It was fine but we requested way in advance and confirmed multiple times (including a week before) re a king bed and none of the 3 rooms we rented had a king bed. When we ? We where basically told it is what is it.

Good service and food combined with a centered location within Disney World. I definitely recommend this resort for both adults and children. An ideal place for a magic vacation.

Room is nice. Food court is great, and fride comes in handy for leftovers Only complaint is bed is really hard, and pillows lack fluff.

The room had dead bugs on the windowSill and tub. They did clean it immediately after calling. The room was not cleaned very well each day. They were very unorganized with my shuttle and It almost left without us. The resort itself is cute and fun.

Great location to parks. Room was a little dirty (found some old cereal on the floors) and beds were a little umcomfortable. The addition of the small fridge was a nice touch!

We loved the atmoshpere and unique theme of the Pop Century hotel. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent and the room rates were perfect for a family on a budget! We enjoyed the food court atmosphere with reasonable prices on meals with decent proportions. Loved that fact that the food court had food available from 6AM-midnight!

Just returned from 6 days at Pop Century and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything. I was expecting a slightly lower level of things here from our previous stay at French Quarter and I could not have been more wrong. Kids loved the whole experience and the property was very nice and very clean. Everything we took […] part in including kids activities was very efficient and well run. Like some other reviewers have said in the past, the food court is VERY busy in the morning but "big deal" get in get out and get to the park. I was not there to enjoy the food court anyway. There is only one negative that I will bring up in case anyone needs to know this. The hotel is pretty load overall. You can hear everything in the surrounding rooms all night including the vehicles that security and maintenance use to get around the property. I guess insulation and sound proofing rooms is not really high on to many hotels priority list. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend Pop Century to anyone. Mehr

Our family had a good time during our stay at Pop Century. We were only really in our rooms at night after hitting the parks all day, but we enjoyed the time that we had there. The three pools were great and very kid friendly. The whole place was very kid focused.

The room was just what it needed to be. A comfortable place to sleep after a day at a park.

The rooms are basic and what you'd expect from a value resort: two full size beds, small vanity area, small bathroom with bathtub, and a mini fridge. The problem we had with the room was the housekeeping (or lack thereof). Upon our arrival, we noticed two used tissues on the floor by the bed, as well as other small pieces of trash all over the floor. […] The bed linens appeared to have been changed, so we didn't make a big deal out of it. Opening the mini fridge, we found an open package of cheese slices, a yogurt, and a Jello cup inside, left over by the last occupants. It's not like anyone would eat someone else's leftovers, so we could only surmise that housekeeping hadn't bothered to open the fridge. Overall, it was a fine stay if all you're looking for is a place to crash close to the parks. Mehr

Pop Century is the place to stay. So much designs that catches your eyes, so clean, people are so friendly and willing to help. I'll stay there again..

Convenient. Nice pools. Decent on-site restaurant with reasonable prices, esp. for kids meals. Only drawback is size of resort...took forever trying to find playground and to walk to bus pick-up when you are toting little kids around. Rooms very modest in size. Only 3 drawers in dresser so family of 4 cant all unpack. aside from that would stay there […] again. Mehr

A great family oriented resort----- Newly added refrigerators to all rooms is a plus, easy to get to Disney Parks via free bus shuttles, pools and recreational activities provided for children a hit, and it felt safe even when returning from Magic Kingdom after midnight! I would return.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and it is starting to show some wear. It is still a great place to stay, and the rooms were a little larger than I remembered. They were able to provide worn, but usable bed rails which was great for out 3 year old. This is the only hotel to be able to provide this. The pools are great! Our children loved swimming […] and loved the fact that there were swim vests provided. It gave them both courage to practice swimming and let us relax a little with them in the water. There were also pool games and even a Disney movie under the stars if you wanted. We managed to spend a whole day just traveling between the 3 pools swimming. The transportation to the parks was very convenient. We would stay there again. Mehr

The hotel is nice but really nothing that makes you want to stay around all day. The rooms are a little old an need a face lift. The major plus of the hotel is the convenience of getting to Disney activities. You can get to all parks and downtown Disney Sooo easily. That alone makes this hotel worth it. If you are planning on going to other places like […] universal or seaworld I would choose another place. Th estaff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Nthey made our stay much better. The food isn't anything spectacular but it's a great value for what you pay. I would definitely go back. Mehr

