nice pool area to lounge in, but you can catch a bus from the end of the road into the centre every 10 minutes - so you really do get the best of […] both worlds. Seville itself is a lovely city, with a nice vibe and feels very safe to walk round, no matter what time of day or night. It is quite expensive for Spain though so do take enough euro's! Mehr

Loved the balcony, pool great and it had a bar and restaurant poolside which was the only one in our travels around Andalusia inland. The room was very comfortable. we really enjoyed our stay there except for the reception which was slow but found out that is everywhere in Spain.

i didn't have huge expectations given the price of the room, but they far exceeded them from the minute we walked in. 6 euro taxi ride from the train station, they showed us a few different rooms so we could choose...they were clean, free internet (which i've found to be rare in europe), the pool was amazing, and the folks at the pool bar/restaurant […] were great. i highly recommend it! We found this hotel very convenient for the city as it was only 10 minutes on the bus. The pool was fantastic, although not enough beds at times. Our room was small but very comfortable and the hotel itself was very pleasing to look at. Breakfst was too expensive so we found a bar locally. Although I only stayed at this hotel for one night - I was very impressed. It's a large, spacious and typically modern Spanish hotel, but still with a personal atmosphere. Plenty of areas to relax and have something to eat or drink. Rooms and facilities were great. I eat in the Italico restaurant & they were very accomodating for vegetarians, food was […] hot & good! As a regular visitor since the Al-Andalus Palace since its opening nothing in my latest visit will deter me from going again. Comfort, a great pool and peace perfect peace a short bus/cab ride from the City Centre.

Overall, the hotel was nice, however, for those who intend to spend most of their time near the heart of the city near the Cathedral, the location is very inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel of most tourists who are interested in sight seeing.

OK Silken Hotel i Sevilla

O hotel é belíssimo. OS quartos são muito funcionais, mas muito confortáveis. Não está localizado no centro, mas para quem não vem de carro, isso não faz falta, porque o ônibus de n º 34 passa vizinho ao hotel. Outro detalhe, fica localizado vizinho ao estádio do Bétis, o Benito Villamarín. O restaurante do hotel, a cafetria e o piano bar são ótimos. O […] café da manhã é outro ponto alto. Muy bueno, un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad pero muy buen hotel, el wifi no andaba muy bien pero creo que es momentaneo.

Típico hotel "self-service", onde a presença dos hóspedes nem sequer é percebida, devido às dimensões do prédio. Tão grande que entrávamos por uma porta secundária - onde nunca havia ninguém na recepção - e íamos direto para o nosso quarto. Logo, a prestação de serviços é quase nula, e o atendimento dado aos hóspedes é completamente impessoal. Um hotel desse nível deve fornecer acesso à Internet de alta velocidade e excelente qualidade sem custo para o hóspede. A falta de boa Internet destoa da qualidade dos outros serviços.

Ha sido una estancia muy confortable y de la que hemos disfrutado toda la familia, con una muy buena relación calidad precio.

Penosa habitación, baños y tapicería sucios, imposible conexión a internet, 1 cama para 2 niños, y tv de los 80. Mi peor experiencia en Sevilla.

Een ideaal hotel net buiten het centrum van Sevilla met voldoende gratis en veilige parkeergelegenheid in de omgeving. De bedden in het hotel zijn super: groot en zeer comfortabel. Hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien. Enige minpunt was de temperatuur op de gang en in de kamer. Sommige kamers liggen aan een binnenterrein en bevatten geen raam naar buiten […] en zijn daardoor erg warm. De hele dag airco aanzetten heeft weinig effect, want zodra de airco uitstaat is het in een mum van tijd weer zweten geblazen. Maar prima hotel, absoluut een aanrader! Ontbijt is prijzig, maar zeker het geld waard.....zeer uitgebreid, luxe en lekker!! Mehr

No tome el dasyuno, pero por la dimension del hotel era un mundo de gente, nada relajado.

Hotel perfecto para lo que íbamos, a una boda durante un fin de semana. Si tuvieran más servicio y unos baños más modernos podría ser un 5 estrellas perfectamente. Realmente quedé muy satisfecho. Todo muy limpio, silencioso, fantástica piscina y chiringuito, etc... Merece la pena.

Easy to find by car, good parking facilities, a standard conference hotel. Good value for money!!

