hotel was clean beds were very comfortable restaurant had good food and service and reasonably priced would recomened to other guests

"Needs Decor Upgrades inSuites"
Suites need a little modernization, pillows poor and especially in the suites they should be top end quality. TV was very archaic and did not work. I did mention the TV on check out.

From the very friendly, accommodating staff to the excellent daily food specials, everything was great. Convenient airport shuttle, and close to shopping area and other attractions. Certainly recommend.

Close to all major facilities and not that far off from the new NHL Arena (MTS Centre). Fantastic restaurant located within. Had a few problems with my alarm clock and after three changes they found one that actually worked. But despite the equipment, the staff was fantastic in taking care of me. Would recommend to all my friends and will go there […] again. Mehr
"To improve my stay"
Had to turn off the Air Cond as was a bit noisy. Had to upplug desk light in order to plug in my computer. Could use a better instruction in using the TV. Had to search to find local channels.

we stay there all the time usually we have a great stay but this time they mixed up our reservation. They were very nice about making it up to us

The staff went beyond to help us. Had surgery on my wrist and the hotel staff made my experience easier. Nothing was a problem to help us. Very friendly and helpful.....would definitely stay there again. The restaurant was awesome too!

We had booked a standard two queen bed room when we reserved. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that we were the guests of the day and they had upgraded us to a suite. What a surprise, the executive suit was beautiful and like a small appartment. When we walked in there was fresh fruit and cheese on the table for us. I would highly recommend […] this hotel. It was very convenient as we were there to take in the BlueBombers game and we just had to walk across the street to attend. No worries about driving and parking!!! Would stay again Mehr

I t was a very clean and modern hotel. Room was impressive. The tv was the only problem ...couldn't get it turned on....but didn't matter with this stay as we didn't really need it. (maybe I am just not tech savvy enough). the bed was a bit soft but each person has their own preference. I would highly recommend this hotel and will bring my grandkids […] back in the spring for their birthdays. Mehr