This hotel is close to downtown Disney, Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom. I stayed at this location the last two times I came to Disney and stayed for 8 days both times. I travelled to Disney four times and the last two times were at this resort. Staying at Disney is the best way to travel. Motorcoach picks you up at the airport to your hotel - […] free of charge, checked luggage is delivered to your room, shuttle buses, monorail, ferry services to the parks and motorcoach takes you back to the airport. Purchasing a preferred room instead of a standard room is worth the money. Rooms are closer to the restaurant and pools. Mehr

Beds were full size, no coffee pot in room. They did provide a refridgerator upon request and during our stay installed a mini fridge. Transportaion to the different Disney locations was awesome. Food in the food court was very good as well. Pool was very nice and the activities for the kids were fun but did not interfere if you just wanted to lay and […] relax!! Bring earplugs if you're staying at Pop Century. Walls are paper thin and all night long you can hear suitcases being rolled by your door, on the floor above, etc. I wouldn't stay there again because of that - might be cheaper but you need a full night's sleep before heading to the parks.

OK place. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful! Rooms are on the small side, We are a family of 3, if their were 4 of us we would be squished! The walls are super thin, you can hear everything from your neighbors whether they are inside or out walking by... The rooms are pretty well kept, they needed to do some spring cleaning, corners, curtains […] etc.. nothing disgusting or anything just in need of attention. Beds/ Pillows not the best but ok.. Overall it was an average hotel with a bunch of Disney Garb everywhere which was pretty cool and the grounds are extremely well kept. NOTE: I had to state if I would recommend- yes and no is the true answer - if you are looking for a low rate then, and give up the comfort amenities sure if your looking for a top notch hotel then you have to pay for it - somewhere else. We have stayed in Disney Hotels and Resort on more than several occasions thru out the years making it at least once to twice a year a vacation for the family I'm also a Florida resident and know very well the Quality and Expectations from a Disney property and to rate this Resort stay was a very hard thing to do, where to begin; Air Conditioner was […] really bad (not cool enough), very very small room for a family of four, it was extremely cramped even to walk in the door, the "BED" was if not , the hardest most uncomfortable one that I have ever slept on in a Hotel of any kind that I can remember, not enough "Toiletries", the Bathroom shower had "HAIRS" stuck on the ceiling and walls, the ICE machine was broken (had to go to another floor to get ice), the parking was located on the other side of the resort forcing you to walk with your luggage very very far coming or going. I can keep going on and on but my advise would be "If you know what to expect from Disney; DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT". PS the Staff was the only thing that was as Good as any other Disney Property. Requested a King size bed, got two whatever they are (they sure aren't doubles). Requested a refrigerator for medical needs, didn't get one of those either. Requested wheelchair access and could hardly move around the room. Woke up in excruciating pain, neither of us could walk for about an hour. Too much money for so little comfort. Would not stay […] there again on a bet. Mehr

Hotel was clean and very nice. Loved hanging out by the pool. The only thing we didn't like was the food. Expensive for food that wasn't very good. We would stay there again, though.

I came to this hotel because of the great reviews and I was very satisfied for the money.The staff was very friendly and professional.The rooms were small but ,everything was fine other than the tv channels were nothing but Disney advertising and weather.Overall,there were plenty of things to do on this property.

rooms way to small, no refrigerator and depending on where your room is you can walk a mile to get a cup of coffee.

Stayed at Pop Century for six nights and got assigned to the room all the way to the left side of the resort by 80’s parking lot. All buildings/hotels are garden style resort with four stories high. Our room was located at the first floor facing the road and trees. Every time we walked through the hallway to get in and out of our room, there was a smell […] …like open sewer. During our stay, their gardeners were digging holes and working on plants. I can tell there are insects, bugs, and spiders came in to the room. And we walked with a three years old child in the resort, it took a good five minutes one way to walk to or come back from Classic Hall or Disney Transportation. After all, I will rate it average for the cleanliness of our room and give it 2-stars rating instead of 2.5 for Pop Century resort. For people who have a rental car like us, you should able to find a better size room or brand name hotels for the same price you pay. For reasons of staying comfortable and find it less expensive for foods. The only good thing we like was that our housekeeper give us extra towels and shampoo during our stays. Mehr

We stayed here for a last-minute trip to Disney World, and it was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the resort buildings are all very fun to check out with their "pop decades" theme. We needed a pack & play for our daughter--no problem. We really appreciated the ease of using the Disney Transport bus to and from the Magic Kingdom […] and it was free with our room. Next time we'll want to stay longer and make use of more of the hotel features and activities, because it really seems like a great resort for families with kids. Can't wait to come back! Mehr