Hemos visitado sevilla 8 días y nos hemos hospedado en este hotel. Todo ha sido perfecto.Habitaciones limpias,personal amable y atento .Lo único es que por las noches no tiene mucho entretenimiento ni ningún espectáculo que te incite a sentarse un rato en el bar o en una sala para tomar una copa y pasar el rato. Pero en general lo recomiendo

Tout est parfait!!!!!!!!! sauf l'état de la salle de bain. Douche qui coule mal et fuite de tuyau. Dommage aussi que les bars ne soient pas ouverts. De même des soirées au bord et au bar de la piscine auraient étés les bienvenues, dans ce cadre magnifique.

Por lo General de los servicios que ofrece el Hotel y la Relacion Calidad precio, todo está muy bien.

Hotellet er rigtig lækkert, med en dejlig pool og poolbar. Ligger ca. 40 min. gang fra centrum, men ved man dette før man ankommer, er det ikke et problem. Der er mange taxier og de er billige. Komfortable værelser, hyggelig cafe og venlig personale. Anbefalelsesværdigt.

Buen hotel, bien comunicado por autobus con el centro de la ciudad. Lo mejor la piscina y su chill out, donde desgustar cocteles a la luz de la luna no tiene precio.

El lobby es impresionante y las facilidades modernas y bien mantenidas. Esta distante del centro historico y sin coche puede ser remoto. No deja de ser una de las mejores relaciones precio calidad que pueda encontrar.

Hôtel correct, beaucoup de monde à la piscine extérieur. Pour le wifi, pas du tout évident... Des codes sont fournis par la réception mais il est difficile de se connecter même avec ceux-ci (envoi d'un sms pour confirmation mais les numéros français passent difficilement apparemment).

Sin duda es el hotel mas grande de Sevilla (un taxista nos lo confirmó). La piscina genial, el precio muy bueno, y el desayuno impresionante. La única pega, es que la habitación era interior (tienen pocas exteriores) y era algo diferente de las fotos de la web. Pero en general, muy buen hotel, sin duda volveremos, sobretodo por el desayuno y la piscina. […] Ah, está lejos del centro, pero hay un bus a una calle, aunque pasadas las 2am hay que coger taxi si o si! Hotel parfait... très bon accueil, service rien à dire... Très belle piscine, les photos correspondent au site. Le personnel très accueillant. Hotel propre. Rien dire sur le service de chambre. Hotel idéal pour des vacances. Le centre ville est accessible facilement en bus 1.30 € le trajet ou environ 6 € en taxi la journée ou 8-9 € la nuit.

Todo me parecio bien menos que estaba lejos de los sitios de interes turisticos y que cerca no había nada para salir a ver ni tiendas ni sitios de ocio, el wi-fi gratuito de la habitación no me llegaba ni por ensoñación y no me daban ninguna solución

Prima hotel voor een bezoek aan Sevilla. Door de goede busverbinding in ongeveer 15 min. in het centrum. Een groot zakenhotel en heel vriendelijk personeel. We hebben genoten van een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet . Ook het zwembad, met handdoekservice, is aan te bevelen.

Een prima hotel om Sevilla te ontdekken. Bushalte om de hoek. Eindstation van buslijn A6 en lijn 34, bij het monument van Cid. De bezienswaardigheden zijn vanaf daar op loopafstand te bezoeken. Neem vanaf huis wel een routebeschrijving van de luchthaven naar het hotel mee want Tomtom stuurt je de verkeerde kant op.

Hôtel 4 étoiles standard, le titre de palace est un peu ronflant. Les chambres sont très correctes, propres, mais petites, sans plus par rapport à d'autres 4 étoiles. Hôtel typique pour groupes, attention si congrès car les salons sont énormes et peuvent être bruyants. Situé relativement loin du centre ville, à 20 min avec le bus 34, à côté du stade […] de foot du Betis Seville, toutefois pratique car l'arrèt êst à côté de l'hôtel. Rien à dire sur le prix, rapport correct mais il ne faudrait pas demander plus. Mehr

Está en medio de lo que fue la Exposición de Universal del año 1929 en Sevilla, que dejó en la ciudad unas edificaciones preciosas. La calle desemboca en la Plaza de España, Parque de María Luisa, etc.
