TV did not work. Air conditioning did not work. First room was smoky even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Will hesitate to stay again.

Very deceiving property; the lobby is decent, but the halls and the rooms are absolutely filty! We got in at 1:00 a.m. Otherwise, we would have moved to a different hotel. It was so bad that I refused to allow my daughter to take off her shoes. The carpet was stained and dirty, the cabinets had filth in the handles, and the linoleum floor in the bathroom […] was curling up on two different walls and you could literally see the filty concrete floor. This is the most disgusting property I have ever seen. Mehr

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The room was marginal and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Avery good hotel and at a great price for the airport area.

I chose this property because they allow you to leave your car in their lot while traveling. Excellent marks in that regard, as well as with the friendly, helpful front desk staff. The room itself was basic (expected at this price level) but the condition and cleanliness, while not unacceptable, were less than first-rate. Very quiet and clean hotel had no problem with my stay could use a upgrade but other than that i was happy with my stay

The bathroom floor was sticky and there was hair on the floor. The tub/shower was not cleaned. The refrigerator and sink area were ok except a spill on the refigerator next to the burners was not wiped up. I will not stay there again.

This "motel" was a complete dump. The hallways smelled horrible. The room was in terrible shape - the bed about as firm as cardboard and mildew all in the shower. Do not stay here -- there are much better choices all around this motel.

My family (2 adults & 2 young children) stayed here because it was cheap and got pretty good reviews on here. I have to say though....I would've spent more had I know that the non smoking floor would all smell of smoke. I had a headache from the smoke smell all 4 days we stayed. I bought febreeze the 1st day and sprayed it everywhere a couple time a […] day....thankfully we weren't in our room that often. Our shower was so nasty.....looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I bought stuff to clean it on the 1st day so we wouldn't have to be in filth. If my family was not so tight on monies we would have just lost what we paid and went somewhere else. The pillows were unbearable as well....had to go buy new to sleep on for our stay. All I needed was a bed close to the airport. What I got was a good room, a free shuttle to the airport AND back, AND free parking while I was gone for 3 days. And all for cheaper than I would have paid to leave my car at the airport!! Just be sure to let them know your car will be staying there. My husband and I reserved a non-smoking room at a sister location. We were "upgraded" to Extended Stay Deluxe. Upon arrival, the only rooms left were smoking...the entire hallway reeked of smoke. The front desk clerk and manager were amazing though; they attempted to spray our room while we went out to dinner. They went above and beyond general expectations. […] However, there were things beyond their control such as the air conditioner with no knobs to adjust the temperature and the cheap, uncomfortable mattresses. Next time, I will spend the $20 more for a real upgrade somewhere else. Mehr

I had a very good stay in this hotel, the front desk guys and ladies are so serious and help to solve my problems of transportation and guide to visit some places in Dallas.

I was hesitant to book at this hotel because of the price; however, we were very happy with the room and the hotel. Our experience was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Stayed 2 nights 1 week apart. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is friendly, efficient and eager to make your stay pleasant. Will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Dallas Ft Worth.

The room was visibly out dated, tolietties were not in rooom. Previous guest's tooth brush was on top of refrigerator, toliet dripped water all night, the TV lower channel did not work. Coffee's were not re-stocked and stove was dirty. Bed was not comfortable. Did have time to change room out just dealt with it. Good stop-over, no-frills hotel. Take out menus for delivery food was a bonus since there is no surrounding neighborhood. Very satisfied for what we needed - an airport hotel. It was clean and staff was friendly. Shuttle picked us up and drove us back to the airport in a timely fashion with a really nice driver.

I always stay at this hotel everytime I come to town, and i really like it. But this time I reserved a studio deluxe and didn't get one. Then our water for our shower was freezing cold and our bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep threw the nights!! Other than that it was fine this time.

On arrival we had no hot water. Next morning ..still no hot water. could not bath in cold water Upon arrival from Boston to DFW ..no shttle service as promised. we got taxi for 27.00 to motel. We stayed same place last year and it was great

The staff was very nice. It was really clean outside the hotel and inside the rooms. There was a little bit of rotten wood in the room and bathroom. And they didn't have any extra pillows. But the neighborhood was very nice ,good location ,all around good hotel. This hotel was pretty much everything the profile said it was. I will stay at this hotel […] again for sure. Mehr

As an extended stay hotel, the rate was awesome for just one night. The room was spacious-- plenty of space in the kitchen area. Bathroom was clean, but definitely not new. Bed was comfortable enough, no complaints. Would've liked nicer linens, but really couldn't be picky with the price I paid to stay. The only real negative thing I walked away with […] was the smell of the room-- some acrid scent of powerful cleaners or something was wafting through the air... it might have been coming from the air conditioning unit, though. Not sure. If you're sensitive to anything like that, don't stay. I would recommend it just because it was cheap and worth it... but probably wouldn't be my first pick to stay again. Mehr

We stayed one night at this hotel and couldn't have been happier with it! The hotel was very clean and very comfortable (we felt very safe here). The room had a stove, full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes, cups, and all that. The hotels has complementary toothpaste and things like that available at the front desk as well. The […] TV was a little small (I would guess 25in.) but, other than that it was prefect. They also have room service available but, I found it to be a little expense for our taste. It was a great value for the price!! We will definitely stay here again when we travel to Dallas! Mehr

Don't expect a 5 start hotel, but it was nice and reasonably clean. For the price it was great for one night. Close to the airport and all. Staff was very friendly.

Long wait, Hotel Smelled horrible, it did not appear that staff was cleaning rooms. we watched 1 cleaning crew just sit and watch TV. We checked out immediately after checking in because it was so dirty and smelled so BAD!!!!

For the money it is what it is. the property was old, although clean. The A/C unit was very loud and kept me awake. Shuttle to airport was dependable and desk clerk helpful and courteous.

Only stayed there about 6 hours. very close to airport.

The hotel clerk was very friendly and pleasant. I only wish I could remeber her name. My room was clean, bathroom clean also I didn't have to request for towels. I was very satisfied with my hotel stay. When I visit DFW again, Homestead Dallas will be my choice of hotel stay.

I had arrived in town one day before my actual reservation at another hotel for a conference, so I chose to stay close to the airport for economic reasons. The room was clean and made. My only problems with the hotel is that there weren't any convenient eateries close by and that the air conditioner was extremely loud when it cuts off. I was not able […] to take advantage of the kitchen area due to my short stay but I would not mind staying there again if I am ever in Dallas again. Mehr

The room was good. The only thing I was not too pleased with was 2 of the lamps did not work. Other than that it is a great hotel for the price and the airport is really close.

The teen sloth who checked us in after-hours was not expected, but the room was excellent for the price. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. I'm not sure why they do not have professional staff, but we would stay again and recommend to others with a disclaimer for late-night arrivals. The only complaint I had was not having an ice machine available for guest use. Only two ice trays in the refrigerator was not sufficient. The room, staff, and accomodations were more than adequate for the price. I was very satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

The bed is hard, no hair dryer in the room, or a coffee maker. When turning the air conditioner off, it had a burning smell to it. Loud neighbors staying up at all hours and the garbage truck came at 5:30 am. Not satisfied!

The front desk was very good to work with it was a busy weekend and the property was full. The room was in great shape with no major problems. The location for us was great easy to get to and from and to all of our committments. We would stay there again.

A great last minute selection, comforatable, clean, great amenities with an airport shuttle. Made being stranded in TX not as bad.

Got to the hotel and there was nobody to check me In. It took 20 min to get someone to come to get me into my room
