"Tolles Hotel - viel Schein, weniger Sein"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Jan. 2013Beurteilung immer in Abhängigkeit des Preises: Sauberkeit i.O., bei genauen hinsehen Staub, Kratzer und Abnutzung obwohl das Hotel relativ neu. Ausstattung nur zum Teil nutzbar wie z.B. Fernseher im Spiegel ohne Funktion (warum baut man dann sowas), Fehler konnte nicht behoben werden. Dusche war eher ein Rinnsal. Servicequalität: Kredit Karte ist bei CheckIn immer Pflicht, Hinweis das Kosten bei Abreise Cash bezahlt werden wurde "vergessen". Aber - Blick toll, Lage für die Innenstadt toll, freundliche Dienstleister, gute Organisation.

"Für unseren Zweck genau richtig"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 6. Jan. 2013Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Es befindet sich zwar an einem Hwy, doch davon bekommt man drinnen nichts mit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet was man für eine Übernachtung nach einem langen Flug braucht, vor allem aber waren sie sauber und ruhig. Weder am Abendessen, noch am Frühstück gab es irgendetwas auszusetzen. Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen an das Hotel, dafür wurden wir positiv überrascht.

"Das Quality In ist ein Hotel für nur eine Nacht."
Das Quality Inn in Plano hat großzügige nette Zimmer. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und nett an der Rezeption. Leider stört der sehr laute Kühlschrank die Nachtruhe. Der Fön funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstück wird auf Styroportellern serviert und mit Kunststoffbesteck. Entsprechend ist die Qualität des Frühstücks. Wer nur Toast mit Konfitüre und Kaffee […] will, wird zufrieden sein. Der Zimmerservice kommt nur einmal in der Woche. Im Bad sucht man vergeblich eine Klobürste, ansonsten ist das Bad ok. Positiv zu bemerken ist das kostenlose WLAN. Older hotel, our shower rod was hanging low, shower curtain lay in the tub. Towels are old and thin, but clean. Overall not a bad place, just average. It was basic but very clean, very comfortable, very quiet, and plenty of conveniences. We didn't get there until late, but we slept like babies. Bed was very comfy. "Stuffy but worth the price"
The AC unit did not work well, so unless you were standing right next to it, the room was rather stuffy, hot and humid. Note: it was not humid and in the mid-70's outside, so this was definitely a quirk of the room, not the area in general. We had the windows wide open but that didn't even solve the problem. The room was clean but the name "quality" did not reflect the condition of the hotel. The hotel condition is ok but appears old. The cabinets were glued together with tape. "know what your getting for what you are paying"
The room was not well maintained. There was no hot water for the 3 days I was there and I made a complaint twice a day regarding the issue. Terrible service & quality. When asked for extra towel from the janitor-she refused & said -go to the front office. Water had been leaking thru the Laundry room door- flooding in front of elevator since the day we checked in till we checked out- 4 days- they didn't fix.They also charged $1 per copy for photocopying. "My thoughts on Plano Days Inn"
Drawback was that tub, sink & toilet were all in one room. If someone was taking a shower, the other person could not brush teeth, comb hair, etc. No mirror in eating/sleeping area. Poor lighting near chair & ottoman, as well as, no bedside lamp. Kitchen table and desk had ample lighting but I like to read in a comfortable spot. I stay at this hotel 4 to 5 days each month. The only downside to staying at the hotel is the internet connection in the rooms are POOR. You have to go to the breakfast are to get the BEST connection.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"It's Ok at best"

For the price, the hotel was fine. The room and the bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is safe. The internet was pretty slow, in fact, incredibly slow, and the TV's were outdated (big CRT style, not flat screen). They did serve a simple continental breakfast, nothing to write home about. The place was not clean random hair in the bathroom. This was the second room we were in because the first one we went into had no a/c. They were both substandard. the second room had no working phone. I left my phone charger there and of course no one could find it as soon as I checked out.
