Apart from the 2nd floor carpet being replaced we couldn't fault the hotel. This was the second time we've stayed at this Comfort Inn and we'll probably stay there again as we have family and friends living close by.

Front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. Room was comfortable except a bit warm. Had air conditioning on but it did not keep the room cool.

Excellent value. One small issue.The iron in our room didn't work, so they gave us another one, which didn't work and burned a hole in my sister's new blouse. The third iron worked perfectly.Plan to contact Comfort Inn to address the issue, since there was no one on staff who thought they could take care of it at the time.

The location and exterior of the hotel made me think I made the wrong decision at first. But when I entered the room I changed my mind. A good value. Lots of truckers there, usually a good sign. My GPS had trouble finding it, and front desk person said this happens to others, so get directions. It's on a busy highway and road noise was a problem, but I bet it would be OK if you ask for a room on the side away from the highway. Otherwise comfortable. From check in to check out staff verry good rooms were verry clean and inviting. Centraly located easy access to sites and shops and resturants. Family friendly.

this hotel on the other hand was wonderful. very clean big room. the man working the counter was very nice. the breakfast buffet was nothing to brag about but it was free anyway. but this is bar none most likely the best hotel in this area.

We needed a hotel close to the hospital. This was affordable and conveniently located. The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful to us at finding our way around, places to eat, etc. The hotel was not fancy, but more than adequate.

Having a microwave and refrigerator was very convenient. The location was close to PA turnpike.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. The only thing wrong with the room was that the toilet seat cover was broken. Continental breakfast was great.

The hotel was nice enough and served the purpose of someplace to stay before our final destination. They put us on the second floor but had no elevator. Dont understand why smoking was at one end of the hall where our non smoking rooms was.

The room was somewhat spacious and the necessary items included, such as: toilet paper, tissue, soap, towels,.. were plentiful. Overall, the room was quite clean. A yummy hot breakfast was served daily.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were very personable and helped us plan what we would do on our second day of vacation. I also like the nice touch of having a tattoo artist for the kids. The hallway was filthy, the room wasn't any better. There was gunk plastered on the walls in the bathroom, and a cockroach ran across the floor of the room right after my family entered. The sign even said that the rooms were recently rennovated, but the carpets were worn and tattered. I was completely disgusted.

Pool is a lot smaller than it appears in picture but not bad for kids. No elevator. Hotel is located on rough industrial road. No restaurants or stores in walking distance. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave. Both were good. Breakfast was good...make your own waffles, cereal, muffins/bagels, sausage patties and egg & cheese omelets. The eating […] area was a little worn. But breakfast went to 10 am which was good. We went to Sesame Street Park. The front desk didn’t have printed directions to the park. They really didn’t have any good advice about the park either… like park at the nearby mall for free, walk 5 minutes and save $15-20 on parking… or for lunch leave the park, walk 4 minutes to Red Robin (new, clean, good food) and save about $20 on lunch, get something good without waiting in a long line and eat in a pleasant environment. Many of the people staying at the hotel were going to Sesame Street. So there was a lot kids and a big herd for breakfast. There was an air brush artist in the lobby painting tattoos on the kids of the Sesame Street characters and other things. She did nice work. Not sure how much it was. Mehr

This hotel is nothing special and is ok if visiting Sesame Place on a budget. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Sesame and located in an industrial area off of a generally busy road. Depending on your room, you can hear and feel trucks driving by at night. My room was on the first floor facing the road and I could hear the trucks all night. […] The hotel in general has a stale cigarette smoke odor in the hallways. The rooms are refurbished but the workmanship looks to be poorly done and low quality. My room was clean and did have a decent min-fridge and microwave which is convenient when your traveling with kids. My room phone wasn't working. The complimentary breakfast was fine and had a decent variety of choices (waffles, cereal, bagels, fruit, etc.). They also had someone in the morning giving free airbrush tatoos for kids in the lobby. Biggest complaint I had was when checking in. I was given a smoking room even though I had reserved a non-smoking room. There was a non-smoking available but the person at the front desk couldn't figure out how to switch me. So I had to stay in the smoking room which wasn't horrible but it did have trace of cigarette smoke smell in the room and sheets. I would recommend calling and confirming your reservation with the hotel before arriving. Overall the hotel will meet your needs if your looking for a less expensive, clean, and convenient hotel if visiting Sesame Place for a day or 2. Mehr

The towels were old and thin. They also had long black hair on them as well as the bedding. Considering that I have a crew cut and my 2 year old daughter is a platinum blonde!!!!! The only good thing was the location(close to sesame place) the nieghborhood was in the middle of the ghetto.

Rooms were good for the price, but the common areas could use a little sprucing up. I was there two nights & it seemed like no one ever swept the steps down. Hotel staff was very friendly & helpful. Good for a short stay to visit the park (Sesame Place).

Our stay was very satisfactory. The staff were friendly, the room was clean. However the hallway need vacumming. We prefer a king size bed in a non-smoking room but were told that all the kings were on the second floor and since there is no elevator that was not a choice for us since we are elderly and can't do the stairs. We recently went to Sesame Place and stayed at this hotel. They hotel was comfortable, clean, and free breakfast was kept stocked. No elevator to second floor but was offered help with luggage if needed. The kids enjoyed the tatoos, but wish face painting had been available when we stayed. They must alternate days between face painting and tatoos.

The hotel had no elevator my elderly mother in law had to walk up a large flight of stairs and down a long hallway to get to the room. Breakfast was yucky. TV had a constant fuzz to every channel. We stayed 1 nice for a trip to Sesame Pl. Clean room, nice employees. Hairblower was broken in room so we informed the front desk. They were unable to fix it due to lack of power in the outlet, but they responded immediatey. Love the temp tattoo table for children. Great way to get the day started before going to Sesame pl.
