Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Murray - Murray

I came down from Indiana to visit my Grand daughter. The motel was nice, clean, and the people were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tub were great. Can't say enough good things about it. I would recommend this motel to everyone. Thanks so much for the great stay

Very Clean, nice big room!! Would stay again without question.

Stayed here for business and it did the trick just fine. Clean room, good proximity to Murray State University. Only downside was we had to sign up to become a member in order to get a late check out. Other than that, everything was good.

Awesome breakfast, very comfortable beds, musty mildew smell upon check-in - front desk offered febreeze but we found it necessary to purchase 3 additional air fresheners for our 5 day stay, hair dryer would not stay "on" without holding the button, an infestation of small ants and the toilet was not securely fastened to the floor

Nice staff, but due to our late arrival, got a smoker suite instead of non smoker reg room. There's just nothing that can undo the smoke affect on a room. Good breakfast. Again, NICE PEOPLE. Weird thing: even though we paid via Hotels.com, we used a debit card for "incidentals", they clipped us for the exact price of the room as a "reserve" they will […] "refund". Seems silly to me, and my dear wife spent an hour on the phone tracking it down. Mehr

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general. It is getting harder and harder to find truly CLEAN hotels. Extra money spent was worth it to me not to worry about grubbiness. Will return.

this is an excellent small town hotel. It is clean, the beds and bedding are very comfortable, The TV is excellent (flat screen), and it is near many of the town's restaurants, as well as the university. Place to stay in Murray.

the stay was fine but i was double charged. charged once by hotels.com and a second time by the hotel at check out. currently waiting to have that dispute fixed. seems like something that shouldn't happen.

Very clean and new Hotel but.......I reserved a non-smoking room and got stuck with a stinky smoking room and it was horrible!! Sent the Husband down to the front desk to ask for room freshener and it was better. But the smell actually burned our eyes and noses. Will be going to Murray, KY alot since our Freshman Son is on the Football team and we will […] never stay here again! Mehr

The staff was extremly helpful and courteous, The room, hotel and surroundings wer very clean. I would reccomend it in a heartbeat

If this hotel had refrigerator/microwave in the room I would rate it perfect. It was clean, convenient, folks were helpful. Would stay there again.

Had a bad experience upon check out. I had gone through hotels.com and already paid for my room. One week after returning home I discovered that the hotel charged my credit card. I incurred a $52 fee for going over limit. Hotel refunded the amount charged; took 3-4 days, still waiting on it, but refused to do anything about the other charge. I had accidentally […] called another hotel, 3 star, and told them what they had done, and they gladly gave me $60 off and upgraded it to a suite. When the manager called back and told me they could not find a record of me staying with them, I realized I had called the wrong hotel. I appologized, and the manager still asked if I wanted the room for the weekend. I told her that reservation was made under the assumption that they had over charged my credit card. She said that was okay; I could still have the room for that amount. Yet, the Holiday Inn manager acted like he couldn't assist me any further. Stayed at the other hotel, and it was wonderful. No problem. I will NEVER stay at the Holiday Inn EVER again! Mehr

This hotel worked very well with me to make changes to a reservation that I made online and it wasn't correct. They worked with me to get it resolved at no extra expense.
